They did exactly what I asked of them while being respectful and not too pushy. They showed me all my options that included the walk away prices. After walking in, I was on my way home with new tires in less than 2 hours. Id recommend & return.

If you dont take your car to a dealership Firestone is the next best thing competent employees and they get to work out on time

Scheduled 3 vehicles for an oil change, they had no filters and no technicians to do the work. Why schedule appointments and make people waste their time?

Ive been going here for 20yrs. Now and only have had a couple issue but for most part good service till last week when they told me I had a bad battery and wanted to replace it Told them no it was under warranty, took it to place of purchase and had it checked it was good . So what am I to think ???

This place came through with flying colors to get me back on the road. My alternator died on me last night and I had the car towed here, and on short notice on a Sunday theyre already getting a new part and Installing it in a way shorter time than I would have thought. The staff here are professional, courteous and honest. The pricing for the work is very reasonable for the quality service. The store itself is clean and comfortable, its so nice to take shelter from the snow and relax with the tv on.

Very pleased with recent service. While I was expecting to make an appointment for service, I was able to get my vehicle serviced immediately. Service was fast and I am looking forward to having future service performed at this location as opposed to the dealership.

Take your vehicle to a dealership. They where able to do what firestone couldnt. The mechanic at the dealership said at the end of our conversation, oh yeah your lower control arm bolts where really loose. I said i know, thats firestone for you. I took it home and put a wrench on the bolt, smacked it with the palm of my hand and the bolt turned a 1/4 of an inch before i brought it to you. All this was for a front end alignment, the dealership got it to spec, firstone couldnt. The best part was they where able to tighten my bolts. Maybe they should teach the scrawny arms at firestone how to turn a wrench.

Honest estimates . I have had my car here three times for tires,oil changes brakes and misc. Always honest about prices and if the work was needed. The mechanics are great and the managers and ladies in front are professional and friendly.

Was good with flexibility but twice I took my car to get my rims put onto my car and there was always a problem. First set was too small, second set didn’t fit the pattern because it was a centimeter off the lug pattern, it was so stressful after all the money I spent they didn’t show any sympathy and didn’t care. The manager acted like a complete ass about it and instead of giving me pointers on a possible fix for the issue all he could say was, “sorry about your luck.” The customer courtesy and customer service was absolutely terrible and it needs to be fixed..

I had a screw in my tire, this was the only place i could find open near me on a Sunday. I asked them to remove the screw and patch the tire. They told me they would call me and let me know. Instead they called me and told me the work was done. When i got up there they had put on a new tire and charged me for it. I can tell by looking the tire wasnt new it was scuffed-up still had dirt on it and the treads were worn. I then asked why they didnt repair my original tire. They told me it couldnt be repaired. I asked for it back and they tried several excuses to not give it back. My original tire was in better shape then this new tire they tried to sell me I know they were going to patch my tire and sell it to someone else as new. I have since had it patched at another place nearby that I trust. There was not an issue to get it patched. This Firestone location is a disgrace to the business.

Been bringing our cars here over 10 years. Never have any issues with the service. Always kept up to date on progress and they are extremely timely with everything they do.

I had a ball joint fail on the turnpike, mid cross country road trip, destroying the tire and several other front suspension parts.They had me in and out in five hours on a Sunday.I was able to make back to work in NYC the next morning.Thank you Joel and crew!

We will definitely be coming back here. Things started off a little rough. Things were not explained to me very well which ended up making it seem like I was getting played and was treated unprofessionally. HOWEVERE!! Rick(the store manager) did everything he could to make it right and was very professional in getting our air fixed and helping me understand what was wrong with our it. We even ended up giving them more business the same weekend. Its one thing to screw up. It means EVERYTHING to make it right. Thank you!!

Had an issue with the rebate but they were very helpful in resolving the issue.

Friend works at Advance Auto. I should of listened to him. I had some brakes done. Front pads and rotors. He told me they double the prices on the parts. They rip you off. He was right. Also took almost all day. Never again.

Came in for alignment and was told one inner tie rod need to be replaced. Quoted $558 for the labor and part not including the alignment, broken down as follows: $73 for parts and $460 for labor and $25 for shop supplies. I called advance auto parts and autozone and the part costs only $32.99. I called another service shop and was quoted a labor of $130.00. Its a good thing I did some research or I would have felt robbed in broad daylight if I had fallen for their quote.

A friend of mine works at Oreillys and begged me not to go there. Said they really rip you off. Well I had to get my car fixed quickly and they were the only ones they could do it quick. Well the parts at Oreillys are $38. Firestone charged me 498.00 for a wheel bearing. Said it was a 3 hour job. Again O’Reilly’s told me that job’s book time is less than a hour!

Dishonest and overpriced. Dropped my car off to them, and two hours later they call saying they will not do any of the work until I agree to replace my intake (because of my MAP sensor *bolt*). I refused and picked up my car. When I asked what work had been performed, they said none, because they were diagnosing and trying to get a bolt loose. Took my car to a different location where the mechanic literally cut 1/4 off of a hose and reconnected it to fix the issue. Not to mention they wanted to charge $170 for a part (not including labor) that I bought for $26 at AutoZone.

Quick service at a reasonable price

We had a horrible experience here. They told us we had something wrong with our vehicle and it was going to cost $750 to fix it. We went somewhere else and it was just a bad tire! We will never go back. Customer service was horrible as well.

Can I give then zero stars? They broke my car. Unbelievable. They did put a new (used) engine in the car but why would it have to come to that?

Walked in for a simple oil change on my company car and you would think I ruined the service guys day. He acted rude when I asked about wait time. Ive bad a bad experience here before. Lesson learned and I dont recommend anyone going there
