THE PEOPLE IN THIS PLACE ARE EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT... THIS KIMBERLY PERSON ACT AS IF SHE DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE... SHE FLOATS AROUND SINGING IN SPANISH... AS IF NO ONE ELSE IS IN THE STORE THEN FOR 5 MINUTES THEN BARELY EVEN TRY TO HELP YOU... TOLD ME SHE HAD TO ORDER ME A NEW PHONE IT SHOULD TAKE A WEEK THEN SHE WOULD CALL ME. I WAITED TWO WEEKS CALLED THE STORE SHE HUNG UP ON MY FIRST CALL I CALLED BACK SHE ACT AS IF NOTHING HAPPENED. SAID SHE WOULD CHECK ON IT THEN CALL ME BACK LATER....

I had to rewrite my review because my experience at this phone company has gotten terrible my cellphone doesnt work anytime someone calls its a busy signal even though Im not on my phone and paid up its unexcusable I honestly dont like dealing with this business anymore important calls cant come through and then I get after contacting customer service sim card isnt working on my notifications its crazy yet Im paying every month for service plus its been other past issues so I had to change my review .

DONT GO THERE. TRIED UNLOCKING MY IPHONE 11 PRO MAX ON JULY 6. WAS TOLD IT TOOK 7-10 DAYS. WENT BACK. A COUPLE TIMES AFTER TIME WAS UP AND KEPT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. HAD ENOUGH SO ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, THATS WHEN I WAS TOLD ILL GET THE SAME PHONE UNLOCKED ON MONDAY....SMH MONDAY CAME AND SHES OFF FOR 2WEEKS. LAWSUIT IN THE MAKING

Extremely incompetent employees there. It literally took 8 min to make a payment. The girl working was asking the manager who seemed just as clueless. Instead of waiving the convenience fee of $3.00 they still wanted it. Havent been back since, very shady. Go to Eastpoint mall location, youll be in and out

Either too lazy or too incompetent to look my account up and create a SIM card. Could only copy an old one. Why would I need a new one if the old one worked?

My phone bill was due last Monday 9/29/20 and I went there last Friday and again on Sunday to pay my bill but their door was locked and nobody was inside and I couldnt get my bill paid! Now my phone has been turned off so Im going to switch to another carrier. Metro by T-Mobile in Essex is lousy and I wouldnt recommend them to anybody!!

I visited this store today they opened by 11am instead of the 10am as said, i wont recommend this place to anyone even the staff who opened the door never felt bad for coming late he was walking sluggishly to work.
