I ordered a pair of sunglasses online and they came bent. I really liked the frame and stopped by while grabbing groceries and a very wonderful optometrist fixed my bent frames in a few minutes for free. Staff seems excellent and happy to help.

Im a bit surprised by reviews saying staff members were rude as I had a terrific experience. Contacts are medically necessary for me and the entire staff was super kind, patient, and worked with me through a couple glitches, including contacting my insurance to get them covered. Janie was particularly helpful and wonderful

They said they open till 7 pm but stop taking customers at 6 pm. I am attaching exam hours.

Easy to schedule, no hassle reschedule when an emergency arose and I needed to change my plans. The visit was efficient and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The doctor was informative and patient. I will continue to visit this office for my annual exam!

One star is for the poor quality of the lenses.My lenses were under a year old when I noticed a small crack at the top! Of course its now a few months after the one year mark and the crack has gotten bigger.What really grinds my gears is these lenses were actually MORE expensive than the standard lenses because I needed a special anti-reflective coating to DRIVE at night.Yep. I only wear these to drive.Since my insurance didnt cover the coating, I had to P.O.P over $60! For junk! Im just greatful I had insurance! Who has hundreds of dollars to waste on lenses every year? I dont.The Dr was nice and the women werent very friendly but I wouldnt say they were overly rude. I bought the cheaper frames and they have held up just fine.Ill never buy lenses from Wal-Mart again.

Hello last week I went to the dublin Ohio visions center the staff is so rude, they were not listening my problems And started arguing with me.

Horrible customer service. This was my daughters first time trying contacts . After she received her first pair she tried them and felt they weren’t comfortable. The doctor scheduled her a two week follow up, but since she didn’t wear the contacts I rescheduled. After a few months she started to get acclimated to them and wanted to try to wear them full time. We scheduled the appointment and when we showed up the doctor was really rude and told my 13 yr old daughter she was wasting his time. I recommend you go anywhere but here. Seriously

My intent with this review is to remedy a bit of the review poison that is found below. Please know that this review is now posted 6 months after the most recent review. Here is why this is so important: theres a new crew working here, and they are GOOD.Now we all (or at least a lot of us!) have our judgements of Walmart as a company, and Im no exception, but I can tell you directly that the team working at the Walmart Vision Center on Sawmill Road is not only kind, but they are very, very sincerely concerned with getting the right glasses for you... not only in shape, size, and style, but the specific lens that meets your healthcare needs. They will lead you - warmly and truthfully - to the right pair for you. In my case, I am very sensitive to the optical center on my glasses, and so if they are manufactured even a little off-center, I cant wear them. But here is what Erin, Yvonne, and teammates found out about me: I am also very sensitive to what - theyve taught me - is called the base curve.Even though I have been getting glasses since I was 11 years old, (and now I am mere months away from being over the hill!), it was Erin (the new store manager) who found this out for me. Not one single doctor staffer or optician in almost 30 years found this out about me until I came to this store. Not only did I buy a single pair, but I went back a few weeks later and bought ANOTHER PAIR... even when I had spent 2-3 hours on Zenni optical for hours before buying my first. But Im not alone - while Ive purchased 2 pairs here, my wife, and 2 kiddos (we are all blind as bats!) have all gotten glasses at the vision center, and we will be back. Before buying from your Doctor, or Zenni Optical, or any other retailer, please give Erin and her team a shot. I am very confident that whether you are a business professional, retired, a dear old dad, or a mom, or a young 20 something, (or anyone in-between!), or even a MICHIGAN FAN, :) the team at this store will find a great pair of glasses made just for you.

The rudest staff Ive ever encountered. They should be relieved of their jobs and embarrassed to treat people that way. Will never return.

If I could give them no stars, I would. Horrible customer service all around, and the staff are all extremely rude. They lost my first set of trial contact lenses after I had waited nearly a month for them to arrive, so I had to have them ordered again. Another month has gone by and I still never received them. Simply do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, especially for contacts. Horrible.

Perfect! Wonderful experience! Love my new glasses! Best vision Ive had in 5 years! I was needlessly worried about the quality from Walmart vision center. Dr. Haberthy knew just how to correct my special vision problems when my previous expensive insurance doctor had not been able to do that for 16 years! The eye glass assistant was courteous and genuinely caring and so helpful in choosing frames. I paid less than half of what I paid at my previous doctor and I got Transitions, anti glare and scratch, spring hinged frames that are classy and well made, every bit as good as high end designer frames. Sat appt was convenient and no waiting.

They all were great and very nice to me and my kids!

One lady was super nice but the other was grouchy and they lied about calling me.

Wal-Mart discriminates against seniors who are on Medicare. They dont take Medicare or aetna mycare Ohio. Sorry that dont earn her business.
