Id give 0 if I could. The ownership has changed hands. The truck driver ran out of water for my Wednesday delivery so he changed my delivery to following Monday. 5 days later than scheduled. The old company would have gotten water out to me the next morning. Ive been a customer for quite sometime, but I have a daughter with medical condition that she cant stay hydrated and we need the water. This is not my first issue with new ownership either. The new company doesnt seem to care about their customers!I must update on my review. Aqua Falls delivered my water today by van. I very much appreciated the extra mile they went to get my water to me before Monday. Thank you so much!

Let me first start off by saying in the past I loved this place and recommended it to several others. However, since it was bought out the service has been absolutely horrific. I use to get delivery every two weeks, and now I can’t get anyone to call me back to find out when my delivery date is let alone place an order or pick up the mass accumulating bottles I now have.Look elsewhere. And when someone finally returns one of my many phone calls, I will be having my bottles picked up and taking my business somewhere else.

Approximately one year ago Aqua Falls sold out to Culligan. I had been a customer of Aqua Falls for 20 years and they were great. I have had nothing but trouble with Culligan. August is my companys busy time. It compares to Christmas. for retail stores. Last year Culligan left us with no water and no one to contact. As Culligan tried to get themselves together they started charging for everything. They charge for equipment when we own our own equipment. I can understand the delivery fee but charging each location $2 for a paper invoice is ridiculous. They charged a late fee but took 2 months to post a payment. I am running a business and I resent spending this much time on bottled water for our 3 locations. If Aqua Falls is back then so am I

Absolute worst company to have ever provided any kind of service. I cancelled my account in August 2019 because I could never get water delivered when I ordered it and other times, would come home to find random jugs of water on my front porch. Upon cancelling, I returned the cooler and empty jugs which resulted in a credit of over $50 to my account. I was told it would take a few weeks to get the check since the company had just been sold to someone else. Several weeks later, rather than getting a refund, I come home to find 5 jugs of water sitting on my front porch that I never ordered and a bill attached to them. I proceeded to call every number for days, weeks, and now into months, later only to have my name and number taken by an answering service. No one returns my call, ever. I have jugs sitting on my front porch since early September 2019. I got lucky and was able to speak with an actual Aqua Falls employee on two occasions to which they promised me someone would come by to pick up the jugs and I would not be charged yet here we are on the day that they were supposed to come by, after 6 pm, and to my unsurprising dismay, they did not show up. Called and left another message with the infamous answering service and im sure ill not get a call back. Certified letter was sent, received, signed for, and yet this problem is still persisting. Worst company, worst customer service, absolute nightmare.

Ditto to everything written in the reviews below. Used them for nearly 10 years and everything was great. Theyve changed ownership and we have no idea whats going on other than that weve left 15 messages over the past couple months with no return phone calls and weve been out of water for nearly 8 weeks. Meanwhile they still charged my credit card for the service. The answering service told me they were averaging about 700 calls a day from disgruntled customers. Definitely do NOT recommend this place any longer.

Our company suffered a fire earlier this year and we contacted the company multiple times to change our services to a new location as a result. Aqua Falls apparently, even after multiple phone calls and messages changing the address, delivered bottles to a destroyed building somehow and we are being charged for them. They insist that the bottles were delivered and if they were this was not the location we updated our account to and leaving the bottles at a destroyed building is negligent and ignorant. I would recommend you steer clear from using their services and if you are using them, attempt to cancel effective immediately. After months of telling them the water was never received we are still receiving a bill for it. To save time and to remove this headache we are paying the bill but will be seeking legal council if the issue somehow persists.

Was a customer for over 7 years. Recently the company stopped delivering water to me, and will not return my phone calls. Would not recommend to anyone setting up new service. Not sure what is going on...

If zero stars were a choice that is what I would rate the now Aqua Falls Bottled Water. I have been a long-time customer with Aqua Falls, and until the family-owned business was recently sold the service was excellent; I had no complaints whatsoever. Since the business was sold the service has been worse than poor. I dont get phone calls to order as I had for many years, and when I do call them to find out exactly what my delivery day should be I do NOT get my calls returned. An answering service has been enlisted by the new owners, and I feel bad for the people working the call center because I am sure not on customer is calling to give positive thoughts. I believe that they actually do take the messages but Aqua Falls has yet to return my calls. This has been going on for three months AT LEAST. I am currently in the process of looking for a new water delivery source, so anyone out there who knows of a company that actually does deliver as promise I would like to know of them.DO NOT become a customer unless you want piss-poor service from your water delivery company.

I guess Im not the only one that has issues. Ive been trying to pay my bill in order water for a while Ive left messages with their answering service. no one seems to be available for the company during regular business hours. I guess Im going to have to find another water company.

I’ve been a customer since 2004, always great! Now they have changed hands and are in the crazy phase learning curve. Phone calls are being answered by the answering service, return calls not being returned. They called me Monday telling me that water was going to be delivered Tuesday. I put 6 empties out on the porch and here it is Thursday 9/19 and no delivery. I’m giving them 5 stars for now due to growing pains and that’s what I’ve chalked it up to be. It is what it is. I’m tired of drinking city water so now buying Core. Please hydrate me Aqua Falls!!

After I called Staples for water delivery of 5 gallon water bottles for our cooler I had to jump through hoops just to order water. I finally said this is too complicated- we just want water. So a friend recommended Aqua Falls. I was on the phone 5 minutes and was able to place an order!

This was a great company until it was brought out recently by Waterco, I believe. The new company is ill-prepared for the transition. Ive never seen something like this; they are charging for equipment but not following through with scheduled service, with no way way to contact them. The phone number is being monitored by an answering service who are trained to tell you nothing, and even after multiple messages left, the company is not responding with a returned phone call or scheduled/skipped water deliveries. It is going on a month with no delivery, but they are still using my previous autopay agreement to charge rental for a water cooler that I am unable to use because of no water service. I cant even figure out how to reach them to cancel and give them their equipment back. I understand a rough transition, but this is just bad business.

Stay away from this company. So far, my experience with Aqua Fall has been abysmal - late-deliveries, support by customer support is horrible, this people are so rude. My water stop working, so I call them to see if the could come and fixed. I was told I had to wait 2 weeks until my next delivery until they could do somethings. So what I am supposed to do?. Im paying on for the rental on that machine and they dont care about it. Plus they are late on deliveries.

I’ve called and left three messages with their call service and no one has bothered to call me back. According to a delivery schedule that I have my delivery should have been today but because nobody has returned my phone calls we missed today’s delivery

Was a customer for 17 years . New driver ran out of water on my delivery day. Got water 5 days later . Now out of water, won,t answer the phone, won,t return my calls going on 3 weeks now . I don,t want to do business with people like this . Deliverys come At 5-7:30 in the evenings . Not caring about customers at all .

I been a customer of this business for 6 years, they always brought water on time but recently couple months ago they probably out of business, I called them 5-6 times to placed order but they always said leave messages, I did leave message asking to delivery water but never see them, I waited over a month To two then go different company . Still left 10 big bottles of Equa falls here, I couldn’t call them for deposit back, end up I call Culligan and switch to them,

I wish I could get them a negative score. Extremely disappointed with their service. They dont deliver on the said date and we have to call them numerous times to follow up on the order. This is a repeated problem. A big NO to their service.
