I am not sure why every CVS in any state employs such rude and condescending associates. Or maybe they are trained by the porcoration to be like that. I am not much of a CVS person, but sometimes I have no other choice. Every time I get out of a CVS, I feel like my rights as a human being were violated.

Beware if you want to use coupons in this store especially if you are a minority. 2 middle aged white clerks got really aggressive when I tried to use coupons. Somehow all the applied coupons got voided and when I asked how. All the clerk could say was, I dont know, computer did it. One of them even snatched the prescription off of my hand that I had already paid for and told me to get out or they are calling the cops. All I was asking for was to apply the coupons I had. When I asked calling cops for doing what exactly and all they kept on saying was leave right now or cops are coming. Left me traumatized after cops wrote me a trespassing notice and told me there is a different way of using the coupons.

5 stars for the pharmacy staff and their great customer service skills. Zero stars for the CVS chain for not carrying J&J vaccines.

The pharmacy department at this CVS is amazing! Always Helpful! Always Checking In and Keeping their Patients Safe. The Store ALWAYS has 50%, 75% off deals and also Had the best seasonal Items! Wont shop at any other. I will go out of my way. Right off 295 exit 10!

Always had its professional touch... The pharmacist are great and caring.

The pharmacy is a mess. Told me my prescription was ready to be picked up, but not only was that incorrect it was out of stock and back ordered. They said they would check within a 20 mile radius and when they did found nothing. I called a location that was 6 miles away and they were a huge help. Turns out the product is essentially impossible to order right now and the computer tells you that when you search it. Go elsewhere when you need something as important as medication.

So, I just returned from getting my flu shot at this CVS. I have no complaints with the staff, they were great, both on the phone and giving the shot. However, when asked about the paperwork for my records, and to give to my doctor, all I was handed was a blank copy of the questionnaire I was given before given the shot. I came home and checked my records, and, from every year Ive had a shot at CVS, I have the pharmacy receipt that list my name, the date of the flu shot, and information on the vaccine itself. I received none of this today, nor did I get the $5 coupon which is advertised outside.

Had a very positive experience with one of the techs in the pharmacy. She showed genuine concern for the cost of the prescriptions.

When it comes to the pharmacy plan to spend time waiting to pick up your prescription. If their competitor was close by I would never visit this company again. Furthermore they insist you broadcast your date of birth to anyone around waiting. You also need to make sure when getting pills you count them. Double check the medication you think your picking up before you leave the store. If its not what was ordered or substituted and you walk out there is no returning the prescription. All of the above has happened on several occasions.

Legit the rudest cvs in Rhode Island. The pharmacy women are all so rude, I wish it was an isolated events but every time I go in the women who work behind the pharmacy are such rude people and use such a condescending tone. I went so sick today, I have the flu and wasn’t feeling the attitude I received from one women at the drop off, with a veiny forehead so I told the next women who helped me that I’ve experienced such bad interactions with her co worker and she proceed to laugh in face. I definitely will not be using this CVS again, I’ll go to the one on Eddie downing highway, those employees are always very nice and accommodating everyone I go in.

Pharmacy is terrible. Unorganized and plain rude. Never again..will i deal with that pharmacy.

I would leave zero if I could. Asked politely to take a passport photo and was told to hang on one second, then as approached to be asked to take my photo by the young girl I spoke with, another older woman who was clearly counting money getting ready to leave rudely yelled that the camera is broken and to come back tomorrow. I then asked what is broken about the camer and how can I be sure it will be fixed tomorrow? And she just signed and acted over dramatic so I left. I spend around $300 a month at this store. I will never be there again.

This is a larger-than-average CVS with many more product choices than in the CVS I usually shop. This has pros and cons: you can find things you need and things you didnt know you needed, and you can get distracted by the huge selection and dawdle. My only interaction with the pharmacy staff was to ask if an OTC had a particular allergen in it. (Pharmacists can look up this information.) The pharmacy staff seemed a bit put-out by my request. Its probably because I am not a familiar face. (My usual CVS staff would do this in a flash, with a smile, and talk to me by name.) Last time I biked there, they had no bike rack but had a good pole that sufficed. I will edit this if I spy a bike rack in my next visit.

Receipt doesnt make sense,advertised promotions dont work.

Doctor writes script. Pharmacy fills script in wrong form of medication despite the fact that the script says to fill in one form only. Despite the fact that they filled it in a different form from what was ordered by the doctor had to get a new script issued by the doctor, go to another one of their pharmacies, and pay for a second script. And also lie about the fact that the medicine does not come in the form ordered by the doctor even though I called to verify and it shows it on their web page. I tell this to the pharmacist and they say that is impossible.
