Any problems were sorted quickly and my delivery driver has been amazing! Deliveries are made on the day stated or I am notified by email if there is any delay. So much better than bottled water from store, reduces plastic waste and cold and hot water always available
I have only good things to say about Crystal Springs. The company has been wonderful. There have been a couple of glitches but everything was quickly taken care of. I love it!
Worst customer service. Signed up for my first delivery to be on a Thursday. I got an email the Sunday before saying it would be delivered Monday. I tried to call customer service which was closed. I call first thing Monday. Was told they couldnt reschedule it even though they were the ones to reschedule without asking me to begin with. They also said they would leave it on my porch and I told them they couldnt do that we were out of town. They finally said they couldnt guarantee the delivery wouldnt get dropped off on my porch and that I couldnt reschedule Id have to wait for someone else to call me back to reschedule. I canceled before I even got my first delivery due to the horrible customer service experience.
Ive been using Crystal Springs almost 3 years now. Using Crystal Springs is one of the best decisions I made after moving to an area with poor water quality. Very affordable and saves money verses bottled water from stores. Deliveries are dependable and so is their customer service. Its easy to change your delivery order on their website when needed. Having no complaints in all this time I would absolutely recommend them!
Piss poor service, I cancelled a couple of years ago because I was supposed to get my monthly delivery but didn’t still got billed and when I called customer service I got a recording saying your call is important to us please hold and never received any service which is the same situation two years later as of 6-21-21 . I didn’t get my delivery, got billed and can’t get ahold of customer service. Smh……
We have had nothing but problems since signing up a few months ago. First we received a very old cooler and it was a hassle to change it out. Secondly, though their customer service is pleasant, there is zero communication between them and the delivery person. Our delivery has also been cancelled without warning because no one would be in the area. One of the drivers even came inside my home to drop off the water after requesting no contact and to have the bottles left outside!!! Luckily my husband was home. Now this most recent batch of water smells of mildew. Cancelling the service immediately. What a shame the company is so poorly run, because it is very convenient.
We are big fans of Crystal Springs in our household! The water never has any weird aftertastes, the delivery options are flexible, price is right and the delivery drivers are so professional and friendly. I highly recommend!
We had the service for 2 years without any issues. We called to set up a different service address and increase our order. I was on hold for 25 minutes before I was able to talk to anyone. She changed the service address, confirmed with her manager that changing the delivery date was no problem and they would be there in 2 days. They did make the delivery date but only had 4 out of 12 bottles. Delivery guy was rude and said this wasnt his normal delivery day and he wouldnt be bringing the 8 bottles until next week. I called them again and while waiting another 20 minutes on hold I checked the website as they say several times on their on hold message, and our account was all wrong. Once someone answered I asked to speak to someone from our delivery location in Ohio. I was told they would call me back in 24 hours or sooner. After 30 hours and no call, I called again, waiting another 20 minutes on hold. Still no help, so I told them I wanted to cancel my account. He put me on hold for another 5 minutes, when someone from retention came on the line. She wanted to know why I wanted to cancel and then tried to sell me some other system since my delivery service wasnt working. By this time Ive wasted 4 days of waiting for someone to correct the problem, try to cancel and shes trying to sell me some other product. This company needs to have contacts in the cities where they have delivery. There is an address, but the phone number to contact is somewhere in Florida - cant give you a number of your local delivery/sales person. Really bad customer service, hard to contact, and glad to take my business elsewhere! They deserve 0 stars!
Its not been a very good experience when you cant get someone to knock on the door or call you before theyre theyre here so you can answer the door theres a lot of times I cannot hear but Im working on that so would you please have someone come and get these other two coolers because I dont get no more water till sometime in May
We have enjoyed nothing but great service from our regular route guy and the company overall. Their response time is virtually immediate, their drivers are polite and fast, and the options for delivery and dispensing offer several choices. We highly recommend this company.
Other than convenience of having water delivery at home this product is very expensiveAdd to it that they have very poor service they can cancel deliveries without notification and their customer service is pretty badI would be looking for a different company that is accountable and appreciate its customers

Was here for job interview! Nice place, went on a delivery run as well and the driver was a pretty cool dude! Got my first ever speeding ticket the next day and couldnt get hired as a result! 😂😂
Drivers are delightful, polite, and hard workers. Today, our driver went above and beyond by checking our dispenser and replacing the nearly empty bottle for us. He was friendly and professional. We greatly appreciate the reliable service.
Rating 1 star as there is nothing like 0! Worst service! Did not deliver on scheduled date (3 times). Engaged through Costco. Costco can do better! Spend your money elsewhere.

I agree with the other reviewers. Setting everything up is easy, but the service once you are signed up is pathetic. Unless you want to spend your time calling their service department monthly to ensure you get the correct bottles of water (or any water at all), dont go with this company. Very frustrating for something that should be easy.
Set up and delivery was easy without any problems. But when I scheduled a service call to exchange my broken water cooler, not only did they fail to call or show up on the scheduled date, they rescheduled without communicating with me. I waisted an entire day waiting for them not to show. No call, No show, Not acceptable! Because of this I cancelled my service. Still waiting for them to pick up their broken equipment.
They dont deliver water on time and if you have multiple accounts they apply payments incorrectly. If you try calling in it is next to impossible to reach and actual human to speak to about these problems.
I have never had any negative experience with Crystal Springs Water. Our delivery person is very friendly and efficient.
They never show up when they are supposed to and deliver product when I specifically canceled a delivery. I scheduled a cancellation pickup of my stuff for today and I bet they wont come or will have some excuse, that a driver was on vacation or something like that. Theyre the worst here in Columbus Ohio.

I would have left it at zero, but didnt think that would work. We have tried for several months to return empty water bottles & because we had several weeks worth of water, not get a delivery in a given month. They publish a schedule for delivery but do not follow it. There is NO communication with the customer. We have 15 empty bottles because they dont deliver when they are scheduled & we cant put the empties out to be picked up. I have called them several days in a row but the promises they make, just havent come through. Total nightmare to deal with.
