So far we are extremely pleased with our new Culligan system. Our water is finally rust free and odor free for the first time in 44 years! We have had several other systems and spent tons trying to correct our water issues over the years. This one really works! We also purchased the Culligan Aqua-Clear Advanced Drinking Water System and are drinking our well water for the first time ever. It tested the exact same as the bottled water we use regularly. Mark is our Culligan sales person. He is knowledgeable and personable. He determined exactly what we needed by looking at our current system, testing our water, and listening as we explained our water issues. Adam was the installer and he is also very experienced and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Culligan.
Quick and helpful service
We use Culligan for water bottle delivery only. Service is great. We had one billing mistake months ago and they fixed it immediately. Highly recommended!
Everyone I have spoken with has been very kind and helpful. The delivery service was on time and the driver was friendly and sent me a text to let me know my order was on the way.
When we first had their water softener installed customer service was good. But after we had a power outage the softener was off sync and continually runs. Called for service, they want to charge me $138.00 for 1/2 hr then 29.99 per 15 minutes. Culligan is a RIP off. BEWARE !!
I received a very informative visit and all of my questions were answered. Then the installation went very smoothly and I am now loving the soft water. It was a great experience.

My 11 year old unit finally had the transformer fail. They had the part in stock, $16 cheaper than a no name replacement from amazon. Nice folks to deal with. I cannot explain others reported unfavorable experience. I hope my unit keeps working, but if I need parts again I will call them right away and save the hours I spent trying to source the part on my own.
I have the bad luck of dealing with Culligan water twice in the last two years. Once when they acquired Nesltles water delivery and, again, when Culligan acquired Aquafalls water.When my account moved from Neslte, for a 13 months, Cullgian water company charged my credit card for equipment they picked up. I did not notice it until many months later. I filed for a charge back with my credit card company which gave me full refund.When my account was moved from Aqualfalls to them, I immediately canceled my account as soon as I heard I have to deal with them again.Culligan water is still delaying my refund for empties and cooler today.I am going through another cycle of charge backs, taking to their corporate office and with their former partners at Aquafalls.
Schedule for delivery on November 19.Culligan sent me a confirmation email on November 14 for 19 delivery.Culligan did not deliver.I asked why. Could not answer my question.I asked to be compensated. Still no answer and

Now ownership and representatives have really changed this organization into one that is passionate about water safety and its back to its roots of truly helping others through great service and community donations. Their representative has gone above and beyond for me.

So far, my experience with Culligan has been abysmal - late/double-deliveries, support by customer support only after prodding and yesterdays delivery which was 50% more than my total order...but thats not all.After purchasing my water delivery from ReadyRefresh, Culligan took no time to screw things up. They established the first dropoff date/time for me, which coincided with my previous schedule - they missed it. After missing this dropoff, they missed two more they scheduled over a course of ten days. Two weeks after the original dropoff day, they got it right - dropping off four bottles in the location described. I guess they were so excited about getting it right, they dropped four more bottles off in the same location. Now, of course, eight bottles later, I got my bill for eight bottles, with no reward for the late/double drops - so I called customer service. After basically asking for something for the troubles, they discount two bottles off the total order of eight.Since my initial deliveries in July, I had to cancel my August delivery, you know because I had double to amount of water I needed. With then, Ive been waiting for my September delivery to see how it can be screwed up.Yesterday I was delivered six bottles of water, close to but not in the exact location of my empty bottles. I key on the location aspect of this because they ultimately blocked me into my fenced in backyard, unable to get to my bottles without going out and around my building.Their customer service line is both a voice line and text line, which is cool, but it doesnt help them get above a one-star. I passed all this along to them already this morning, so I cant wait for their response on this one.Take care and enjoy your water.
Horrible customer service. No call to tell me that the tech was running 4 hours behind. I had to call them to even see if they were coming on the day of my appointment since its almost noon and I hadnt heard anything. Customer service essentially hung up on me when I asked when Id even get a call on a time frame. BTW its already 11:30am and they dont even have the schedule yet for the day.
Hateful, nasty receptionist. They lost our business before they ever had a chance! Ive been on hold, after asking for a manager, for over 14 minutes.Steer clear of these bad people!
This company is horrible. Do not do business with them they will bill you for things you do not sign up for.
Save yourselves take your business else where theyve been ripping me off for the past 2 years. Worst service ever the receptionist do not care, techs dont care all the good ones quit. The tanks are super expensive and need fixed all the time
