The WORST customer service ever! People who are working here are so rude, I bought my car from them a year ago, where they made me to buy all different kind of protections for way more money then they actually costing. Anyway, when I wanted to remove that because I was refinancing my car and I tried to reach to them and my financing menager, they were so rude on the phone not letting me to finish my sentences, not giving me answers or help to any of questions and hanging up on me. when I went there in person they treated me really bad and so unprofessional. I have never had experience with horrible customer service like that. I regret buying a car from them. Save your time, money and patience for some better dealership.
I was met in the parking lot by Luther McKenzie. Luther showed me the Toyota Corollas that were available. I chose one and by the next day I drove out in something fabulous. Luther is very knowledgeable and answered my questions without any hesitation. It was a wonderful experience and I will recommend anyone that asks to Hendrickson Toyota and especially to Luther McKenzie.

Very satisfied with my certified RAV4 purchase. Do your research and check out other dealers. In my case Al Hendrickson had the lowest listed price for my car however keep in mind that they will add about $3000 in total fees. I highly recommend that you do your research and dont be afraid to question every fee and negotiate. Have a bottom number in mind before you go in ready to purchase. I worked with Luther over the span of two weeks and cannot recommend him more! He was very attentive, informative and not pushy at all. Very responsive via text. He made sure everything was perfect when I came to pick up my car. Lawrence and Marcos were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Let me tell you a story about why the AMAZING team at Al Hendrickson Toyota should be your first and only choice... even if you’re a “difficult customer” like I can be!My wife and I were scouring the Internet for a newer Honda CR-V when we came across a deal that looked almost too good to be true…The deal was at the Pre-Owned Outlet by Al Hendrickson Toyota, 2.5 hours away from us. We got in touch via their website, and right away were paired up with Willy Bonny, one of their sales associates.Now I’ll admit, I always have my guard up with anything car-related. Willy was knowledgeable, kind, a great communicator, and I liked him immediately... but sometimes people can fool you.Things were looking good, though, so as soon as our son was done with school, we started our journey to look at the car. Along the way, Willy stayed in touch, even letting me send over documents remotely so we could do as much in advance as possible.I was very clear about the kind of deal and payment I was looking for, and pressed hard to see if we could figure out a deal good for us all. I even made a spreadsheet! Willy said he was sure we could make it work, but I was still waiting to see...When we got to the dealership, Willy welcomed us outside and guided us in. From the get-go he was just as warm in person as he had been over the phone and by text. He got everything taken care of quickly, let us test drive the car, and WAS able to confirm the pricing arrangement I asked for on was going to work!Bottom line, Willy Bonny was INCREDIBLE to work with and I would absolutely buy a car from him again!!Next came financing...and I was ready for “the dance.”I don’t know what your experience has been with car finance departments, but mine has not been great. I was ready for them to be pushy, ready for them to try and talk me in to things I didn’t want… But that didn’t happen.Yes they offered me several packages that I wasn’t interested in. Yes they showed how they could work out a deal with the interest rate if I would choose those packages. However, I made my wishes clear, and they did not push too hard. Towards the end, the finance manager we were working with, Alan Epstein, said “I was able to get you theft-protection coverage”... and we moved on.What I did NOT realize at the time (probably because it was late, and even though the team had done a wonderful job of speeding things along, buying a car still takes time no matter where you go!) was that the coverage was going to add $995 (plus tax) to the loan.When we got to the end, I realized the total was higher than I expected and I asked Alan about it. He showed me that the extra amount was for the coverage he had put on our plan… And I should have stopped him there, but I was tired and ready to go.I thought I could live with it, but the next day something just didn’t feel right. I didn’t like having the extra coverage that I was paying for even though I hadn’t really wanted it, and somehow I felt like it had been slipped in there too quickly for me to catch. I wanted a refund.SO...I contacted the company, who directed me back to Alan. I emailed my request, and do you know what happened? ... He responded QUICKLY, and PROFESSIONALLY, and even nicely, assuring me that he would get that refund processed right away... AND HE DID!When I followed up a couple weeks later, he called me back quickly to confirm the refund was processed, and then one of the office staff (Maria) emailed me with confirmation that the transaction was ALREADY DONE and everything was resolved!!!Bottom line, Alan Epstein was AMAZING to work with and treated us well, even under difficult circumstances. I can’t speak highly enough about his follow-through and professionalism, and I would highly recommend him to anyone else.SO, if you’ve read this far, congratulations! Do yourself a favor and talk to Willy Bonny, Alan Epstein and the team at the Pre-Owned Outlet by Al Hendrickson Toyota.I believe you’ll be glad you did. 😁

