I went to this boost store recently and let me tell you the girl Kelsey Austin was the best customer service every I mean she was calling the metro PCs for me to acquire my info because I didn’t know what to do and she was the best and she needs to be up for promotion or something because she is what boost needs in every store yes she needs to train the other employees her way because she made me wanna come back and buy more phones all from her customer service she went over and beyond for me and she didn’t have to so thanks to her and thanks boost for hiring such a great employee

Today I called the boost mobile store . That young lady that answered the phone was so rude and non professional talk to me any kinda way and just hung up the phone and was screaming at me and yes I will be calling the corporate office

I called the store before I came in and I requested that the store hold a phone for me. I came right into the store 20 minutes later and was greeted by Joey who gave me and my daughters EXCELLENT customer service!! He had the phone I requested available and processed everything for us and answered all of our questions without hesitation or uncertainty. He was super friendly and that made all the difference!! The best customer service around! I had purchased a new $350 top line LG Flex 2 phone last year and the motherboard died for some unknown reason. LG needed the original sales receipt to process getting me a new phone or a refund. Well I had lost the receipt but luckily this store here kept in contact with me and found my original receipt. Im extremely happy with the customer service which was done all over the phone and I would highly recommend buying from this chain of Boost stores over any other.

Im super happy with the service I received & even happier with the phone I upgraded to. The staff member was very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly. He even put the tempered glass on my phone for me thankfully as I was too nervous to do so myself. He transferred my phone numbers & other information over from my old phone to my new phone. He also showed me a few things about my new phone including how to set up the finger print scanner. I came all the way here from Harford County as this was the closest Boost Store to me after having such a hard time trying to order a new phone over the phone & online with Boost & I decided to try to do so in the store. Im glad I did.

WORST Boost Mobile you could go to! They are scamming ppl with this smart pay stuff. You end up paying triple what the phone is worth after your payments. They don’t even let you kno. This store needs to get investigated
