This was a stressful weekend being 250 miles from home and having my car (with only 8,000 miles on it) light up like a Christmas tree. Every engine warning flashed repeated across the panel. After days of trying to get help, I got my car to Apple Honda. They were helpful from start to finish! Mason checked me in and some of the guys came out to look at it to see if it might be an easy fix. It wasn’t, but they made the process smooth. My only complaint is that they had no cars to loan me while mine was with them. This was a big problem since I was 250 miles from home. I had to have a friend drive to pick me up and had to rent a car to drive back when my car was fixed. Overall though, the service was great!

Over all great! They addressed each of of the issues I had with my car and were able to fix two out of three the day of. I am bringing it back in to finish at the end of the week. Im glad I finally brought my car in. So friendly and they shuttled me home!

Awesome place! Willing to do longer test drives if needed. Great communication. My wife couldnt make it to Wenatchee for a week due to her work schedule. So they brought us the vehicle on a trailer 2 hours away and did all the signing at our home! Delivery was great. (Test drove a few days before). My CRV need a replacement part as directed by Honda manufacturer. I was able to secure an appointment within a few days of calling. The work was done in the projected time while I waited in their pleasant clean waiting area. Really appreciated that a review of systems was also completed and explained to me.

I was told that the service was going to take up to 2 hours to complete but they finished in a speedy 50 minutes! The guy at the counter went out of his way to help me with an order of touch up paint. He was professional and very attentive to the issue. Good experience all around.

Wow - I cant say enough good things about Apple Valley Honda, and in particular, Jose. We had a check-engine light come on while in Wenatchee on vacation. Jose had us stop by for a quick check to see and was able to identify the issue quickly. He was able to squeeze us in and get the car road-ready so we could return home from our vacation. Was able to get in for oil change very next day. Took about an hour and they called me when it was done. Only 4 stars because they didn’t check the thing I asked them to and then told me I’d have to bring it back to another appointment. Otherwise they changed oil and rotated tires, topped off wiper fluid and did a multi system check for $60. I’ll go back in the future.

My experience at AVH was great! David and Adam were very attentive and kind and were able to get me taken care if in a short time because I was in a time crunch the whole crew is fabulous. The door was missing a part of the door handle, but they’re assurance of ordering it right away was great customer service.I give these guys 4 stars!

The service department can be difficult to get ahold of. I had called about 3 times and never got a call back but when I called the 4th time and voiced my frustration I got a call the same day. Once my car was in there they figured out what was wrong and at about 3pm I asked them to add on an oil change and without hesitation they said absolutely! Everyone there is so kind and so nice. I really appreciated them taking great care of me and my car. They were transparent about cost and didn’t try to get me to do anything extra. Amazing service!!

Purchased a CR-V here 2 years ago and had a really great experience. Everyone at this dealership are wonderful! They provide outstanding customer service.Unfortunately my husband totaled our car and we were left to have to purchase another. After spending time searching, we found one at Harvest Honda in Yakima and decided to purchase through them. Big mistake. While doing paperwork, they took the car into their shop. Upon leaving, the car wouldnt even start anymore. This is when we discovered how terrible their customer service is and they definitely dont value their customers, its only about money for them and they are willing to lie and treat customers poorly even in front of other customers. They could definitely learn how from Apple Valley on how to treat people. We will be doing all of our future business with Apple Valley from now on. Its not worth the risk to buy anywhere else. Thank you for providing amazing service and always going above and beyond. You guys are certainly the best.

After 1 1/2 hours of waiting for my CRV oil change I went back to the service counter and asked for the service rep that checked me in and they said they would have to find her.. within minutes another service rep approached me saying my car was ready.. really? Apparently she was in a training course! Hopefully the training course was about not leaving customers waiting for an hour and a half for a simple oil change. Worst experience I’ve had in the last 9 years of going there hands down.. I usually leave positive feedback but can’t this time.

Service was very good, low score was for wait time. I was stranded in Eastern Washington and they couldnt work on my car for 5 days. The break down was because the recall performed the first time was done incorrectly by the dealership I purchased the car from.

Doors open at 7:30 am sharp. I was finished with my oil change service in about 30 minutes and they provided a detailed description of other items that need attention.

