Arrived at car lot for regular service of my vehicle. Was greeted my very friendly person who took my information and asked why services that needed to be performed. Sat in the waiting area for about 30 minutes while my oil was changed. Watched as they brought the car around after service was completed. I waited for someone to inform me that the car was ready so that I could pay the fee and leave. Ten minutes when by, then twenty. After 30 minutes and an argument with the Service manager, they were good enough to take my money. I had to actually go to the desks and ask for someone else I might still be there. The friendliness ended after the check in. Find another service center.

Guys outside were super nice. I came In for an oil change which was fine. They let me know I needed tires but then tried to charge me almost $500 for 2 tires and told me that if I didn’t get the tires done with them that it would void my warranty. I called the number on my warranty paperwork and found out that that was a lie. I received comparable tires a town over that were $225 put on.

By far the best car experience I have ever had. For a busy individual like myself, the Carl Hogan team was amazing. Johnny Turner was the best. I was able to give him a general idea of what I wanted and explained to him how busy I was and unable to come in. He worked with me through email and text messages which was exactly what I needed and my preference. He was so helpful through the process and made this the best car buying process I have ever experienced. Reach out to them for your next car purchase!

I felt like I got ripped off badly. I spent three hours in there waiting for my truck to be fixed, which it never was. I was charged 260$ for them to just tell me what the issue was and send me on my merry way. After the first two hours I was told I needed new software, mind you my truck isn’t very old, and that new software would fix the codes. After another hour I was told that it was my aftermarket intake and that I would need to either buy a Trd intake or revert back to stock. Walked out with my truck still having the same issue and 260$ out of my pocket

This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have had! The entire staff I dealt with was friendly from my first inquiry to the time I left the dealership. We stopped on our way back from a family vacation and did not expect to make a deal. I was mostly wanting to look at the 8 passenger Sienna. I didn’t think I would be driving away with one! I will definitely be back in the future when I get ready to buy again!

Found a car on line on their website. I emailed them and they replied right away. The price quoted matched what they had on line. They were happy to provide an out the door price as well as a copy of the window sticker. I flew up to Mississippi and was met at the airport. the paperwork was simple, no games and the transaction was very easy. The car was just as advertised and the folks at the dealership were all very nice. We would do business them again.

The ladies that checked me in were very nice and even though they were very busy they were calm and interested in my needs and concerns. The service was quick and even washed off my car. I appreciate the kindness and work Carl Hogan employees gave me during my visit.

I usually have a good experience/service here, but the last two times have been less than good. Time before last, they didn’t wash my truck after the service. So, this time I asked if they still did that and the lady assured me that they do. I told her what happened the time and asked her if they could wash it this time. She said yes, no problem. Well, after paying, I walk out to my truck just to see that it had been rinsed off with a hose. No washing had been done whatsoever! You could see where it was starting to dry and there were no marks or smears where they even attempted to wash it. Just squirted some water over the dirt and hoped I wouldn’t notice, I guess. Guess it’s time to find another service department!

Extremely pleasant experience. Went in for an oil change, didn’t get up sold to do any additional service. Service was done quickly and efficiently. Very polite service personnel. Will definitely be going back for future service.

My overall experience with Carl Hogan Toyota was EXCELLENT! Talking to people from the Internet was awesome.. and actually meeting them in person was an awesome experience.. EVERYONE was friendly professional and welcome me with open arms when I first made it to the dealership. The COMMUNICATION was a 10 for me on a scale from 1-10. They texted me and told me my vehicle would be washed and filled up with gas that Friday the day before I picked it up that Saturday morning. The process was very quick and simple didn’t take long I might have been in their maybe an hour if not less. I would purchase again from Hogan Toyota if I have to in the near future, but right now I’m enjoying my 2021 Toyota Avalon XLE.

I swung by after work, in which they were very flexible to squeeze me in for my service. They got my tire rotation and fluid top-off done pretty quick. However, they left a grease stain on the exterior door handle on my driver-side door. The only reason I cared was because I washed my car the day before, so I guess I’ll take some of the blame for it because it was bad timing on my part.

I love the people at Carlhogan. They made my car buying experience exceptional. Alan checked on the status of my highlander each day. The sales team were awesome as well. Megan did a great job on making sure I understand the features on my highlander. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with my purchase and they answered all my questions. I also love the fact, they didn’t expect you to pay MSRP.

I purchased my car here with the help of Santana and I was not disappointed! She was so kind and patient with me during the entire process, I couldn’t have asked for a better consultant. Currently I’ve had my car for a few months and had an oil change, the staff have always been friendly and super courteous.

