My wife and I recently worked with Marco to purchase our new Toyota Highlander Hybrid. Let me just say that well be going back to Marco for all of our future Toyota purchases. He is honest, caring, well-versed and super passionate about what he does.When we first met with Marco back in April of 2021, he walked us out on the lot to look at the Highlanders they had in stock at Town Toyota. We got to look through the various trims (Platinum, Limited, XLE) to get a feel for what we wanted. When I asked Marco if it was really worth paying the extra few thousand dollars to step up to a limited model, I was surprised to hear him say no. We had told him our needs and what it was we were looking for and he believed that the XLE Hybrid was the best fit for us. Obviously the Platinum and Limited editions are great vehicles, but as a young family, we didnt need the additional bells and whistles and Marco recognized that. We walked away from the dealership appreciating his honesty immensely and knew that when the time came wed be giving him a call.Fast forward to August- we were now ready to buy a car with our newborn baby on board. We knew that it was going to be tough to find the specific colors and features we wanted given the semiconductor shortage and rampant high demand in the industry, but we reached out to Marco, told him what we wanted and he said he would be in touch as soon as he had some cars to share. Within a few weeks, Marco called us back with a couple of cars that were coming available and provided us with all of the specs for both. My wife and I were slow to the punch with putting a deposit down on the first car, but it ended up being for the best as the second Highlander he sent information for had a couple more features that we loved. We told him we were sold on it and asked to put a deposit down. Marco immediately got to work.Throughout the deposit process, Marco communicated with me frequently to let me know what was going on. He pushed all the buttons and pulled all the levers at Toyota to make sure we got our car, and for that we are forever grateful for him. Once the car was slated for arrival at Town Toyota, he notified us immediately and we were able to schedule an appointment to pick it up. Once again, Marco did an amazing job on the paperwork side. He was extremely helpful in explaining things and again was very honest when it came to making decisions on warranties.As I said before, my family will continue to come back to Town Toyota as long as Marco is still there. He cared deeply about making sure we got the car we wanted for our family, as he is a family man himself! He was honest and transparent about everything when it came to picking out and buying our vehicle. He was passionate about his job as evidenced by his excellent communication skills and commitment to his customers. Mechanical side not so great, took 2008 4Runner for abs actuator noise, they said it’s coming under the dashboard when it’s clearly coming from the abs actuator. My wife and kids waited 5 hours, they didn’t offer shuttle services and 150$ Later they can’t find anything wrong. They just want people to buy new vehicles. Will take my business to Sangster motors or Pat Armstrong Ford.

I highly recommend their collision department. Beth has gone up and above to ease my stress when I hit a deer and 8 days after my car got out of the shop with them, someone hit my car and ran. She got me in quick, responded to all my emails, just made the whole stressful situation seamless and took a huge weight off my shoulders. Their work is excellent quality and hopefully I wont need any more work done, but if I do, it will be through Town Toyota. Thank you Beth and Town Toyota for all your help. Ive been going to Town Toyota for the past 5 years. Ive only ever had my oil changed there, and one day they told me there was a leak. To diagnose it would be about 250. I took it to a different, in town, mechanic. Looked at my car and told me nothing was wrong. Took 5 minutes, zero dollars and a thank you.Town toyota wanted to charge me 250 dollars because they overfilled my oil and it cause what looked to be a leak. They would have taken my money and told me nothing was wrong, knowing full well it was their mistake. If it wasnt for the free oil changes, I would have stopped going there years ago. Today, after some pretty awful customer service, I can proudly say Im moving on to better customer service and quality work. Best of luck to all those who chose to be ripped off by these people.

