I hate leaving this review because I love Baskin-Robbins but what happened today was not okay. Im very supportive and patient of older people working. What happened to my son today was not okay at all. The older gentleman that helped us was very slow that by the time we left the store all our ice cream cones had melted. He wouldnt let us eat them. My sons ice cream had melted 100% in both of his hands. But this gentleman was okay with another boy eating his ice cream while he told us our kids couldnt. I paid for melted ice cream and thats not it my son had an anxiety attack because of this. Im sorry about this review but something has to change in your store. We sure wont be back because of this bad experience.

When I went in there earlier to get a milkshake, I stood there and was ignored. They helped the person in front of me and then after that went to fill some online orders. I stood there and waited them to finish and ordered when they greeted me. After they got me my milkshake and i paid, I told them that I thought they should take care of the customers standing in front of them before filling the online orders they told me that the boss said that they had to fill the online orders first. This is ridiculous, why is the customer that is standing in front of them being put off?

When I lived in Eugene I would go to this ice cream shop as much as possible, it holds so many childhood memories for me! As a child I used to go and buy the clown cones here all the time, they gave me so much joy, and there was something about them (probably the chocolate) that made them absolutely awesome. Whenever I bought one, the owner would always smile at me. Putting my childhood memories aside, the service here is awesome, though I haven’t been to Baskin Robbins for two years, so things may have changed. It was always clean and lively, even when there weren’t many people there. 10/10 experience.

Don’t recommend. Had an online coupon for my boyfriends birthday - it had a barcode and numbers - the lady took one looked at it, didn’t even try to scan it and said that’s needed a QR code instead. I don’t know about you, but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a QR code as a coupon code. He looked everywhere in his email and couldn’t find anything, so we left. It wouldn’t be a big deal if they would’ve at least tried to scan it. Never going here again.

I forgot how nice Baskin Robbins is. This location is very clean and the kids working here seem sweet and professional. No tweaked out tattoed employees here(no offense pitbull loving Springfield workers). They only problem I had was waiting for two little dorks to order their food(see attached pic).

Incredibly slow! Ive been there several times and the guy running the show is extremely slow and does not appear to know how to provide even mediocre service. Wont be waiting 30 minutes any longer for poor service and average icecream. Im better off going next door to the grocery store and getting better service, better price, more selection and none of the claustrophobic, crowded space!

I went to the Baskin Robbins on Division last night. As usual, these workers move very slowly. A long line was forming, yet they couldn’t be bothered to move any faster. Finally, the guy behind me made a comment about how the line was reaching outside. He was right. This is usually the case. The owner, a heavy, graying baby boomer, usually busies herself with unboxing ice cream, etc. She keeps her back turned to the customers, so her message is clear: don’t expect me to help you, no matter how long you’re in line. I’m not a people person, and I couldn’t be bothered. WOW!!! What a way to run a business. She told the guy that he “didn’t have to be rude.” He wasn’t being rude, he was right! She finally moved herself to the counter and helped me. The line got moving. I started going to the Baskin Robbins on Mohawk recently. It’s almost always empty, the workers are helpful and fast, and the owner doesn’t mind helping customers. Plus, there’s plenty of parking and their ice cream is slightly cheaper. It was late and I only live around the corner from Division Avenue, so I decided to go to the Santa Clara one. My bad. Hopefully, the owner will sell the business to someone who enjoys working with people or just stay home. Either way, they’re still slow, and I don’t see things changing anytime soon. I’ll just go to the Mohawk location from now on.

I love this place and all of their flavors. Butterscotch this time was delicious. Sign up for their app and get discounts regularly. Also they send you a birthday scoop on your birthday (worth it).Needs more space to sit even if they had it outside that would be nice.

I have been coming to this establishment since as far back as I can remember and they have always been nice and are cracking friendly jokes but here is the reason that I only gave this place 3 stars. While I think that the food you serve needs to be as good as possible and so does your customer service but one of the most important things in the food industry is speed as well as quality . Me and two others came to this baskin Robbins about a week ago and while the ice cream was great and so was the man who served it to us but he was very slow. We all paid separately and it took around 20 minutes for him to get our ice cream for us ! I also know that he is the owner of this franchise, I think that it would be a good decision for him to hire more serving help, not just on the later shifts. On the weekends when the ice cream shop is busy . Again I don’t say this to be rude or unkind, I just think that it would be a good move for the efficiency of the business!

Good product as always, but our servers today were slow as molasses in January. The one gal who wasnt even serving anyone was in slow motion measuring/weighing ice cream. Weird.