I waited over 2.5 hours for a simple oil change and ac filter replacement. I noticed multiple guests that arrived after leaving before me. Employee were nice but difficult to understand through the masks. I had to ask them multiple time to talk louder and repeat themselves. After finally leaving, I noticed the “service engine” light was not coded off my dashboard. I guess I will have to return to have that taken care of.

Second purchase at this location...fast, friendly service. The staff has been knowledgeable and very helpful on both occasions. 10/10 would recommend.

I was going to give them $1k to hold it for me until next week and pay cash. They sold it this morning. All they had to do was call me, like they said and we would’ve had a deal and I’d have a new truck. John Moore, I think is his name, is the dealership head honcho and after speaking with him, I have this to say about the guy: he was rude, unapologetic, and actually hung up on me. I’m sure this isn’t always the experience with this dealership but it was mine and it was disappointing. These guys are what give salesman a bad name. Also, I know they won’t care about this post but maybe someone will find it useful in their vehicle search.

Friendly staff and speedy service. Brought my Toyota Highlander in for an oil change and was done in less than an hour.

I called and made an appointment to have my car serviced. This car is no longer my daily driver so the mileage just reached where the oil needed to be changed. When I called Monday and made the appointment the person I spoke to failed to mention that my Toyota Care was void and I would have to pay for the services provided. I arranged with my husband to take time out of his work schedule to bring my Toyota 30+ miles from our home to your facility. He was informed after he arrived that it would not be covered. He then denied the services being done because he works on cars for a living and it would make no sense for him to pay someone for these type services. With this being said, I would not like to removed from any emails or contact from this facility. I am dissatisfied with the lack of communication in your facility, with each other and customers. I have been a loyal customer and purchased two vehicles from your facility and would not recommend it to anyone.

Bought a 2009 Corolla from a private individual. Three years later received a notice from Toyota about the paint being defective and them repainting it. Took it to Carl Hogan Toyota (nearest dealer) and they were wonderful even though I felt bad because I didnt buy my car from them. To my shock they even gave me a 19 Camry as a loaner for 3 weeks! The Service Manager in Columbus, MS, his name starts with J. He went out of his way to help on a very stormy, tornado day. All business, restaurants etc were closing early or had already closed. My car died. He was so kind in helping me by arranging someone to tow it to the Toyota dealership. Then the next morning called me and updated me on the problem. I was so blessed to have someone care about me and my car.

I was told on a recent visit the Toyota dealership could not adjust the pressure in my tires. Really because I bought the car from a Toyota dealership and you can’t service the tires? My last visit there my window was left down several inches when it went through the car wash. It’s not the best place I have been to!

I stopped by passing through Columbus because they had a pearl Sequoia Platinum, I had been looking at that was reasonably priced compared to other dealerships that are closer to home. I couldnt even get out of my truck and I was hit by a swarm of Golf Carts that followed me around the parking lot. If someone wants to buy a vehicle theyll find a sales person, I dont need a presidential golf cart motorcade following me around there parking lot. It was just a really uncomfortable experience. I know theyre there to sell cars, but a little space when you just arrive on the lot would be nice

Carl Hogan has the best price on a new Highlander hands down. We looked both in-state and out! The guys in the finance department (Chris and Vick) were easy to work with.

Please take your business somewhere else. they’ll tell you you need an alignment, but go somewhere else to check and 2 different shops will tell you that you’re within alignment. you tell them to update software and they’ll tell you your vehicle isn’t compatible. however you can call toyota in tupelo and they’ll immediately tell you that obviously it’s compatible with every year model of that vehicle. they only seek to profit their own self interest. they don’t care about you. once they have your money their whole attitudes change. i recommend you go somewhere else other than here. we’ve been here 5 times over the past year and all they do it tell you “you need to fix this” “you’re doing this wrong” when in reality nobody knows what they’re doing. they only want the money you’re willing to fork out.

It seems that your staff often time try to ask her customers to fix some problems that are not the problems. This dishonesty really hurts customers feeling about your company!

Went in Saturday the 30th to look at a new tundra. I had a z71 that I hated and that is saying alot because I have always drove a Chevrolet. I had the pleasure of working with Tawania Hollins, she made me feel welcome and comfortable. I told her what I wanted and I walked out with the truck I wanted at a good price. They have earned mine and my wifes business.

Nikki, my Service Advisor, did her usual efficient, professional, and cordial job.Personnel wore masks as did customers who were in the waiting area with social distancing. One of the personnel with whom I had contact did not wear a mask and was separated from me by a wide counter; the risk was probably less, but not wearing a mask did not conform with what Carl Hogan assured me they required of their employees. At 84 years old and 85 on 11/15, I am very sensitive about the COVID -19 risk for myself and that of my wife being exposed thru me.
