I had a WONDERFUL experience! Daphne (D) was so great, helpful, fun, and knowledgeable about the products, process, and prices! She made sure I didnt get overcharged- we bought some solitare earrings and set them in our engagement rings, had some sizing and cleanings done. I will definitely be back! The manager that was there was also amazing, sorry I forgot her name- long hair, blondish- I appreciate you both ladies. ❤ CANT WAIT TO SEE OUR CUSTOM MADE JEWELRY!!

I want to RAVE about Ms. Daphne! I came in for my routine cleaning on my jewelry and she was so patient and kind. My engagement and wedding rings are my babies. She took the time to explain to me how precious my rings were. And my other jewelry as well. I left there with my jewelry looking brand new and a new found appreciation for all of it. She was so sweet and I will always recommend her!I didn’t realize how amazing and precious diamonds really are until she talked to me. Thank you Ms. Daphne!! For everything and just being YOU!

Ive been coming into this location since I was a child and have unfortunately seen it go down hill over time. Not only has this store lost its higher end time pieces but the customer service has gone down hill too. I needed an older gold ring of mine resized and Jared told me it was not possible due to needing to move up two sizes. I went to the other side of Arbor place mall to Atlanta West Jewelry and they were able to resize it for me in 24 hours and also inspected it and rhodium dipped it for free. If you absolutely must use a Jared then I recommend the Kennesaw location as they have much better customer service and a better selection of fine jewelry.

I needed to buy a engagement Ring and I went to Kennesaw, Alpharetta, and then Douglasville location. And out of all three Douglasville is the best one. There staff is so good and so helpful, I have no words. Two ladies helped us Daphine and one more really nice(I am kicking myself for not remembering her name). They both made the whole experience so much fun and stress free. These two took extra time and efforts to understand what exactly we wanted and made the whole process so memorable. Thank you Daphine and friend.

Even after a mix up in ordering, the staff at Jared was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The store was clean and it appeared that judgement was not extended to customers that showed a questionable dress. Im not a typical Jared customer but my wife is so this went a long way to possible purchases in the future.

Had a white gold ring adjusted, cleaned and dipped. They were able to do it onsite in just a few hours. They did exactly what I asked and the ring looks great. Very pleasant experience. I will be a repeat customer.

I love this store. Im a Pandora customer. I frequent this particular store because of the customer service and the selection availability. They are always in stock, unlike Pandora inside of Arbor place mall. Ask for Tina shes a doll and my favorite Pandora rep. shes patient and knowledgeable.

I feel Jared’s inspection specialist (or whatever the title should be for those receiving jewelry for inspection and cleaning) should be the same no matter the location and I would appreciate if I were treated like a valued customer instead of a common criminal! I truly had a horrible experience and if I did not HAVE to do these semi annual inspections I would not return! Absolutely worse inspection experience ever! I literally had to pull up a video from 2018 to prove I came in as requested because the previous inspection specialist did not notate my account! Luckily my husband did a quick video when we came in or else I would have had a voided warranty and I would have had to pay to get my diamond replaced! Absolutely ridiculous! I was told it was “my responsibility” to make sure my account was updated! How was I to know that if NO ONE told me that since 2016!?! When I see the person on the tablet I assumed they did what they were suppose to do! Like really how does that fall on me? How am I held responsible for people at Jared’s not doing there job! On top of proving I came in as I was suppose to I also had to pull up reciept to show when the rings were purchased and clarify who purchased them!! Again I have been getting them inspected for 3 years now!!!!! Whyyyyyy must I show proof of purchase!?! I really wish I did not have to return. I did receive an “apology” for the confusion but the damage was already done! Absolutely absurd. :-/ Is this common practice? Do others have to prove one that the rings that they wore in the store belong to them and do others have to make sure Jared’s employees update there accounts? Do others know that that’s there responsibility when they purchase the warranty?

Went today to get a gift for my manager and the sales rep Estelle (sp) was very rude and made my anxiety go up. You ask her a question shell say I dont know and dont ask why. Even when her co-workers ask her a question shell very rude to them. While looking at Pandora Bracelets she was huffing and puffing like we were brothing her. It was my first and last time in this location. Ill be calling the corporate office.

I have always had a great experience at this Jareds. Morgan above and beyond helping my fiancé design my ring. He had no clue where to start and she took him under her wing and helped him through every single step. She even helped him save money!!!! When he told me that I knew Morgan was amazing. She could have really did some damage knowing my fiance didnt know anything about this but she didnt and even sat down with him and explained EVERY single thing!!! Ever since Jareds is the only place we go to buy jewelry and we always use Morgan!!!

Bought a wedding set, paid for the lifetime warranty, young love, couldnt afford a diamond for the center stone, got a White Sapphire till we could afford a diamond, they announced in front of everyone we werent using a real stone, then a couple months later when it was being cleaned they broke the stone and tried to pass it off to me broken. Then when they replaced it they told us they wouldnt fix it if it happened again because the lifetime warranty WE PAID FOR is really (they again announced it in front of the whole store) for people who purchase REAL diamonds, a few years later we went somewhere else and spent approximately the price of a car on a new ring.

Dont ever call them on the telephone. They never answer and when they do theres no tell what you will hear. Ex. I am needing to call Amex.... or Hello? Then silence.... they dont answer with a greeting so you think you are calling the wrong number.

Terrible service. Went in and asked about what to do because my diamond fell off my ring. They told me nothing because I hadn’t had it inspected within a 6 month period. Called customer service when I left and they said the store should have never said that because that wasn’t true and they were not helpful at all!
