I enjoyed shopping and picking up the merchandise that I wanted due to it conveniently being in the Verizon store in my local area! However I gave it four stars due to not being able to put the merchandise on my bill nor being able to apply accessories reward credits. If you need an accessory at that given moment its not fair that you cant apply it to your bill or use your credits unless you go to a corporate store. The closest corporate store is roughly 40 miles away.
The salesman Brandon was very deceitful in not informing me that the plan I wanted would actually be $30 more a month. He had this information on his screen as he was processing my order but failed to mention it to me.When I went back the next week after getting my first bill to ask him about it, he played dumb and said I would have to call customer service.Very sneaky salesman.Ive been a Verizon customer for some time now and this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth.
My fiancee and I were helped by Melissa when buying our new phones today, and couldnt have asked for better customer service! She was extremely helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable, and made the whole experience downright enjoyable. Our sincere thanks to Melissa for all her help!

My phone die it would not do anything, I was there by 8AM, but they do not open until 9AM, I was trying to flag some help as workers were trying to get. They said call*611 for help. Which I did tech support, they were tryinv there best, but this was a beast. Well two hours later I was on my way. Thank you thank you, I was the first if many to come with the same problem.
The only complaint Ive ever had consistently is Im made to feel unwelcome as if Im a bother to patronize their store.

Horrible, took 2 1/2 hours to solve 1 problem on my wifes phone. Not the technicians fault, but the system during the virus stinks. Plus the store is just a sub contractor that has to wait for Verizon tech support just like we do. What started out a really good store is more than sales hub.
The verizon associate, who clearly loves her job, calmed me down immediately ( My phone would not charge!). She quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem, and I was on my way. I was impressed with the way this store was handling covid 10 safety regulations both inside and outside the store.

After dealing with ordering online several times only to be disappointed time and time again I decided to go to the store for one last try. I was greeted by Melissa and she handled all my needs professionally and friendly! I decided to stay with Verizon because of the way she resolved my issues!

I went there to try and have my phone looked at and they were pretty busy, but I didnt have to wait long. Both customer representatives that I dealt with were extremely nice and helpful. The building was clean and professional, and I was very pleased with my experience there. I would definitely go back If I needed assistance with my phone or had any other question with my Verizon account, and I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

I went to the Verizon store originally to get a new phone case for my galaxy s9. They did not have any in stock. I had been thinking about switching back to an iPhone once I paid off my Samsung phone. Austin was very helpful and looked it up and it showed I just had a few more payments left to make. He estimated my out of pocket costs to payoff and purchase the new phone. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. Including showing me the difference in the new phone compared to a previous iPhone model I have had. When everything was completed I felt very confident with my new iPhone. The other workers in the store were kind and courteous to me and any other customers that came in the store. This is definitely the Verizon store I will continue to go to.

My iPhone started overheating when using the front-facing camera causing my phone to turn off. I went in to speak to a Verizon employee since I have insurance on my phone. They had me fill out a claim for Asurion (third party insurance) and gave me a number to call Verizon to have them send a new device to me. I called Verizon, sat on hold forever, and finally hung up. I called the next day (today) and spoke with a tech coach who told me to go back to the Verizon store and tell them that because my phone is overheating, it’s their responsibility to replace my device. I went back to the store and they immediately told me that they are not a corporate store and that I would have to drive an hour away to the closest corporate store where they would then take my phone and dispose of it properly and have a new one sent to me. So I have paid for insurance on my phone for two years, made two trips to the store, sat on hold, and now I have to invest two hours into driving only to leave without a phone until they send me a new one. This is ridiculous. We’ve considered switching to US Cellular and this may just be the straw that breaks the camel’s back. I am beyond over this whole situation.
Phillip was very helpful and very patient as I am a retired educator who keeps up with technology (the best I can🙂). He explained the features of my Samsung Note 10 and transferred my data from my old phone. He helped me pick out a phone case and applied the liquid glass.I have dealt with other Verizon stores; however, the customer service Phillip provided was superb and the best I have ever had. We just switched to Verizon from being with Straight Talk for 10 years. Our first experience was wonderful! No complaints at all. Plenty of staff to help and very knowledgeable. You can tell they enjoy what they do and they love working with one another.

This was the best experience I have had going to any phone place. I was helped almost immediately after walking through the door. Employees lie to make a sale. My phone completely died on me, so I go to the Verizon store to get a new one. I was in a hurry because I had a parent/ teacher meeting at my sons school. The fake happy employee was all too happy to help. I told her I couldnt afford to pay a lot of money up front at that moment because I just paid for a cap, gown & tassle for graduation for my son. So she says I can get you one of the best phones on the market for no money down, and you would pay on it each month through Verizon Edge. I said great, hook me up. What she didnt tell me I would be paying RETAIL price for the phone. I asked her to explain Verizon Edge, and the part about paying full retail price never came up. I didnt find out about it until I got my bill the next month. And all customer service said was Im sorry, the employee shouldnt have sold you the phone without explaining how Verizon Edge works, but there is nothing we can do. Now that Ive paid for the phone, a year later. Im looking for another cell phone company. This is just one of many problems Ive had with Verizon and its employees. If I was you, I would stay away from Verizon.

Stephanie has been absolutely the best to work with. She helped recommend a phone for me in December and even with a couple bumps in the road in terms of getting the phone service transferred and a billing snafu, she has gone above and beyond to aid in quickly and efficiently working to resolve both. I highly recommend this store for its emphasis on great customer service and for having employees like Stephanie to be an advocate for the customer.

First time there,not what I expected. More store looking than I thought. 1 big room with long counter for customer interaction and a few items out on display. Seating for 5 and 5 cs reps. Really all one needs. Fixed my problem when others couldnt. Im extatic, got my phone back.

I went to upgrade my phone. The saleslady was not only inept at moving my contacts over from my old phone (which worked perfectly fine) but also somehow managed to delete all my Google contacts off the cloud (some 600+) and when I called back to the store she was utterly rude and unapologetic about it. They need some competition to force them to have better customer service or go out of business. Oh and she put the wrong charger in the bag too.
