I had the absolute best customer service with Layci. My son and I were looking for a charm to go on his chain for his home coming dance. Layci took her time to help us find exactly what we needed. This place is a scam. They gave us a price of $500. Then charged us almost $900. When I told them they were giving us the run around and asked for a refund they cussed out me & my wife & called the cops on us. The mall security showed up 1st and he told them his card machine was down so he couldn’t give us a refund, although I had just used it to purchase my jewelry. Then the police officer showed up and told the mall that he always has problems with the owner scamming ppl & selling fake jewelry. Then the police officer made him use the card machine to give us a refund & receipt and told the mall’s security manager that they need to do something about him & the store or they will continue to have problems. I have probably left 2 reviews in my entire life, but I took the time out of my day to write the 3rd. I hope this is helpful. Do not believe the 5 star reviews I am sure they are fake.

How long does it take to get a ring sized? I purchased a ring that day and was told me to come back in a couple (2) days I have phoned them, and the answer is its not back. Mind you, its been 5 days. Just feels funny to have purchased a ring that I couldnt walk out the store with. Kinda anxious.

Crooks.. I gave them a necklace of mine to be fixed and 2 weeks later, no phone calls or nothing. Went to the store and the gates were closed. Tried calling and no one answers.....I’m pretty sure they stole my 800$ necklace. And the worse part is they actual fixed it before and gave it back but not this time. DONT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING

Do not give your money to this Cracker Jack box jewelry store!!!!Update4: more stones fell out. I took it to Jared since they have professional jewelers. They checked it and he replaced some of the diamonds with sapphires. The prongs were not secure over the diamonds as well. I will be taking this to court if they don’t give me my money back or pay Jared to fix it correctly. At this point I don’t trust them to “fix” it.update 3: I have worn my ring after they fixed the fallen stones. So far so good. No lost stones. It looks beautiful. I am glad they fix it.I received a ring enhancer for Christmas and I have only worn it 1 day and 3 stones have already fallen out!! I feel so disappointed and ripped off. I will be in there this week to get this fix and I hope they have as great customer service as they do sales skills. I will update my review after I see how they handle my issue.Update: So they are claiming wear and tear and I have to pay to replace the 3 diamonds that fell out. So heart broken since I loved this ring so much and waited 10 years to get an updated marriage ring/enhancer. I fell like I spent over $600 on a Cracker Jack box ring. Do not buy anything here.Update #2: They fixed my ring and only charged me a very small labor fee. I am pleased that they did this. Restores my faith in them. I will update to see if this repair helped keep the stones in. I will not be wearing it soon because I just sent my engagement ring off to get rhodium and detailed. Once I get it back (from Zales) I will wear both and hopefully not have this issue again.

Absolutely hated it. my husband purchased a diamond bracelet for me for Christmas. I put it on Christmas day, almost lost it because it fell off. Me husband took it back a few days later they repairedit. I wore it bowling and it fell off on the parking lot, luckily I heard it drop. A week or so later my husband and I took the bracelet back again. I wanted to exchange it for some thing else. The salesperson said to come back tomorrow because she couldnt authorize an exchange. But leave your bracelet do that we can repair it. Again!!. Went back the next day spoke with the manager. No exchanges after 14 dayshe says. We had the original receipt and he wouldnt even let us exchange the bracelet.14 days on defective jewelry??? Never ever will I shop with them again. Needless to say I have an useless diamond bracelet just sitting in the pretty red box it came in. Absolutely horrible customer service. Ive been putting the world out..... Give you hard earned money to a more reliable, loyal, and well known business whos going to take care of their customers.

