Okay, its not a bad place AT ALL. Its rather affordable and my moms seem too love it. So I shall give it 4 stars (also the staff are nice to, And my little brother is randomly very behaved when we are there 🤣).

I love this place! Especially random items they get in. Today its the meal prep containers. $5 for the black ones and $4 for the green.

Have been to the CG aldi multiple times in the past couple months. Recently, the place looks a lot cleaner, not that it was dirty before but noticeably better up kept and stocked. Rosalia was helpful and professional and the gal at the checkout was very pleasant I would have mentioned her but she wasn’t wearing a name tag. Always love how affordable and comparable the products are to other grocery stores. Plus they do curbside pickup now!

10/3/21 - (return trip, review below is a past shopping experience) Not too busy, store was neat and clean and found everything needed. Pleasant employeesVery busy, but shelves were still stocked well. Fast and friendly male cashier.

I like Aldi. But lately you cant find the specials that they list. Very annoying when you drive there and they dont have what you drove there for.

Clean, courteous, but not as well stocked as other locations.

Best place to get a bag for your buck.

Watch out Target, shut down Walmart...and behind the drapes, theres Aldi! Affordable, variety, healthy, clean and professional! The best prices for food, fresh and good brands, I love the fruit in this place and vegetables you can find organic brands; staff is polite, the store is always looking organized and clean. They have a convenience parking lot.

Theyre always super friendly and accommodating. The prices are truly unbeatable and the quality is always tops. Remember to bring a quarter if youre going to use a cart. If youve never shopped Aldi, I highly recommend trying it out. Youll be happy you did. Hope this helps. Cheers.

I was unsatisfied Rayveen. I understand the cashiers wanna work proficiently and fast however the way she handled our groceries especially the delicates and literally just tossed them in the cart with no care our bag of potatoes broke open one of our eggs were smashed and she was short with her words and tone of voice was unfriendly.

The layout of the store is weird and doesnt make sense. They only had like half the products of RF Aldi so I wasnt able to get everything I needed.

We love the cottage Grove location. It is always clean and everyone is friendly. Good selections and good food. Have not had any bad product.

Shelves were a little bare and there was a funky smell in the store. Employees very nice.

Some of there products have really good prices. Some of the items are cheaper other places. You have to pick and choose the best deals.

Can always count on low prices as well as good customer service. The staff all had masks on and the plexiglas to keep customers safe.

I went, excited about hearing they were a full organic store that prioritized healthy options- I didnt see any of it. Many non-organic highly processed packaged food options and non-organic produce (I found one organic cert spinach). I didnt see anything remotely close to the health food market niche, felt more like the dollar store than whole foods. Didnt want to touch anything but I couldnt tell if it was dirty or the color scheme. Ill go back to the good old Trader for low prices.

Food quality is generally good for a great price. If you hate to chose between brands this is the place as you usually just get one store brand. Only downside are lack of local produce and narrower variety of frozen foods.

When did it become ok to yell at customers? Got yelled at 2x. But tried it again.. Same thing! Went to Woodbury Aldi managed a whole shopping trip without getting even a scolding.

This is my go to store. For one, Im always shocked at how low the bill is when Im checking out. The staff is friendly and helpful(busy and yet still friendly and helpful) They are speedy at the checkouts. I always recommend Aldi to others.

The parking lot is at an angle to the store. I use extra care parking and backing out when I have to park facing the street. Store is great. Aside from parking, I love Aldi.

This store continues to get better every time we go... this has become one of 3 stores we ever go for food because of decent quality, increasing variety and most importantly, great prices.... Highly recommended... only reason for 4 stars is because there will always be room for some improvement, and I dont want them to stop getting better and better

Prices are good the Aldi brand products are hit or miss. Somethings have great flavor others not so much. Fruit and vegetables are always good here. They take a day or so to get ready to eat so thats nice they dont go bad as quickly then.

I like I can stock up on essential food here for a good price. Lots of organic stuff. Usually get vegetables, fruit, and chicken breasts here. No frills just a decent prices grocery store.

Clean organized staff are very helpful, produce fresh and prices are reasonable.

The folks that work here are genuinely kind and really want you to find what you are looking for. Anybody can carry produce but not all have GREAT SERVICE. I come here every week and the service is consistent.

Are very inexpensive place to get your fruit. But bring your own bag to beg your goods.

Great prices on their food! A lot of it is even cheaper than the bulk prices at Sams Club. They dont have all the same variety and some things they just dont have, but they have almost everything you could want for a normal menu!

Modern Aldi that is well kept. The staff are friendly too. I have been to others before and this is my favorite. Only reservation is winter and the parking lot. It is an oddly shaped lot and it ( at least this year) has been icy. They dont salt it well and I advise people to be extra careful.

Not only does Aldi have carry exactly what Im looking for (at a nice price), it even has things I didnt know I wanted! Bentons cookies are delicious. Their definitely-not-samoas are better than the real thing.

I just love Aldi. Its quick efficient intuitive, all that good German engineering at work. There isnt alot of options to choose from but I like that, makes it easier and faster to decide what items to get because you dont have to compare all the labels and prices. I also love the imported food from other countries. Every Aldi ive ever been in, not just this one, have been extremely clean including the bathrooms. There didnt use to be an Aldi for hundreds of miles from where I live, I was stoked to have one near me finnaly.

Best Aldi in the metro (IMO), friendly staff, wide aisles, convenient flow. Plus the eggs used to be the cheapest of all Aldi’s (not anymore but they are comparable). Veggies and fruit are fantastic! I’ve never had a problem here.I usually take my kids and when I go here I’ve never gotten a stink eye when my preschooler insists on helping.

I usually shop at Walmart or HiVee, and decided today to give ALDI a try. Its true that prices were relatively cheap, but I shopped the entire store and barely found anything to buy. The selection is extremely limited, and what they had didnt look worth buying for the most part. Im glad that I went once, so that I can see that I havent been missing anything. Ill stick with my tried and true stores that might cost a little more, but that have everything I need.

As a grocery store is great, but today at 7:58pm I met with Melissa, who was a cashier that started disrespectfully yelling me. When she finished the transaction, she started sweeping the floor near the entrance of the store, and she swept the dust on me, and she didnt even wait until I go through the area. I hope they provide better training for their staff.

I like to shop here however they are not very friendly to handicapped people. It is annoying when their cashiers get to sit down all day at a cash register and when I have to go pack my bags I have to stand at a counter. I have problems with my back and it would be nice if they would offer some form of seating for those who are handicapped and can stand for very long. With that being said I have to walk with my cart through the store, they offer nothing to help me get my way through the store like a motor cart or wheelchair. Id like to see them be more handicap friendly.