I would put 0 stars if it woud allow me the option. Worst customer service I have experienced. My 5 year old asked a clarification question on an ice cream flavor and the owner retorted in a completely disrespectful and in a very derogatory way. I am beyond disappointed to see this location go to pot. I can remember going to the River Road location all the time as a kid, but never again will I support Sherries Baskin Robins location. My children left in tears by her rude remark. If you are not able to be respectful, or better yet cannot treat a 5 year old in polite and professional manner, it might be time to reconsider owning an ice cream establishment.

This business is so friendly. The old man who owns it is so kind, he went out of his way to serve my niece when she wanted a smoothie made out of one of the sorbet flavors. He opened two bottles of sprite from the mini fridge, which he could have sold individually, but then only charged us for the price of one scoop, upon his insistence. Its not very often that someone puts in effort to be kind to a stranger but when they do, it can really mean a lot! Its the little things.

Been coming here for over 10 years now. Love the place. Bright colors and good ice cream. Prices have hiked quite a bit in the last few years but many food products have so I shouldnt be too upset.

The deals are really good if you have the mobile app. The staff has always been curtious about peanut allergies. They have ice cream in 21 rotating flavors.

Went with my family, my mom got a banana split when asked if she wanted the typical toppings of whip cream, nuts, and cherries she said no. The lady put her banana split on the counter with the toppings on, I notified her that she didnt want them, she took my moms banana split to the garbage and scraped the toppings off then brought it back to us. In what realm is that okay?

This is one of our favorite ice cream places in town. We come here just for pistachio almond ice creams. Hubby n I take two scoops each all the time.But this July 31st 2017, I felt like I should never come back to this place. This day being Celebrate 31, we came here to load ourselves with pistachio almond scoops. Unfortunately the person who helped us [1691 Dalton] was so not experienced. He gave us such tiny scoops, he did not make an effort to scoop the ice cream from the container. We felt it was such a waste of money. I do not understand why arent these people trained enough to keep the customers happy ? The old couple here must have earned so much name n fame with their service, but people like Mr. Dalton screw it up in few mins. This person is so not trained to serve the customers, also we felt like he was least bothered about his job.

This is where I go if I am in a particularly ice creamy mood as they do have the largest selection of ice cream that one person has ever seen Under One Roof and I like to mix and match scoop on scoop of very strange and wild ice cream flavors just too stimulate my ice cream palette

So heres the thing about a Sundae; it usually has some toppings, whipped cream, and a cherry. Right? Its not just a scoop of ice cream. But here at Baskin-Robbins, they charge extra for sauce, whip, toppings, and the cherry. Thats right. If you order a sundae, at the price on the menu given for a sundae, what they give you is a scoop of ice cream. And let me just say: Eff. That. Noise.Never again, Baskin Robbins. Never again.

I wanted to give this some time, and have a chance to talk to the person who runs this store, before writing a review. Had this been handled differently I would have given a better review, and if they decide they want to fix the situation then Ill happily edit.I went to this location for my birthday last week. The store was busy and the person before me had three small children who each got a kiddie scoop. Then he ordered two doubles for he and his wife. Once it was my turn I purchased a pre-packed quart and two hand-packed pints. I was charged over $23. I also left a tip because of the hand-packed pints. Once I arrived home I realized I had been overcharged. I drove back to the store, which is a 10-minute drive away, and told the person who took my order about it. When I asked for the manager he said he was the manager so I trusted him to fix the issue. He told me that I had paid for the two singles that the guy before me had ordered, and he gave me back $5.34. I suggested that for my trouble perhaps I could get a little extra ice-cream and the girl behind the counter asked me what I wanted. I asked for strawberry shortcake and she gave me a sample spoon with the usual sample size bite of ice-cream. Unbelievable.Anyway, I realized that I was still being overcharged because it was actually almost $7 that I was overcharged, not the $5.34 I got back, but rather than argue with this manager I decided to go to the head person. I went in today to tell him what happened. When I asked he told me he ran the store. When I told him what happened he basically shrugged his shoulders and said that guy wouldnt be there for much longer. I figured he would give me the rest of my money, but he didnt. He then suggested that he would bring it up with his boss (except that he had just told me that he was the boss).This is not about the money, its about principle. When youre in customer service and this sort of thing happens, you make it up to the customer. That is what I was taught to do when I entered the workforce, and that is what I do to this day.From now on I will drive out of my way to go to the Mohawk location in Springfield. Their customer service is much better and the franchise owner is nice to work with.

Id give no stars if i could. I went to get a birthday cake for my birthday the past feb. 16th. I saw a sign that said ALL valentine stuff was 30 percent off. I took a valentine cookie cake to the register where a young girl had a discussion infront of me with another employee over if the product i was buying considered a valentine(clearly it said valentine on it) the other employee replied i dont know call the owner. The young girl at the register then looked at me and said that it will be full priced. Horrible horrible customer service. I will never go there again.
