He damaged my phone when opening it and he didnt even fix the problem. So I spent 70 dollars for to just him ppdamage my phone

I went to this particular store in the Country Club Mall yesterday (8-31-2020) because my phone went black. It was still making noises because of incoming texts so I knew that my phone wasnt dead. I had my screen replaced at the Phone Repair Lab (about 100 yards away) about a month ago, but they were temporarily closed. I asked the guy at this store if he could just check to see if the flex cable came undone. He looked at my phone for about 2 seconds and said that it is a display issue and I would need a screen replacement, which would have cost up to $200. I asked again if he could just check it, I was willing to pay for service charge, but he refused. So I came back home and looked up how to replace the screen, I didnt want to do it this way because the screens are easily broken, but I had to do it this way because there is no other immediate phone repair places in this area. But guess what, it was the flex cable. I connected it back up and I am currently typing this on my phone. I would just like for better customer service, thats all. Thank you and God Bless.

This business sells what are known as “COPY SCREENS”. They are not Apple certified by any means and will void any apple warranty. The owner claimed the screens were apple certified, this is blatantly Untrue~ If you like your original screen, understand that Copy screens (research them) are known for a host of problems, as the 3rd party manufacturers use cheap parts. They are notorious for draining your battery quickly, having a lag & unresponsive touch screen, as well as shoddy graphics & display etc. if you don’t mind buying a lesser product while still spending 100-200 dollars for a sub par screen His screens are your bet. If you like precision & quality & are use to the pure functionality of the device, spend a bit more and source a certified apple dealer & screen. Quick, cheap fixes usually lead to added dismay and unwarranted issues. If you’re the thorough type, with an expectation of professionalism and quality, look elsewhere for screens. On the other hand, he does have some decent cases if your in the market for protection

Terrible!! I went there to get my iPad screen fixed and when I tried to use it the home button didn’t work. After I got home that night the screen got stuck on the recovery mode and I still haven’t been able to fix it.

The best place to fix your phone in town. I broke my I phone x recently and tried few different locations for the best price. This gentleman gave me the lowest price and fix my phone less then 20 min.Then offer me a protective case and screen protector in a reasonable price.I am so happy that I came to this place.
