The staff at the Douglasville location were very professional. I was greeted as soon as i came in. The employee had to answer the phone while i was being waited on. He said excuse me sir, and answer phone in a calm professional manner. Then after the call said Im sorry sir. Then he had the other employee pull my battery from the bin and we headed outside for my installation. He was very friendly and really quick and precise. I will always use this company for my battery needs.

Great service in and out as expected. The end cost was actually less than the quoted price from their web site.The scheduling process isn’t there yet for instance the web site allowed for the scheduling of a battery replacement for a iPhone with a scheduled time of 6 pm. In a few hours after making the appointment online I receive a call saying their technician is only “in store” from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Of course we had to reschedule (verbally) for the next day.If the scheduling option isn’t accurate I would recommend that customers should be told to call store to schedule.

Told me it would only take minutes to test my car battery for warranty. They ended up trying to charge it overnight and came to the conclusion that it didn’t work. They did however fill my warranty, which is the only reason I give them 3 stars. I have 1 car and a missing battery for a day means missing work.

Cameron was very nice when I called so I came in to get a battery replacement for my Citizens watch. I have replaced watch batteries in the past but did not wanr to risk even one scratch on my expensive watch. When it was returned it had MULTIPLE scratces on the back. There were no scratches before. I pointed it out to him and asked him to get the scratches off. I was told I needed to take it to a jeweler.

Came in on a Sunday, and yes they do have a wide selection on Batteries and Bulbs! Although it is on the pricey side, but I still made my purchase. The guy was who was working was in slow motion. He was in the back working on something for another customer, which is cool, but you couldve came out and acknowledged any new customers that came in, and told them you will be right with them. Other customers came in, and left. I was in the store for atleast 30 minutes, just to pick up a pack of CV2016

Pretty much got everything you need. They also cut and program car keys for about half the price at the dealership.

Been here several times mostly for batteries. They have everyday and special batteries for example motion detector, fan remotes, car remotes, watches. May cost a few cents more but better than running all over town dealing with people who dont know anything.

Great customer service!!! Chris repaired my iPhone 6S quickly and professionally. He even replaced the home button. The whole process only took about an hour and the price was very reasonable for what he repaired. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing a new phone screen! I found that finding the correct batteries for my application was very easy to do on-line.

I ordered my Samsung Galaxy Note 4 battery online. The process went smoothly. I was emailed right away that the store had received my order, then within 1 hour I was notified that my battery was ready for pickup. I sent my daughter to the store to get my battery. I gave her all the paperwork she needed plus my Drivers License and the Credit Card/Debt Card that I used for the purchase.I put my new battery in my phone and so far it is working perfectly. It is not doing all of the crazy things that it was doing with the old battery. The battery I replaced was the original one when I bought the Galaxy Note 4. It is so nice to have my phone back. It is holding the charge and working like a new battery should. I also like the Lifetime Warranty that comes with the battery. First, no one available to repair my phone screen at 8 am like I had been told the night before. Had to wait until 3pm for service. Samsung screen repaired by 6pm but my phine is irrevocably damaged. I cannot make or recieve calls. Verizon store person spent an over an hour trying to help me & finally said the person(s) at Batteries Plus in Douglasville ruined something inside my phone when they had the screen off. Seems like they only know iphones.Happier ending. Repaired at Batteries Plus in TUCSON. The guy(s) in Douglasville broke a wire inside when they had the screen off. If you dont know what youre doing, DONT DO IT. TELL THE CUSTOMER & LET THEM CHOOSE SOME WHERE ELSE!!

Do yourself a favor and if your buying a auto battery buy it elsewhere as these guys once the warantee is over not even 2 months there is no prorated fee like everywhere else. They did not even test the battery to see if it could have been charged. Go figure!!!

5 months ago I did a positive review, well I had a battery go bad went to get it replaced, the employee could not find my account, so I pulled it up on my phone and showed him my account and where I purchased the battery he said it dont matter it was not in his computer, I showed him the date purchased the receipt #, he said would have to wait on his manager, manager showed and was rude and told me the same thing, turns out they were too stupid to find my account, I went to another store and got battery replaced in and out 5 min. BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!!! BEWARE!!! I say DO NOT buy a car battery from this place, it will not last, and they will make every excuse not to replace regardless of what the warranty is. I purchased a car from them March 2015 with a five-year warranty, which the battery cost me $284.61. Tried on a several occasions to return the battery and was told nothing was wrong with it, which I took it to three different auto store OReilly, AutoZone, and Advance Auto, which each said, the battery failed testing this was just weeks after perching the battery. Long story short, talk to the GM anything but a help and very rude. And here I am again still dealing with this battery now it wont charge whatsoever and no message reading further testing needed. So, I take it in on Sunday told they need to keep it for 24hour and that the manager will call me. Never got a call, so I just called them to hear they are not going to warranty the battery because they found a crack. I didnt see a crack when taking the battery into them, but now theres a crack anything to get out of warranting the battery with a replacement, but thats okay dishonesty never wins. So, I go to pick up my useless battery, and theres a big crack, which wasnt there when I dropped the battery off on Sunday. Someone, their tampered with my battery so that they would not have to honor warranty. Please, whosoever is reading this review PLEASE I say DO NOT buy a car battery from them go to your local auto store (ORelly or AutoZone). BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We made a appointment two days in advance to have a screen repair on a cell phone. Went to the store dropped off the phone, and they told us it would be ready in a hour. I returned to the store in the time told, and then was told my phone wasnt repaired because their replacement screen was cracked. Very disappointed that they did not bother to check this screen replacement part before I came in for the appointment, and then have me leave it and not notifying me that they could not repair due to their fault.