Great Inventory of certified preowned vehicles - with a cost of $2500 fees. Do not allow the finance department to strongarm you.My salesman WILLY, made the experience so great though, no haggling, pushing, or rushing - he has a laid back style, provides factual information, and lets the buyer take their time to make an informed purchase. These are my 2 cents:Once you get there that good online deal is magically gone, regardless of whether they confirmed it just 40 minutes prior over the phone. Lots of very unnerving haggling, really a poor experience.Once you buy the car they dont return your calls / emails if a warning light goes on the dashboard.Car price was good, car quality was ok. Experience and customer service possibly the most horrible Ive ever experienced.

But not Luther. You truly have outstanding employee working for your establishment and he needs to be commended for that. 0 star review. Went to buy a vehicle listed for $15,700. Called twice the day before to confirm the vehicle availability, nobody said nothing about a price change. You see where this is going. When I arrived at the dealership I noticed that they had changed the wheels from the originals posted on the pictures to some aftermarket Niche wheel brand. After test driving the vehicle we ran numbers. They came up with a sheet with a total out the door of $21,000. They had $900 on dealer fees + over $700 on 2 other BS fees. Along with that they had a fee for Rims for $2,499. On top of that sales taxes of $1,200.00. I asked them to either wipe the Rims fee off or take off the wheels and put the original wheels back cause I didnt want to pay so much for wheels that arent worth the price they were charging for $2,500.00). They told me they couldnt do nothing about it cause one of the oem wheels was cracked and they got rid of them but they couldnt just wipe the price off cause it was an add on. So basically they post the car for a price and decided to change wheels and charge the customer for it. Wheels are not add on, they are a necessary part for the vehicle to move and for you to sell it. Therefore is not the buyer responsibility to pay for it but the seller. Do not allow them to overcharge you for a vehicle based on the high demand and lower offer availability that doesnt makea car be worth more. Terrible service.

I bought a used car two years ago. The sales person told me they had installed brand new tires. The tires have only lasted 20,000 miles. I keep calling them to help me but I’ve been transferred five different times. I’ve even spoken to a manager and no help at all. I am very disappointed in the service.

The sales associate was very attentive and helpful. She spent a lot of time making sure I chose the vehicle that was in my price range and that I liked. However, when it came to the financing portion, the price that was agreed on was not what was financed. There was not an explanation of the charges or a breakdown and I am very upset at how the financing portion was handled. As a first time car buyer I cant recommend anyone buying a car from this dealership, unless youre ready to spend way more than you originally planned on. Very disappointed.

Very likable and didn’t bombard me with too many of the regular sales questions and sales pitches. By the time your transaction is over, he’ll feel like a new friend.In Finance we had London Jackson and we enjoyed him as well. He did his job trying to give us options for the car, but we didn’t feel like we were pressured. He was lovely and offered his help for a couple things I’m interested in.We bought Certified 2020 Camry SE.We did have a minor hiccup, BUT they have gone out of their way to try to make sure we were happy with our experience. Gave me a bag to get all of my stuff out of the old car, and Elias showed me the bells and whistles of the new one. He didnt push me into anything. If you want extra fees tacked on to the price of the car, come here. Pretty outrageous they charge a $800-$900 dealer fee on top of another $1200 fee for inspections and whatnot. They said that its under their terms online, but when they go to show it to you, it only show the dealer fee. We walked out after that.
My husband and I went there to buy a Camry that we felt in love with it, and all the sales staff were really helpful. Not going to lie the negotiation process was tuff we walked out of the place twice and we were not even into the finance office yet. Once in the finance office the negotiation was better but once again one of the manager’s had to get involved. We had a target for the monthly payment and Demetri was able to get us what we wanted. He pulled some connections and everything worked just how we wanted. I can say that Demetri went above and beyond to make our wishes come true. Thanks again for your help.I will definitely recommend this place if you are looking to buy a used certified vehicle.

