Leasing a space to store my travel trailer it Lock N Roll couldnt have been easier, and the service from Ms. Nancy at the desk was very courteous, friendly, and professional. She even took the time to show me the available spaces and helped me get the perfect one leased. The lease setup and signing was done online and it was quick, painless and efficient. I couldnt be happier with the experience Ive had at Lock N Roll, and Im sure that will continue. Thanks for running a great facility and for hiring such nice people!

Despite calling multiple times and asking very politely for the $300+ they overcharged me after I moved out. They claim they’ll call me back and never do, deflect to “we’ll see what corporate says”, the standard poorly run business nonsense. So my patience is out. What an honorable business - scamming college students. This place is outright criminal. They claim they have no “notice of vacancy” from me. Apparently is wasn’t enough that when moving my boat out, I went inside and told the person at the desk - “hello I’m moving out, is there anything else I need to do? I’m just making sure I’m not obligated to pay anything else”. Wouldn’t trust this place to do anything besides justify unique reasons to steal my money.Update: Nobody has reached out, y’all don’t pick up the phone, and if I am not reimbursed for the extra charges I’m gonna start adding interest.

I was put on the waitlist to get a unit for my daughter. Thankfully, that waitlist didnt last long! Chelsea called me and let me know that one opened up last minute. She was professional and made the sign up process easy. Highly recommend.

Been on a waiting list for another covered space. The numbering for parking could be more clear. It is hard to see on the ground which space is where.

I highly recommend Lock N Roll Storage for all your needs. As far as customer service they were super nice and attentive, you can rent your unit directly online and they are CC. Once you arrive in your storage unit there was two bottles of water and my lock waiting for me. It wont cost you an arm and a leg either. Check them out, you wont be disappointed.

When I started leasing a spot here I was told there was no option for automatic payments, so I called in and paid every month. Stored my boat here in a spot, moved it out and canceled my lease. I let them know I was moved out and they said everything was good. Now I realize months later they’ve charged my card AUTOMATICALLY for four months of rent AFTER I moved out. To make it better they’re very selective with when they’ll pick up the phone so here I am calling a number that just doesn’t work. If you’re reading this review try calling them it’s almost laughable.

We didnt know there was an admin fee until they were putting in our info. I am not sure if this is one time for each vehicle I might bring or if the $40 is put with our name. Plus there were several fire ants spots on the grass where my steps actually touch the ground when I pull them out. We told them there were fire ants all over they said someone would be coming in two weeks. I personally watched as a family member almost died from 6 ant bites. We went and bought some our selves and treated the whole grassy pad area next to our RV. That can be very dangerous.

I rented a truck from them via Uhaul, and even though I called multiple times over 2 days, I never got a person on the line, left 1 message, but when I went day of to pick up the truck I was told that they didnt have the equipment and they called uhaul the previous day to inform them they didnt have a truck for me.

Waited 30 minutes during open business time and no one is in the office. Started calling 30 minutes before this. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Not going to use again.

Fair prices and easy to deal with. Had covered storage for 3 months while we bought land. Only suggestion would be to sweep or magnet roll your lots sometimes. Lots of items that can puncture a tire floating around here. Be careful.

Ive sold Trucks, a car and a Van. They all sold quick. In fact I dropped my van off and received a call and turned around and sold it. Very good place to sell a vehicle. So for no problems with any problems.

Chelsea has been extremely helpful during the pandemic and previous. Reasonable rates. Very clean.

Love this place. It is well kept and the storage grounds look maintenanced and clean. I like the fact there is not. Whole bunch of drive thru traffic, but I realize this might change when the BMW car dealer gets built. My roommate has stored some of our apartment stuff here before, and we inquired about space for the end of fall semester. A+ for this shop.

This place is a joke since “new management” took over. They will “send” out rental increase notices but can never tell you when they did so. The outside is littered with trash and their dumpster is overflowing. Seems like a good way to get rodents. Location is convenient but lack of customer service is a disgrace!!! Also don’t expect anyone to be there at certain points of the day. Hours are wrong and not what is posted!! I guess this is what the owners Matney and Kenneth Neatherlin are paying for these days!!! Would never ever ever recommend to anyone I know!!! I’d rather go to the poorest place in any city then to ever rent here again!!! They are always getting broken into so tailgaters for the season coming up BEWARE!!!

For the price it doesnt offer what youd expect, and Ive used these places all over the country. The climate control is spotty but it is dry, the staff i met were very nice, knew what they were doing, and even helped me move some things so thats a plus. But, it costs too much for what it is. The thing that would offset anything bad, but doesnt, is the very poor choice for hours and the Google hours differing from whats on the door. Its only open (as of now) for an hour after people normally get off work on a weekday, and the weekends they close at 4pm as of now. Its hard for me to get enough time to get down here and do anything. Ill be moving soon enough but i wouldnt use them again. It works, no doubt, it is a viable place and stores your stuff, but Ive used better in Texas that costs half as much. Literally, half for the same size unit. If you have the hours to use them then fine, but I visit frequently.

Seems like in the last 2 -3 months this place has gone way down hill. The outside looks trashy and dirty trash up against building, parking lot etc. And the bathrooms now are disgusting. Im so glad Im moving out, dont know what is going on but place has gone WAY DOWN HILL. go to cube smart or find new help

They are corporate operation and they suck, the cool workers are no longer there. The New worker have no sense of humor and dont treat you like family...I need to move my stuff soon

Lovely place, lovely management.

Although advertised as climate controlled, the metal buildings are 85 degrees or hotter in the summer. We placed ID stickers on furniture to make moving easier, but they melted onto the furniture. Some of the furniture had to be refinished because of the damage from melted stickers. The employees I encountered were not helpful. Only one person actually helped us find a solution to a problem we had with the building.The hours are limited. Weekends when you need access to your storage, the building closes at 4 pm on Saturday.The loading ramp is so steep its hard to get a load of items up the ramp. We were actually suffering from heat exhaustion when moving out of this storage building and finally hired movers. The movers were having heat problems as well.We will never use this place again. Very poorly managed!!! The building is not designed well, and it certainly doesnt live up to their advertising. Beware!!!
