I bought a Mini in 2009 and was blessed to have met Casey one of the Mini service techs. I refuse to purchase a vehicle anywhere else because of Casey. Even though he is a Noles fan I can’t praise him enough. He takes customer service to a whole different level. 12 years now he has been servicing my cars, both Mini and BMW. He makes Vista BMW Coconut Creek a better place to buy and service vehicles.

We have purchased Five different 7 Series (Two 760Li & Three 750Li’s) and Serviced them all only at this VISTA BMW West dealership for the last 15-16 years.Our service advisor Sheri H, along with her team of two different mechanics, parts department manager have been consistent and offered us exceptional service. The Sales Dept. and cashier Kathleen have been friendly and welcoming all along. Above Employees that have been loyal to Vista for almost two decades are a true Asset to BMW North America Team.

I worked with Sam Assisi and he was great. Sam did everything I asked, he went to bat and got me the trade in value I needed to keep my payment within my budget. At no time did I feel any pressure from Sam. Sam truly treated me how he would want to be treated had he been the customer. I was also very happy with the extended warranty options Vista had available for my certified preowned purchase. There was only about 9 months left of the original factory warranty on the car I purchased plus an extra year for it being certified. I thought going in I would only be able to purchase an additional 2 years for the certified vehicle. However I was actually able to purchase a 7 year 100k mile bumper to bumper extended warranty at a very reasonable price. I would defiantly recommend Vista BMW and Sam Assisi to anyone looking for a no games sales experience and a fair deal on a vehicle.

Great communication with VISTA! Sam our sales guy was very attentive and understanding with our unique situation. We live in northern Florida but I was in California for 3 weeks of work. This BMW showed up and was the perfect fit for all our requirements. This was our first time buying a car remotely which can be a little scary especially since it was a used certified BMW. Sam, understood our concerns and delivered us a digital video later that day of a walk through on the car inside and out. It didnt take much after we saw that and fell in love with it for him to send me a CC authorization to put a hold on the vehicle. We still had the one issue that I had 2 weeks left on a work trip. He worked it out that they will keep it on the lot marked as sold until I was able to arrange shipping or pick it up personally. We moved ahead with the finance through BMW (lower rate over my Credit Union) and arranged for the DOCs to be sent via Maverick and I signed them with a Notary in my hotel in California. Sent a check with the return documents and we are done. Coordinating our travel to VISTA BMW where we met Sam and our car. Did a quick walk around and was given a great tutorial on how to configure and use this technologically superior car from one of their young staff. We found an issue that was overlooked but was also not present on the pictures or video. Sam and his manager quickly rectified the situation and promised to pay for the small damage repair after I send them the invoice. I really couldnt ask for a better experience and better team handling our situation. They have been in constant contact with us to help along this path and not in a pushy way but in a delightful helpful way. Even though we live 8 hours away I would still make them my first stop for our next BMW. Thank you very much for all the help along this journey. We love our BMW!

Casey Finn is a great service rep. He has a great way of letting you know serious work has to be done but not in a way that makes you feel like youve neglected your car. I happened to come in to Vista just curious to see the new 2021 BMW X5. Yuri was my salesman, and I feel it does him a great disservice to refer to him as a salesman. He’s much more. Was very helpful and extremely responsive. Even after hours, Yuri made time to take my calls, answer my text and help me through the ordering process. I’ve been loyal to Audi for the last 4 years, but VISTA BMW has earned themselves my loyalty now. Change is good, and VISTA BMW was the change I was looking for. If I could give 2.5 that’s what I would give. Unlike JM Lexus everything comes with a price tag after your purchase. Warranty service even coats you $250 for diagnostics even if the problem they find is covered by warranty. A coffee while wait for your warranties service? $5 dollars or more. You will sit and wait in purgatory to have your vehicle delivered after service while employees sit and play on their phones. Not his job I guess. Everything up until I signed the note was great. All smiles and best friends until you buy. Then you’re just another customer to sell $500 batteries to when the real problem is a cracked head gasket. Don’t buy a battery. Insist they investigate the problem to its REAL root cause. You’re paying $250+ for diagnostics after all.

Vista @ Coconut Creek is not the same. I love my Advisor(Dino) hes the absolute best, but the service there is poor no fault of his...all new faces no one is customer centric anymore...wait over 40 minutes to have my car brought to be. I will be looking into Lauderdale BMW soon I cant take the callousness of the staff there on the weekends.