After a horrendous experience at the regular Al Hendrickson Toyota and 4 hours of stress, tears, and frustration, we were directed to the Outlet by AL Hendrickson. At the AH Toyota dealership, the staff were horrendously unprofessional and quite honestly, rude. We were about to drive the 5.5 hours back home, without a car. The AH Toyota employees were playing mind ganes with us, telling us that the price of the car, for which we had a cashiers check, would have to be $1600+ more, because they couldnt find our car on the lot. Surely, we thought, there was an error in typing the VIN or something, and that it would all be quickly figured out. It turns out that my car was on the Outlet lot, and we were at the AH Toyota dealership next door. The employees did not tell us this, and instead insisted we had no choice but to buy the only other car on the lot that was the same model and color. After having enough of being given the run around, I told them I was leaving and if they wanted any business from me, they could find the right car. They assured me that they could not budge on the price of the only car they had because they, as a dealership, LOSE money on the sale of these cars, because thats how their prices are so low. At this point, one of the employees was quite literally yelling at me in the parking lot, until the manager, Nick, came out and told us to go talk to Evan at the AH Outlet right across the street.Evan and his team were the best thing that happened to us. After 5.5 hours of driving down, 4 hours of fighting, we were exhausted, emotionally drained, and ready to go the 5.5 hours home. Evan and his team turned our experience around, a complete 180 degree turn. They made sure that we were comfortable, reassured us that our concerns would be addressed, and made us feel truly at home. After almost 12 hours, we finally had our car and without Evan and his team at Outlet by AH, this would not have been possible. I think about our experience to this day, and am so thankful that we were directed to Outlet by AH. Its taken me 4 months to get over how upset I was about even thinking about our experience, but Evan, WIllie, and the whole crew at the Outlet deserve recognition and business.If you are thinking of buying a car from Al Hendrickson, do yourself a HUGE favor and go to the Outlet by Al Hendrickson. Evan is a pleasure and the whole teams professional and absolutely lovely. I would give 10 out of 5 stars if possible.
I am not satisfied with the deal I received. I am continually finding things cosmetically wrong with the vehicle. The salesperson was not even willing to entertain the idea of discussing the price. He used all of the well known (misleading) tactics that automotive sales people do. Sales people have no respect for their peers. Told an individual I was there to see someone else and he tried to convince me to work with him, instead. I would NOT have purchased here if I did not need a vehicle immediately for work. I took the license plate holder and dealership sticker off the vehicle as soon as I left the lot.
We had 3 cars on our schedule for a day of car shopping. This was car one. While I know they say never take the first offer, we did buy the first car! The Mustang was in amazing condition, mileage was low and the team was easy to work with. Our sales associate was Trevor, the manager was Greg and our finance person was Jenna. Overall, it was the smoothest car purchase weve made. Having Jenna also able to do the title and tag right there was also very convenient. We all have a certain amount of wariness when purchasing a used car, but I have to say we drove away very confident of our purchase at Al Hendrickson Outlet.