APPLE VALLEY HONDA DID A GREAT JOB WITH FIXING MY problem that I had lost my car keys. Once I explained this they helped me a n d within 45 minutes they had made me a new main ignition key . This key was one that they had to put it in 3 different main positions.The main key had special needs not available in other areas .Great working . THANKS

The service was amazing. I felt very well taken care of and they were very patient with me as well. I had both my young children with me at one day and when they were not at all frustrated when the kids were getting a little restless for being at the dealership for multiple hours. Seriously, it was very comforting not feeling like I was rushed to wrangle my kids when they needed to ask me a question. February 1, 2021 my sister called me to say she was looking at the car I should buy because of price and it checked all the boxes! I walked into Apple Valley Honda to see the car, Honda Insight - Hybrid, my sister had called about. In reading the window sticker it did indeed check all the boxes. The price was well within my budget. Dylan Lamont came over to assist in answering any questions. He pulled it off the showroom floor for me to take it for a test drive. After Dylan pointed out a few essentials I asked how do I start it. Dylan smiled and said it was already running! Wow! It was THAT quiet!Once back at the dealership Dylan went through some more features and some packages. He made me feel like there was no rush or hurry. Dylan explained everything he showed me in a way that I had very few questions. The next step was the financial portion of the purchase. Shawn made me very comfortable. As in any transaction of this nature there are a lot of papers to sign. Shawn took each document and explained what it was for and where I should sign. Shawn explained what the warranty didnt cover to narrow things down. In fact he explained what the documents dont cover. Shawn also gave me ample time to ask and have those questions answered. On Tuesday or Wednesday I got a voice message asking to call him. Shawn had thought about my loan. He went with a credit union I already bank with. He got a much reduced percentage and monthly payment. I just needed to come in and sign that financial institutes paperwork. WOW, talk about going the extra mile!!!!The rest of the week I was at the dealership trying to understand how I could get my phone to work with the android auto system. EVERYONE was very helpful. In particular, David, as Dylan was off the days I came in regarding this particular matter. David had a lot of patience! Eventually, he got the phone and the system to work! Its been GREAT! Each time, Dylan, Shawn, and David said come in or call ANY time I had a question or a problem. They were more than happy to assist. I felt they meant it too. Little did I know I would be putting that to the test. Each time they dealt with the issue and repeated - any time I had questions or an issue to come in or to call. They were there to help. Each time I came in they were there and they DID help!!! I am so appreciative of the help I received!I have been telling people about the new car and how great it is. So the service technicians were great and the work repaired was done timely and well. My review of 2 stars is because they did not bother to enforce mandatory masking in the waiting room. And there was someone in the waiting area without a mask while elderly people sat there all wearing masks. Many employees came into the building without a mask, or wore it under their nose. Luckily I was able to sit in an adjacent waiting room with an N95.

I purchased my second car July10th 2021, from Apple Valley Honda. I bought another black beauty 2020 Subaru crosstrek limited. My first car was a 2019 Honda Civic hatchback my first black beauty👍🏼😀. I would like to start off by saying it was a hard decision for me because I truly loved my Honda it did me good ! It was so good on gas and dependable 👍🏼 I needed an AWD for my trips over Snoqualmie Pass to see my daughter who attends college at U.W. So I found the perfect car for me and my family to travel safely . I absolutely love the service department especially Aerin in service she is so Awesome and amazingly helpful, she makes me feel welcomed and comfortable every time I have been there for service. Then I would have to say buying a car for me is so stressful and Dylan was really nice we had a few issues, we worked it out and ended my purchase with a hug and a handshake. Had an unexpected issue with my Pilot while visiting Wenatchee. Contacted my mechanic back home and he diagnosed the issue.I contacted Apple Valley Honda. My parents had lived in East Wenatchee years ago and had always done business there. I spoke with Bree in the service department and explained my situation. She provided the name of a towing company which was quick and delivered me to the dealership. Once I arrived she was professional and very sympathetic to my situation. She established a plan of action which was executed with precision, compassion, understanding and professionalism.While it was not how I expected to spend the day, I am grateful to have had such a positive experience.

Good location, easy to find. Took my CR-V in for a all wheel aliagnment. Serv Adv Jose was very helpful and professional. Jose informed me they were runnig behind but would service the vehical ASAP. Offered me a shuttle ride. Quick check-in. I hung around/waited in the air condition waiting area. They offered free coffee or ice cold water. The place was clean, good lighting and alot to look at. Within an hour or so they completed the service. Way fast for a Friday before a holiday. Thank you Jose / Apple Valley Honda. Me and my CR-V will be back.

I am very impressed with Apple Valley Honda and the way they conduct business. I purchased my new CRV there this week and was in and out in about 3 hours. Including my test drive of two vehicles.

It was okay, only 1 slightly rude product assiciate was encountered that nearly caused me to cancel my purchase.. Otherwise my product associate and finance officer were fantastic, very informative, curious and kind thus helping me finalize my purchase.

The maintenance representative was professional and communicated clearly what I could expect.The only drawback was I have a bumper to bumber warranty and apparently that doesnt cover diagnostics.Other than that would definitely recommend Apple Valley Honda for their salespeople, support representatives and maintenance personnel.

Absolutely fantastic experience today at Apple Valley Honda. They put a car on hold for me that I had expressed interest in buying. Ramon was the salesman who helped me and he could not have been a nicer, more friendly salesman. There was no pressure from him whatsoever, everything was laid out on the table, transparent.