We recently purchased a 228 from Lino at Vista in Coconut Creek; it was a very enjoyable experience with no hard sell pressure. Lino was super helpful, even getting a car ready for delivery when we didnt think he would have one, then turning around and helping us find a different vehicle when we decided to upgrade slightly with a different package. Never felt pressure to buy now; shop with Lino for a good experience. Ms. Fernandes spent a good half hour helping us set up the car before we left, getting all the computer settings the way we wanted them. Excellent service all around!

*** Update**** bought a new 2020 X5 m-sport from Delray BMW for what Vista wanted for a used 2018..9-21-2020I had my vehicle serviced and maintained a few times there and had a great experience but I just tried to purchase a certified preowned BMW from them listed for 48k online only for them add in 7k worth of fees after the fact NOT INCLUDING SALES TAX!!! Truly a great experience!!! Just bought a CPO i3 from this dealer last Friday. The process was easy and painless. I set up a time for delivery and they were here with the car and all the paperwork. Updating my last post, found additional issues, -see pics.Stay away from this dealerWe feel that we were not treated with care or respect by this dealership. We took the time to drive 3 hours to view and purchase this BMW Certified pre-owned. When we arrived, we were pointed to the sales office by a friendly off duty employee. When we got to sales, we were assigned Duane as our salesman. Duanes demeanor from the start, I perceived as if he was not pleased or interested to be dealing with us. He led us to the car, silently, without saying a single word. When we were checking out the car, he made no mentions at all about the vehicle or its features. We had to constantly ask him questions regarding the details of the car, only to receive brief replies. It almost seemed as though he was trying to avoid telling me anything about the car or its history. When I initially test drove the car, I was handed a pristine BMW Key/Fob out perfect condition key, sales did not tell me anything about the car. Additionally, he did not seemed properly trained or familiar with the the features of the cars he was supposed to be selling. He was unaware about the hand free trunk release feature, and was unable to show me how it worked. We asked if they were aware if the car was involved in any accidents; they provided a clean CarFax with no other mentions.Afterwards, we returned to the office to negotiate a price for the vehicle. However, after an agreement was made and the paper work was signed, they presented me with a much different key than the pristine one that was used for the test drive. To put it bluntly, the key I received looks like it had been run over on the road... When I asked about the condition of the key that had been given to me after purchase, the answer I got from Duane was it is a pre-owned... he did not in any way offer to alleviate the problem or offer any sympathy regarding my displeasure... When we arrived back home and I had more time to look over the car, I found more defects on the car that was not mentioned to me, and after few days of driving, not even a week, my AC stopped blowing cold air, which is a problem living in Florida. So I immediately called my local BMW dealer, under the impression that since it was a BMW certified pre-owned I could take it to any BMW dealership. I was told that they could take a look at the vehicle, but they would have to have it for a few days. When I asked about a loaner for the car, I was told that since I did not purchase the vehicle at that dealership, they would not lend me a rental while my car was being inspected. I need a car to get to work, so I reached out to the Vista dealership where I purchased and explained the situation. Initially, I was told only the person who sold me the car could handle the situation, but he was not there so they could not help me...That was unacceptable to me, and I expressed that. A short while later, I received a call from Duane and was given the option of driving 3 hours to bring the car back and getting a loaner vehicle from them. I told him that did not seem to be a reasonable because of my work schedule as well as the long drive for a problem that happened less than a week of my purchase of a pre-owned certified. He offered to call my local BMW dealer to see if a solution could be done and would call me back on the 11th, which was a week ago and I have not heard from him.I have found so many discrepancies on the car, so I am listing the defects and questionable issues discovered:Rubber seal on windshield has damage on it, very odd.Various and dings and dent.Driver side rear bumper is not flush to rear quarter panelHeavy wear on steering wheelUnder Hood:Some bolts are rusted while others are not (same types)Various parts appear to have oxidation and sun damage, while parts right next to it appear new, highly unusual for parts under a hood that are only 3 years old.Parts that are inaccessible in the engine appear to have damage.See pics for detail

My special thanks to Mark the service manager today who made sure I was helped quickly so I could pick up my grand baby to care for him. He even had the car washed. Who does that?