They are just lucky Toyota cars are good quality or else, they would have been out of business long time ago, based on the consumer service. Had a Oil change done under warranty on my 2016 4runner and oil cap for the filter was over factory spec, as it would not come loose with 1/2 in breaker bar. After Contacting the local dealer and explained the issue in detail was able to come to a conclusion and get it fixed/resolved. I called and trying to ask for a 90k miles service quote on my 2009 Scion XB and a gal couldn’t answer it over the phone. So I drove to their service shop to ask for it and not to mention this is very inconvenient that I would have to drive there. When I got there, the gal at the first desk in the service department told me that she can’t help me with that quote and looking for a guy to help me with it. Couple minutes standing there, one of the guy walking back to his desk(the last desk) and the gal walked to his desk and start telling him about my situation. However, I keep seeing the gal was talking to the guy and keep looking my way and smiling. When I looked at them, they both turned their face and back away from me and didn’t help me at all. When another of their employees walking by and asked me if I got any help and I told him not really and she started walking back and told that employee she can help me. She started to asked me why I’m there when I literally told her that I need to ask for a quote and told her my year/make/model of my car when I first got there. She still asked me those things again so basically she was able to help me with it but instead she chose not to. I still didn’t get any quotes for it. It was a worse customer service I ever had at a car dealership. We moved from Bellevue to this town and never have any issue at the car dealership there but here we are. You would think little town like this would have such a great customer service for their small community but guess not. I am a google local guide reviewer and if you ever come by this area and visit this dealership; I would highly suggest not to get your car service here. If you cant provide good relationships with your customer and make it more convenient then it can really affect your business and customers.

Survived a crash involving a semi in the camry that my mom passed down to me (bought here in 2009). Im now an owner of a 2017 Rav and feel totally safe in it. My family has bought several cars here and remain totally loyal to Toyota. Would never go anywhere else.

Took my 4Runner in because it had been drifting to the right. Got scheduled for an alignment. Noticed after the service that it was still pulling to the right. I called to see what my options were. They offered to take it for a drive with me to see if they could fix the issue. I was not able to take it back in because I was headed out of town. Fortunately, the service manager reached out, made some suggestions, and helped me. Glad they made things right!

We bought a brand new 2021 tacoma trd off road. These guys had the best selection in the entire state. And our salesman dewey was incredible to work with he was never pushy and was an honest down to earth guy. I would reccomend anyone to him in a heartbeat. Dont buy a Toyota anywhere else.

We bought a car and finished a lease here andboth times the dealership made mistakes during the process.More than a year later we are still dealing the consequences.Even after finding the mistakes, they were unwilling or unable to resolve them. Unfortunately, we will go out of town to buy another Toyota.The only upside here is that they have a good service department.

Only complaint I asked a salesmen to help me try to pair my cell - he didnt have the time but he told me I needed to practice pairing my own phone but I could of been handed to another sales rep I thought but I understand I wont ask again when their busy making a sale money comes first! I pd cash for my truck but Im a simple customer I presume!

They were very kind over the phone and professional with my previous visits. However, I brought my car in for maintenance and an older, blonde clerk who processed me, talked to me like I was a child. I tried to ask some questions, but she outright ignored me. I felt horribly uncomfortable to have her speak so slowly to me and give me a dirty look whenever I tried to ask questions about a crucial recall on my flipping seatbelts. I understand that its loud on their garage and its a busy time of year, but she was just horribly unprofessional.Edit: I will also say, whole waiting for my car, its great advertising for hybrids to listen to them almost silently drive by.Edit 2: the clerk did come out to apologize. I cant urge enough that the staff has been polite each time I visit, but it irked me to be a customer and be treated with disrespect. It meant the world for her to apologize and know that this place, as a whole, takes their service so seriously.

Today was my first ever experience with my local Toyota Dealer. I traded a 2018 Subaru Legacy 2.5 for a new Toyota. The Sales staff was very pleasant. I felt at home. I worked with Mark O from the Internet Sale Dept and then Dewey who was my Sales Rep. Both of them were super polite and knowledgeable, I didnt feel pressured at all. They made the overall car buying experience enjoyable and would do business with them again.

Service is no help. My radiator broke so it was mixing trans fluid with antifreeze and sending it into radiator and transmission. I asked about recommendations on flushing radiator and transmission but they said just flush radiator multiple times and wouldnt tell me how to flush transmission. After I told them I replaced the radiator, they said that I could still have a major Internal problem which isnt even possible

Went in for my 10,000 mile service and was walked through what was going to happen for my Toyota Care. The best part about it was that I didn’t pay a penny! Thanks to Mason and the Service Department for such a great, and easy experience!

Worth the drive from Seattle. I worked with Jake Adamson on a trade in of a Tacoma for a new one. Im on the wet (West) side of the mountains and there are plenty of dealers over here but none seem as honest and straight forward as Town Toyota and Jake. Full disclosure we never completed the deal because I decided to keep my old truck for a while longer, but the trade in that they offered beat the three other dealers I talked to by a significant amount and he was still willing to offer a killer deal on the new one. He even went so far as to find the exact color I wanted at another dealer in the state. I will absolutely be back once Im ready to replace my truck.