I had a great experience here! I bought my first car here and they worked with me. My car salesman name was “J” he showed me numerous cars in my range and assisted me with my paper work. The man that sealed the deal name was “George” and he was sent from heaven. I didn’t feel cheated they assisted me made sure everything was done correctly. I’m a young woman 21 so this was all very new to me. I recommend coming here 1090%!
I wish I could give less than one star. This dealership uses the bait-and-switch method to sale their cars, and continue to harass customers via e-mail if they walk out with purchasing any vehicle. We made an offer on a SUV about a month ago. They did not accept the offer, because they use that car to bring people in and get them to purchase a different car or the same car for a ridiculous price. A month later I checked if the car was still there and they still have the car. Also, watch out for the extra fees they try to get you to pay...... Do not recommend this dealership. Stay away from them...
Came in to look for a Corolla Hybrid, upon getting to the table talking money we ran into a road block of unnecessary fees that they rudely refused to remove. Upon talking to the manager the situation got worse as my boyfriend and I were being talked down to and he continued to refuse to remove any fees saying over 2 grand in fees are standard. What even came worse was talking about financing they refused my outside financing from my personal Credit Union which seems shady as it probably cuts into their profit somehow. And finally we get up to leave and ask for my car keys which they had and really dragged their feet getting them making us feel trapped. Wouldn’t recommend this dealer if it was the last one on earth.

I want to thank everyone here for the help in getting me into a quality used car. Mo, Cerise, Frantz, and I unfortunately forgot the other guys name, but all were so helpful and polite. They gave me an incredible deal on a 2019 Dodge Challenger. It was not the car I wanted, but I have the option to come back after a year to trade it in for something that I really want. Again, these guys are A1 with attention to the customer. Took about 5 hours to complete the entire transaction, but they got me into a car, and my credit it not pleasant. So I would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new, or quality used vehicle. My appreciation goes out to Mo, Cerise and the entire team over at Al Hendrickson Outlet!
Amazing customer service! I came into the pre-owned outlet just to look and was greeted by a man named Carmine. I let him know I wasnt looking to buy today and he told me that was fine and asked what I was looking for. We looked at 5 different cars in my price range. He was incredibly knowledgeable about every car and their similarities and differences allowing me to make informed decisions! He talks to you like a person and when Im ready to buy Im definitely going to see Carmine!

Great place to shop used cars.Large inventory to choose from.Capital One Bank financing Auto Navigation made the process manageable.My sales team Willy was extremely pleasant and patient to work with. He gave the right amount attention needed with no hassle or pressure to buy.The follow through isnt as good... Thus the 1 star rating after the fact.If you need information and request assistance from the dealership after you buy, good luck! Limited response or none at all...I bought my car and I still dont have my printed registration card. I went back two times and still no registration. Both time Kevin told me the website was down. This is before I interrupted his game he was playing on his phone. Something about loosing points. Really! Well after your game could I get my registration?Im not here to bash anyone who is following thru. This is as simple as it gets. Following thru means, getting the business part completely done so we can all go about our lives. See Michael Davis. Wonderful service! With my hectic schedule and having to quickly go out of town I needed a car as soon as possible. I had already visited 2 other car dealerships in the area. Not only were they somewhat unprofessional, they were not able to assist me. By this point I was very stressed. Salesman Michael Davis at the Al Hendrickson pre-owned outlet saw my frustration and he was able to assist me in a timely manner and was extremely professional. Just make sure you can look at the car before you make a deal. 9 hours away and this was the 2nd car purchased here and nobody can ever call you back about the condition of the car. After 3 times the lady stated you just need to see it when you get here. Of course a bug dent on the passengers side door and 95% of the cars come with only 1 key.
I don’t know many people that enjoy car shopping but Carmine made me feel better about the whole process. He was patient with me in helping me find the right SUV for me and my 3 kids. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and my kids even loved him! Great customer service! I will definitely be coming back in the future!

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. Carmine was very welcoming which made me feel comfortable from the start. I was able to trade in my GMC Yukon and get a newer truck at a great price. The moment we arrived Michael Davis welcomed us and was able to offer a large variety of vehicles. He was very professional and courteous. My credit was not that great but Michael worked on an affordable plan for myself. I am very happy with my purchase and will return when Im ready to trade in or upgrade.

After agreeing in price went to finance they pushed all this additional products and told me if I don’t buy at least 1 item via extended warranty or the maintenance plan they would not sell me a car. The manager was agitated and wasted my time. He said that he was losing money if I don’t buy anything from them. Well I saved him some money by not buying the car. It’s incredible that a manager can’t control his temper. I bought from dealer before won’t be coming back.
