Visited this location today - July 1st and I am glad I visited, new owner and oh boy this guy was amazing, so much experience working with T-Mobile and the whole transaction was so pleasant that I did not realize that I moved over from Att to T-Mobile . Jose was very helpful and understanding to my situation. he helped me for over a week fixing my phone. i almost lost all my information on my new which wasn’t backed up but he was patient and kind and spent extra time. he had the skill to get the job done. not only do i recommend t mobile but jose and the east northport store! great store and certainly great staff members.

Bad Bad Bad. Dont ever go there. Sales rep is keep changing and not professional at all. I have been told at trade in my phone for $500. Later I found out from t mobile company said there is no such program. I went to the this store couple times ask to see manager. Sales told me there is no manager there and associates I deal with before are all gone. Suggest I have to call T mobile company and deal with them for the mistake this store makes. Be very careful about this stores sales. No credibility at all... I personally think this store should receive no star at all.

My wife and I switched to T-Mobile and both got new phones last week. We went to the East Northport store and Moe and Kevin helped us. The service was absolutely outstanding. What a difference it makes when two people who are friendly, knowledgeable and have a sense or humor help you. It was a big process to switch over everything to new phones and a new carrier and they helped us do everything and explained everything in detail. Their patience was admirable. Thank you so much Moe and Kevin.

I switched to T-Mobile recently. I dealt with a young man named Ed who was helpful and thorough about the plans available to me. HIs enthusiasm and friendliness were a breath of fresh air and made the experience a pleasure. I wish all customer service transactions were handled as well.

Went in there to move my numbers over from another carrier paid for their prepaid service only for it to not go through and they told me that they will not issue me a refund even though I never had service with them extremely dissatisfied and disappointed after being told it would take 2 hours. Here we are more than 24 hours later still no service and nothing but excuses and the employee keeps pushing me off and telling me to wait ....had they told me upfront how long this process would take I never would have paid them in the first place buyer beware

I went into the store yesterday to upgrade my phone and Mike and Armando were amazing at helping me and gave me outstanding customer service. Even know their store was closing they would not leave until I got my phone completely set up and was satisfied even though they had to stay past closing time to help me. They answered all my questions and when I came in the next day with a few others they also help me out with those. This was the best have been in the 10 years that Ive had T-Mobile and out look forward to going back when I upgrade my daughters iPhone in a few months.

Was visiting NY on vacation. Went in to buy a charger. Joshua was amazing and had us out quick. Told us about tab promos and was super nice.