This place is wonderful to buy cars I never regret buying my first car from here. They offered quality service and answer all your financial questions making affordable payment options based on your credit. The finance manager is always willing to look for best possible solutions to buy a car.

I went there for repairs and was really impressed by the genuine friendliness of the employees. I had my dog with me (and its 100°today), they had a bowl of water on the floor waiting for him and someone even brought him a dog treat. Nice peoplep AND dependable service, what more can you ask for?

I was disappointed with Town Toyota when I took a trade and offered me way below value for the car I was trading. And I still took the deal because I didn’t have to put a down payment. You would think after you would sign, a deal is closed. They called me a week later and changed the deal on me. After I already had signed paper work, they told me the bank needed a down payment of $1500, no thanks. A deals a deal I took the car back. I thought I already lost money by trading in the car. The sales representatives don’t care about their customers. I wouldn’t recommend getting a trade here. I’ll be going somewhere else.

After we signed all the paperwork & were transferring our belonging form old car (trade in) to new car I noticed a mechanical problem with the door locks. They gave us a loaner for nearly a month until they were able correct the issue.As always, I do recommend you go over any used vehicle, with a fine tooth comb. Play with each & every accessory/option. If needed, make sure you have a very detailed we owe to get anything fixed that you require before you sign your paperwork!However, even without all that, ultimately Town Toyota did what needed to be done to make it right.

Staff has always been very helpful and friendly. I had lots of questions and they did their best to answer everything as best the could. Toyota also has some of the best cars on the market, so there’s that.

We had not been a dealers showroom since 2002, so one can conclude new vehicle shopping is not high on our priority list. Noah Fabian did a great job introducing us to the Toyota models that fit our needs. His approach was one of educating us to the features on the vehicle, rather than pressuring us into a purchase. After some research and several test drives, we found a 2016 Toyota RAV4 Limited that fit our needs. Noah did a great job in changing our perception of a auto salesperson in a very positive way. I would highly recommend Noah to a person who is shopping for a vehicle.

I purchased my 2015 Toyota Highlander from Town Toyota. Great deal. Love it. However, when it comes to the service dept. weve had a few issues. First, we are tall people and when we get our vehicle out of service, the seat is forward and up as far as it will go. I asked why they had to move the seat, and get the response our guys are short...so what. Its not like they are driving it across town, they are driving it from one point in the shop to another, so why move the seat! The last time it was serviced, May 21, 2016, one of the guys must have jump up in to the seat, as they broke the seat frame. So then they had to order part to repair that and made an appointment. Ordered the part, it was damaged; changed appointment; tried again, it was the wrong part; tried a third time and it was out of stock and had to be ordered from California; when part finally came in, they didnt call to let me know, and I had to call them. This whole process took over a month. This is our biggest issue with the service dept. Everyone is exceptionally nice and goes out of their way to do what they can, but this moving the seat issue is a big one. I dont think they take the care with the vehicle as the owner would...this is wrong. They should take better care than the owner.

I went to 4 dealerships before we met our guy! His name is Ron M. he is a big fella who reminds me and my husband of our grandson. He greeted us and instantly I knew he was a nice guy! He asked us what we needed in a car and what we wanted in a car. We told him what we wanted and needed and what we wanted to spend. Other dealerships were pushy and aggressive. Ron just smiled and said follow me I have the PERFECT car. Before I show you I will be right back! He said with excitement. I told my husband here comes the pushy guy Maybe Ron wasnt so different. He came back with a License Plate. He was Different! He said sorry for the delay I just know this is your new car. Then he showed us the car. I LOVED it it was so cute! He spent 1-2 hours explaining the features and benefits of the car and it was in my budget! Not the usual.. I know its 5000 more but if i can get you a great deal would you buy routine... Ron worked up the numbers NO STRESS! We drove away in our new Scion XD! Thank you RON! you have a customer for life!

Terrible experience when I was contacted to refinance for a lower interest rate. Did not inform on hidden fees and did not explain that they would be refinancing through a bank 5 hours from me. They gave me the impression that it would all be through Toyota and I would be able to continue using my account to pay my bill. I subsequently swapped my loan over to a different bank and they provided no fees and an even lower interest rate. (Verity Bank)

Ive been getting my car serviced at Town Toyota for the past several years and have always had a great experience. They are extremely accommodating with my schedule and always make sure that Im 100% satisfied with whatever service was preformed. I purchased a new car this past June and, again, was very impressed with the entire process!

