Tires Plus on Fairburn Rd took the best care of our car. They were honest and understanding, and willing to work with us financially. They also completed the work really quickly. We had suspension and a/c parts replaced and it was done all in one day. They are the best! Special thanks to Bob!

The gentleman that inspected my tire was extremely nice. He inspected my tire and found it was not repairable. He recommended I go to Discount Tire because they didnt carry the tires I wanted. I find it to be great customer service when they recommend where you can go when they cant help you. Thanks guys!

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ALIGNMENT. FIRST off, if you sell a service, you should do it. NOT 1/3 of it. I paid for theyre lifetime alignment. They only did the TOE part. And then told me it would be $75 an hour to correct the camber because they had to add shims. $13 on amazon and I have a guage and do it myself in the garage in 20 minutes. Also I didnt add anything. I took OUT the factory shims. Now the camber is true. Is it better than a lazer? NO its not, however, its so close to perfect I would use the laser to measure it! Before I did any work on my own, I tried like hell to explain this. But theyre minimum wage teenagers know better I guess. Nope...

Absolutely fantastic, fastest oil change of ever gotten even with an appointment. My appointment was at 11 and they called my name and was finished by 11:26.!

They just did my brakes. Rotors and all. I already knew I needed to have them done. I left my car overnight and it was done by lunch the next day. They applied all the discounts they could before I asked. They also did an alignment. I feel like I’m driving a new car! They were fast and very friendly!

I took my 2007 Camry there 4/17/2020 for an oil change. $42 spent only to get to my parents who live 20 miles away and find out they didnt even put oil in my car!!! Of course I called but no one answered and it doesnt give the option to leave a message. Now I am headed to Target because I have to buy oil to put in my car as I am scheduled to be on the road at 6am! It make me wonder did they purposely do this because I was not interested in their other services. None the less, my father will be up there at 8. And yes we took pictures with the receipt and dip stick to show there is no oil.

I was skeptical from the start, but because I work near by I didnt follow my first mind. It was a brake job so how hard could this be. FYI, I normally frequent another Tire Plus location where I have always received A1 service, so you would think the same service would carryover. This was so far from the truth. My car was a drop off, so when I returned I discovered damage to my rear bumper. From my assessment, someone bagged out and bumped another car or bumped into something. When I shared my revelation and concern with Bob the manager he looked nonchalant. I knew then it would be a my word against the shops. scenario. Nevertheless, I got an estimate, and it was $800.00 worth of damage. Side note the place I got the estimate from didnt have kind words to say at all about this location or Manager Bob. Took estimate to Manager Bob and few days later I was informed the claim was denied, which I prognosticated it would be. The part that disconcerted me was Manager Bob never explained the next step, so I went to the Tires Plus I normally frequent, explained the situation and the manager explained the process. I am now waiting to hear from Corporate so that this important and unfortunate matter is resolved.

They wanted me to wait 2 hrs to have a tire plugged. Mmmmm nope. Found a place down the road and they did a great job of it. They were helpful. I went ahead and bought a new tire and was on my way in no time.

Called ahead of time for an alignment. When I arrived, they told me they had a car on the rack, and that my car was next in line. No problem. I told him I was going across the street for a moment and would be right back, as long as they didnt need me. They said no problem and that theyd call me if needed. I came back 30 minutes later and my car still hadnt been seen to. Still no problem. I sat down in the waiting room and an hour later, Im still waiting. I ask the guy how much longer. He told me he didnt see me come back in, so he put other cars ahead of me. So now its 2 hours later, and Im still next in line. Usually get good service, but its time to find a new tire shop.

They fit me in on an extremely busy day when even my spare tire got a flat. I appreciate the kindness and service.

I made an appointment ahead of time for my mother to take her car to get an oil change here. I picked this place because of the affordable $35.00 29 point check and 30 minute guarantee they had.My appointment was made the day before, which gave them plenty of time to know someone was coming in. I called twenty minutes before to double check the appointment and even mentioned my moms name to ensure that she got the deal that I had booked. They even put me on hold to check the appointment, which was unnecessary.My mom got to the place and they told her it would be $65.00 to get the oil change after they had already taken the car back. We drive a Honda, so thats an obviously ridiculous price. She denied the price, saying that I had told her it would be $35, and the manager HAGGLED with her despite having a price already arranged. They eventually settled on $25. The manager claimed to have not known that she had an appointment. What kind of company doesnt check the people that come in for their appointments?Although they fixed the disagreement, I have an issue with the managers willingness to try and work more money out of my mom than their price had advertised. Its unethical and wrong of a business to try and take advantage of their customers. Next time, Ill stick with the Precision Autocare $18.90 deal-- which I dont even need an appointment for.

I dropped my car off at 8am this morning for an oil change, balance/alignment and A/C repair. They said they would call when it was ready. At 3PM we rode by the place in my husbands car and saw my car sitting in the same spot I parked it. We stopped by to see if it was finished, and they hadnt even touched it. They told my husband that there was a good chance they wouldnt get to it today and would get to it tomorrow. This is not what they told me at 8AM. We took my car and left. Not once did they call me to let me know about the possibility of them not working on my car today. Wasted a day where I could have gotten my car fixed someplace else.

Got an appointment for 12. Its now 1:14 and they havent even put my vehicle in the garage. Picking up the keys and taking it somewhere else.

Im always happy with Tires Plus on Fairburn Rd. and always get the best service. Im in and out quickly, and they do great work.

I have a friend who had Tire plus install a radiator. After they installed the radiator they told my friend everything was fine. Well after the first day my friend notice that the top of the brand new radiator was leaking so tire plus replaced the brand new radiator. My friend started driving the car and notice the car kept running hot. Tire plus said the fan or thermostat may need to be replace (fishy). Come to find out after taking it to another repair shop, tire plus did not plug the fan back in so it will cool off the radiator. Not professional at all, please stay away, another trusted repair shop looking to make a quick extra buck off of its consumers.

They charged nearly $600 for brake work that was not completed properly. They left the radiator cap off, what that have to do with brakes? They left the oil fill cap off, what did that have to do with brakes? The also left the brake fluid cap off. The car has not run right ever since. I took it back and of course they could find nothing wrong!!! I should take them to court! I will continue to warn you these people just don’t care!!!!

They do not mind helping you, the important thing for them is to sell you a new tire, I arrived there a few days ago with a simple screw in my tire and they did not want to assist me because I did not want to change my tire I just wanted to put a patch, but they very indifferent said that if I didnt buy a new tire they couldnt help me, and I went to another tire near there and they gladly patched my tire

Crowed, expensive and seemed too busy to talk to a potential paying customer.

We called when they opened in the morning to ask about having one of my trucks tires changed and an alighnment done. They told us to bring it in and they would bring it right in to the garage and get it done fast so i could make it to work on time. I made sure to let them know we needed it done in time and the man at the desk assured me it would be. Not only did they not bring my truck into the garage for over an hour, i am still waiting here going on the 3 hour mark. Now i am being told they are gona be even longer. This is completly horrible customer service. I will never come back here for anything i need done on any of my vehicles.

It was okay until my car was left there to do a wheel alignment and was doing the same thing it went in for to be corrected when i picked it up.

Yes I went by here the other day around 8:30 am and they basically turned away my business and directed me to another business because they claim the wait time was 2/3 hours and all I needed was my tire psi checked my sensors reset smh
