We purchased a new truck from Pat Armstrong Ford last week and could not be happier with the way the sale went. Sergio went out of his way to find the exact vehicle we wanted since they didnt have it on the lot. They went and got it from the west side the very next day. They gave us a fair price for our trade in (better than a few other dealerships that we went to). Everyone was professional and courteous. Theyre the best! When my car wasnt ready they let me drive home the new 2021 Electric Mustang Mach-E4 (thats not yet on the floor for sale)! Ooh, it was a blast driving it! This car goes from 0-60 in seconds! Under the speedometer it says Ground Speed LOL as opposed to what? When your flying at 90?

Excellent service!!! I’m traveling from out of state. My car wouldn’t start up on Steven’s pass and I had to get a jump. I drove down to Wenatchee and the next day went to Pat Armstrong Ford. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend and they were booked up, they got me right in for a new battery. They were a life saver!

Worst service I have ever had!!! I’am a 59 year old retired man and I had just bought a private party 2000 Ford Excursion w/126,000 miles (lots of life left) for Mrs Quinn to tow her horse trailer. Shortly after the purchase the vehicle had to be shutdown due to some weird sound (and an engine light), but still started up fine & idled. However, to avoid any damage I had AAA “tow the vehicle into Pat Armstrong Fords dealership. Prior to its arrival, I contacted the GM a Mr. Jon “JK” Kuhnhenn personally and gave specific instructions to him and the service advisor, a Mr. Jake Smith (both) to be sure it was connect to the Ford computer (IDS) before they started it again & to perform a thorough diagnostic ONLY while connected to a computer. Then, instead of towing it into the service bay as previously discussed, someone started the vehicle then, actually ran & drove the vehicle, apparently according to the shop foreman for several minutes while NOT connected to the computer! And, you guessed it, seized the engine! Then, they called and said, I needed a new engine and that it was my problem.The Dealer was clearly, NEGLIGENT in their Dereliction of Duties, while my vehicle was in their custody and care.Filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals Office, but they have no real power to do anything. Filed BBB Complaint - in Progress! Dont use these guys, BUYER BEWARE!!!

While driving our 2016 F150 and pulling our travel trailer on a camping trip from Olympia to the Omak area we were nearing the top on Blewett Pass when we heard an abrupt noise and clunking coming from the engine compartment. We drove directly to Wenatchee and the Pat Armstrong Ford Dealer. We made arrangements with Jake Smith in service to drop off the truck at 8:30 the next morning. Having an unplanned overnight stay in Wenatchee they recommended the Wenatchee Confluence State Park. We were able to get a space for the night. (really nice park)I took the truck in the next morning as planned and they did a very thorough diagnostic and ultimately found the problem. They determined the vacuum check valve for engaging the 4 wheel drive had failed. They replaced it and sent me on my way. They were very helpful and patient with me and my questions. And, the repair was substantially less than I expected.While waiting I met with salesman Patrick Valencia who showed me around their Used and New Inventory just in case. He was very helpful and friendly as well. All in all, not how I expected to spend part of a day of my camping trip but it worked out well and affodably. The staff was friendly and honest. If I lived in the Wenatchee area, I would definitely have Pat Armstrong Ford be my dealer of choice. Thank you.

I have given this dealership multiple chances for my business. Every time I go there I am treated with zero respect from trying to buy a rig or get my new truck serviced. Called today to get work done to my new truck and the service writer was very rude interrupting me and acting like he did not have the time of day to talk to me. I will never be bringing any of my vehicles here or purchasing a vehicle here.

Felt they had us as a catfish.

Went to get a power steering hose for my truck had to order it. Parts department didnt get it right had to go to Napa to get the right part and they had it in stock and 1/3 the price.

Great as always.