Update:We were able to have this resolved and Town Toyota graciously gave us 3 complimentary car washes. Now that we know they expire, we will use them within the month the next time we receive one. Thank you for making this right as we really appreciate it!We purchased a brand new car here this past Spring and just got our first oil change in September. We were given a free car wash coupon and did not use it right away as we didnt need it yet, tucked it away in the car, and remembered we had it when we needed to use it. When we tried to use it, the gentleman said it had expired last month, in October and that they could not honor it as they would not be reimbursed from Town Toyota. So we thought wed head over there and ask them if we could get a new coupon as ours had expired before wed had a chance to use it. Weve been going to Michaels Toyota in Bellevue for years and have always received a free car wash there until they decided to start giving out Brown Bear car wash coupons without any expiration date so did not think to look to see if there was an expiration date nor thought it would only be good for one month. When we went in to talk to Mason, the Service Manager at Town Toyota, he simply said he would not give us a new one and that we could, catch one next time. Wow. Its a coupon worth almost $7. It wasnt the fact of the expense of the car wash more the complete and utter lack of care, concern, and customer service by the customer service MANAGER. How difficult would it have been to give us another one, remind us it does in fact expire, and that hed not give us another one if it did happen again? Apparently much too difficult. Maybe if wed spent more than $45K here wed have a different result although I am not so certain. Apparently we have been extremely spoiled at Michaels Toyota in Bellevue with their complimentary coffee, fresh baked cookies, water bottles, and very friendly and accommodating staff. I guess we will be trekking over the mountains from now on where customer service is freely given instead of rationed.

I came in one day to test drive a 2013 Toyota Corolla and Noah and Mark tried their hardest to find me a car that night, even though I just wanted to test drive. They tried to get me into a lease, though it wasnt for me.About a week and half later I decided to call Noah, whom had worked with me before, on a whim to see if he had what I was looking for on the lot. He found a car even better than what I had expected with everything that I had wanted (remembered all of my specifics). I was onsite hours later and Mark remembered me from a week before. The car was in good condition. The financing options were great. Overall, my experience was so easy, simple and wonderful. Much happier with this dealership then the other Seattle area dealerships I had visited the day before. I could not be happier with my experience.

First off, I was worried with dealing with a new salesman or Automotive Sales Broker as he put it but Travis quickly put my mind at ease with just getting out of the Marines the month prior. Unfortunately, when I traded in my Ford for a Dodge there were issues with the truck as soon as I left the lot but my dad and I returned to the dealership and everything was worked out. I ended up trading that 2007 Dodge in with Travis for an 2008 Dodge. Thank you for such a positive experience! If your in the market for a vehicle go see Travis!! I will be referring people to Town Toyota so everyone can have a good experience as I did.

I had repair work done on a 07 Tundra on Thursday. Normally when I go to the dealer for a repair I brace myself in advance for a cost that is substantially higher than what I could get anywhere else. (I usually only go to the dealer when there is no other option.) This was no exception. I had done some research in advance and was expecting a charge about double what I found online. WHAT HAPPENED WAS THE OPPOSITE. The charge was less than expected and on top of that my truck was all washed up when I picked it up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great experience! I highly recommend the Town Toyota service department.

Its the only place to fix hybrid system, they didnt help to unload my car but finally got some assistance, they were pretty busy but courteous.

Service related post.I had a persistent noise in the front of my 2019 Tundra. I took it to another dealer multiple times and they couldnt figure it out. I brought it to Town Toyota and they started from scratch with me to try and solve the issue. Tyge and the FTS Ryan took the time to perform a proper interview and go on a test drive. Within 15 minutes they had it diagnosed and a solution. With the addition of a service campaign item that they fixed I was in and out in about 3 hours (1.5 hours less than estimated). For someone that had to drive 80 miles this was excellent and got me on the road home faster than anticipated. Thank you Town Toyota, Tyge, and Ryan.

I love Toyota, but dont bring a trade. They would be selling the vehicle for $12k and they offered low at $7. I know they need a markup, but that is insulting and they didnt even consider the low miles.

The salesman advertised the price for cheaper than what he sold it to me for. He also added free oil changes for as long as I have the car......which he later denied. After wasted time and a ticked off salesman, I got the 1000.00 credit and the free oil changes.