Will looking into my bag I realized that I had a necklace and told the man that I was sorry that I will be using the one I had. He immediate got upset, he called me a liar. Disgusting attitude !!!! Untrustworthy and no Customer Service !! Not even worthy of 1 star.. Me and my wife to be were out shopping for my Wedding Ring and a Band to compliment her engagement ring. We stopped in this location and i immediately found the ring i wanted, with out hesitation we started to look for her a band. The Guy Toby or what ever his name was took a look and recommended some bands to her... We were super excited and actually found the perfect ring to compliment her engagement ring. however this is where it goes south.. price was OK and not to high but the ring was a little loose and Toby, as we are calling him, recommended to solder the rings together. We knew this could be done so we were all on board and they said we will only charge you for the labor. It will take 2 days at the most he said. OK we were sold just over $750.00 for both and only having to pay for the labor to solder them. We never received a call within the 2 days as promised and when i called back to ask about it some lady was very rude telling me it is up to the facility to do it and it will take longer... At this point i was a little worried but still thinking ok not a big deal. 2 days later i got the call it was done and we could pick it up. ok back on the happy train. we went down to the store to pick up her rings that were supposed to be soldered together and what we got was her engagement ring resized and not soldered to the band as we thought we had paid for. Luckily it was Toby at the store right??? WRONG!! he said he did what we asked and blamed us for not being clear on what we wanted. as i calmed my wife to be, we asked if they could fix this problem and he replied yeah if you pay for it. Excuse me but we already paid for it. we never asked for her ring to be resized only if it was needed to solder them. to make the ring all the same size. she said there was room to work with if the resize was needed. Apparently he was not listening to her or me. So to save Toby from being Cussed out by my now furious Wife to be we paid for the wrong work and now we were left with the resized engagement ring and the band not soldered together as Toby suggested. So i called the store the next day and asked for a manager.. this lady, Prob same lady that was rude the first time got on the phone and i explained the mistake. She was rude again and said they cannot help that we we not clear on what we wanted and if we wanted to repay for the soldering they would do it but it could not be ready in time. i sad a few choice words which i will not repeat and she hung up. My future Wife and i will NEVER shop here again and will never recommend any one to buy from this company as they are liars and have really bad customer service.

Do not do business with this store!! I took my wifes wedding rings to get rhodium plated and they stole some of my gold. Rings were a size 7 when I dropped them off and they were a size 5 3/4 when I got them back. Then they lied and said I couldnt prove it.... Luckily I had the ring appraised just days before I had them work on the ring and I have every piece of documentation I need. If they did this to me, Im sure Im not the first. Hopefully the police will be able to uncover this in their investigation!

Terrible quality jewelry and the employees are very rude! I brought my first engagement ring there to get it sized and my husband bought me a new one to wear in the meantime and a week later two stones fell out. Then when we came to pick up my first ring they said there was nothing they could do about the missing stones on the new one! Then a month later the ring that I got sized came apart and broke! I was devastated!! I would not recommend anyone to do business with Diamond Traders!! They suck

I saw a Casio watch that caught my eye. I went in and tried it on. I took my phone out, explaining to the sells lady I was taking a picture of the product number to compare prices. A manager came out from a back room and the two started babbling back and forth in another language and making and pointing at me. The manager then said NO TAKING PICTURES IN HERE. I said ok, then asked if I could see the Invictas, but they wouldnt even get them out for me to look at.

I do not advise ANYONE to come to this place. The ring guard they placed on the ring, still caused my ring to slip. They are unprofessional and refused to give a refund for the said ring-guard that scratched my ring completely. The lady was immensely rude and just did not care. I will never return, let alone look in their direction.

I had a ring on layway there for my daughter. I went twice to pick it up and was told the management was out of the country and the people in the store were unable to get it out of the safe. My husband sent my other daughter to pick it up and the wrong ring was given. When he took it back, they told him that it was the right ring and no refund or exchange could be given. This is very poor service and I will not do any business there again and will seek action against them. I have a picture of the ring that was initially put on layway and it is not the same ring. I will go public to get this out there so other customers will take precaution when dealing with these crooks! What makes it so bad, they get to speaking broken English when they know they are wrong. They understand perfectly well, but wish they would all return back to their country and stay!
