The manager, Aaron, was not only rude and short, but lacked the basic customer service skills needed to address my needs. He seemed to have no compassion or communication skills either. Its disappointing that Zales doesnt prioritize their managers being experts in interpersonal and soft skills so that the customers feel valued and welcomed EVERY time we interact with their stores. Ive filed a formal complaint. I will no longer go to that location ever again.

Store never opens on time. Always very dull service, the employees don’t even smile. I don’t want to spend my money here anymore. I had an issue with a watch that I was told I’d be called 6-7 times when it was ready. No one ever reached out to me and when I called the store it was very unprofessional service. I just wanted my questions answered and the service you swear to provide, provided.

Service is horrible! Workers are impatient and often rude. They don’t follow up as promised and they aren’t knowledgeable of prices of items that aren’t marked. In addition, the store never opens on time.

Stopped in for a gift for my girlfriend. They had something in my price range, but you could tell the sales agent didnt like the words budget and tuned out. Charisma vacuum. Oh well, what can you do...

Great Customer Service. After months of shopping for the perfect engagement ring, we returned on Sunday to purchase the very 1st ring loved. Our salesperson was AMAZING. Her name sounds like Lectra and I do not have the correct spelling. She had on a black and white top with black slacks. AMAZING! HELPFUL! KNOWLEDGEABLE! I spotted the ring and asked her to hold it while I looked at 5 others just to be sure. She was patient with a vibrant personality. We purchased the ring with a 40% discount - which came to a price that simply could not be beat. I am very happy.

I have been a long time shopper at Zales. This store will make me never come back to a Zales. I felt like I was purchasing a casket rather than wedding rings with the attitude of the salesman. No greeting, no hello, just stood around and waited until he was free, then he responded with. Do you need help?....No, we just want to look through the glass for hours and figure everything out on our own. This was not a one time deal either. We have been there a few times and get the same feeling when we leave every time. We bought wedding bands, and they did not have the correct size. So rather than offering to order one in, they sold the one they had in stock and then said we would be charged to have it sent out to be sized. These guys working there should not be in sales nor customer service positions. Give your money to a company that holds higher standards to their employees and their attitudes. I am disappointed that I have spent the money I have there over the years.

If youre looking for fine jewelry at a reasonable price and great customer service this is the only place to go.

Im so mad. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They LIE... Dropped jewerly off to be dipped, no phone calls or anything. Called to check on the jewelry was told they called the line was busy. 1. I have call waiting, 2. I have VM on my phone.Now with this virus makes it hard driving an hour to get it. Lesson learned.

I was yet disappointed once again at the Zales Jewelry Store, trying to get a ring guard for my rings that I BOUGHT at Zales!!!! I dont understand why they either dont have all staff members trained to put them on or why they tell you anything just not to provide the service, (I was told that they didnt have the right size🤔)when I paid a lot of money for my rings. I definitely wont be going back to this location again. So disappointed

Really, whoever opens this store in the morning should be fired for real. I’ve been sitting here for over two hours and the store is still not opened. I drove an hour to come here and this is just ridiculous!!! I definitely wouldn’t be shopping Zales anymore in the future.

Understanding people come to browse. 2 employees working. One is busy problem solving, while another is with a browser. The browser apologizes and says its ok to help me. Mind you I simply have a pick up. The worker says no, youre fine, TAKE YOUR TIME!!! Well Ive waited for this pick up for 25 minutes and Im STILL WAITING for someone to help me. No worries Zales this will be our last purchase.

Employees and Managers refused to help me despite having a warranty for repairs. My ring had just been resized and four days later a stone falls out. This man had the nerve to accuse me of ASSISTING the stone out of its setting and refused to repair it!

This particular location has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Avoid and travel to a better servicing location.

No support of any kind from the staff. Ordered a 600.00 ring and it took forever to get it and then found out that it had been sitting in the store for a month when they told me that it wasnt even ready yet..

Dont try calling this location to check the status of your jewelry cause the phone number is either incorrect or off the hook.