So just to start i been making business with town toyota for the past 7 years i own two cars wich i purchase from their lot. And for the past 10 years i been taking my cars to their service center. Till now i was trying to make an apointment for my toyota camry..to cut the story short the lady who was to be helpning me. Note the lady already sounded stressed and anoyed_ if she cant handle that type of work she shouldnt be at a service center..anyways she decided to tell me let me transferred you to someone who can speak spanish. First of all i speak fluent english and spanish too..and second of all im a usa citizen.What gave her the right to missjudge me over a simple fhone call. And to make matters worse she hangs up on me. In the past I have worked with Tony in the collision center and now Ive had a very gratifying experience with his co-worker Beth Morgan. This last spring I found myself high-centered on a stump, while cutting firewood in the Colville, Washington area. The stump had been cut off at ground level and my left front wheel dropped into a depression thereby leaving me high and dry. Long story short; I should have called a tow to extract me.Regardless, I ended up with a dent in the right front fender. I brought the truck to Town Toyota and Beth went right out and did an on the spot estimate and went in and wrote up the paperwork. I had to make an appointment two plus months in the future, as I was leaving the next day for Alaska. When I got back the truck was in and out of the shop in a couple of days and my expectations were exceeded.Beth Morgan is a jewel, pure and simple. You couldnt have two better representatives that not only know their fields, but both Beth and Tony represent your business in an exemplary manner.Im not forgetting the folks that do the actual repair. The truck looks like it rolled off a show room floor. They washed it and had it ready for me in an expeditious manner. I dont know their names, but you do. Was looking for a very specific Tundra. Basic SR5 CrewMax with bench front seat. Only found 2 used in Oregon and 1 new at Town Toyota (In Quicksand color!!!). Towns price on the new one fell between the 2 used ones. Drove 5 1/2hrs from Portland. Very little up sale was tried. paperwork 15-20 mins in and out! Very happy and will defiantly look at them again when Im ready to buy.

After spending 4 hours trying to buy a car at the local (Kirkland) dealership and finally walking out in frustration we went to Town Toyota the next day. This place is amazing. Called them about a specific car on the web site, confirmed the price and drove over the next day. 30 minutes later we had our car and were done, including ALL the paperwork! And they detailed the car and are delivering it to our home in Woodinville tomorrow. Never seen that kind of service from any car dealership before. Raul Cuevas is the go to guy.

It was a bad experience we bought a Chevrolet z71, less then 4 days later we needed to replace all the tie rods, and the brakes and rotors, and all 4 of the ball joints, replace the rear main seal, and oil pan gasket. Thank God Im mechanically inclined. But no one should have to go through this, when I call they say someone will call me back, no one calls me back there bunch of flakes, I Thought there vehicles needed to go through a safety check, also my pitman arm bolt was loose so I lost all complete steering after 3 days of owning. Thank God I was able to stop, call my dad to towe me home. They will never get my business or my families business ever again.

Tried to sell me a car that had 2 recalls for $15000 over bluebook! Are they nuts?

I had an issue with my 4WD two years ago not engaging. I paid $1200 to have a switch replaced, problem solved.Ive used 4WD ten times at most since. The same problem came up this year when I tried using 4WD in the first snow. The first time I called I was told by the Service Dept I would receive a return call in the next 15 minutes. I called back four hours later. After being handed off multiple times the person I spoke with showed no interest in my problem or that I had spent good money getting it fixed by them previously only to have it reappear. He said I would be responsible for costs even if it were the same thing. Seems a little crazy youd have to replace a switch every two years on such a reliable brand. Customer service was non existent and I would recommend going elsewhere if possible.

I found that 1 or 2 items they were supposed to check had not been done but the report said that they had. It makes me wonder if other things that were checked as o.k. were actually looked at.

We have an 04 Prius with almost 140,000 miles. We have had only one repair on it. The guys at Town Toyota fixed it w/o charge even though it was over warranty. We recommend TT most highly.

Great experience. I was there for a test drive and pricing option on a used RAV4 that I have had my eye on. Zack and Noah were very friendly and we had 3 test drives. I drove the new C-HR ( a little distraction from the RAV4) but I couldnt resist! What a great car!Anyway, the RAV4 that I want is just a bit out of my budget and I dont want to finance for a long time, so I will save more for the down payment and return to TT when Im ready to buy. THANKS for the great service, knowledgeable sales staff and for LISTENING to me. You didnt try to sell me something that I dont want or cant afford! Respect (:
