Worked here for a few months and loved it. Definitely recommend as a job, and from a customer standpoint, I love the ice cream too.

One of the hottest days so far this year with only one employee who was not able to work fast enough to keep the line moving. Took at least 20 minutes for my husband to get his strawberry shake. His comment, not worth the wait. One person cannot handle alone on a super hot day.

This place has hands down THE BEST cookies n cream milkshakes in town. The service is always A1 and every employee there is so genuine. Allie in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure I receive excellent service.

Friendly staff and great ice cream! Had an Almond Mocha Fudge milkshake and am looking forward to trying some of the Espresso Shakes. My son loves the Play-Doh ice cream.

Very unhelpful & rude clerk!Thursday evening 03/02/2016 I took my 15 min break and went to get some yogurt. No one was behind the counter and there was a sign on the counter that said something like, Stepped out for a few minutes, be back soon. So I waited at the table near the yogurt shop. After about 10 minutes a woman came out of the yogurt shop and went toward the restroom, about 5 min. later she went back behind the counter, so I went up to the counter to order yogurt. The woman had her back to me so I said, Excuse me Id like to get some yogurt. She said tersely, The sign is on the counter. I told her I had been waiting nearly 15 min. and she said in a very snotty tone, Well I need to take a break sometime.I was appalled - really a customer is standing there wanting to make a purchase and she refused to help me! She had taken at least a 15 min. break and was doing n o t h i n g! Also the mall was very quiet - hardly any people. Nice way to run a business. I wont be returning.

Very lousy I went there to get a chocolate milkshake there was about 1 scoop of chocolate in the container the girl tells me I can’t get a chocolate shake I said why not surely you have more in the back she tells me they are not allowed to get anymore until it all sells. I am tell her it is all sold she needs that and two more scoops to make my milkshake plus the people behind me wanted chocolate ice cream she still refused I should have left but I got a chocolate mint instead which was horrible. I met the owner lady before she would fire that girl instantly if she was there no worries this boy won’t be back ever

Way overpriced! Just ridiculous! Staff isn’t very kind. Would recommend going to the store and just getting anything else for cheaper.

They don’t know how to make milkshakes. They are basically flavored milk with chunks in it. Lots of turnover so there is always new people which is why they can’t make shakes right.

Fired worker for having natural hair. Wont be patronizing.

Sept 3, 2017 at the VALLEYRIVER CENTER, EUGENE OREGON @ 4PM...... WAS waited on by Allie; while I was asking her about ice cream flavors (3 different flavors) & none of them were available. Then I chose a dream cone (like the one displayed on the wall) Allie said, we dont have that. So I said, how about pistachio almond on a sugar cone and Ellie responded, we dont have sugar cones and she rolled her eyes! My friend told Ellie, so what do you have here? And Ellie WALKED AWAY AND WENT TO THE BACK AND SAID SOMETHING TO THE OTHER CLERK. THIS CLERK WAITED ON ME AND I ASKED HER WHY ELLIE WALKED AWAY WITHOUT SAYING ANYTHING TO ME!! THAT WAS INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR WHEN WAITING ON A CUSTOMER...... THIS IS ROTTEN SERVICE !

I give this a one because I have been checking on my resume a few times and I have not been given a call back nor an interview. If youre hiring and need a person, be sure to give them a call instead of being stubborn

I was very disappointed with the customer service from one of your employees Allie, she was rude and rolled her eyes when I had asked her if the had any other ice cream flavors, like strawberry, vanilla. I think that you need to retrain your employees on customer service.Also, your Strawberry cheesecake tasted terrible, no cheesecake chunks in there. Just not real ice cream.

First the pros - The ice cream is good. Nothing to complain there.The problem is with the service. Weve visited this store in the mall on multiple occassions (and the last one being on Saturday June 9), and each time we felt as if the person working there is doing us a favor by serving us the ice cream. Last saturday, there was a lady and a guy (with long hair and braids), and both of them snubbed us by pretending to not even notice our presence.We get a feeling that All american means All White american. We are never visiting their franchise again.

Fantastic service! I brought my mother to All American the other day for some icecream and was served by a young lady named Allie. My mother speaks only spanish and is often frustrated by her inability to communicate with servers, but to our great surprise, Allie was able to help us in spanish! She was very friendly and patient while taking our order and explaining the options to my mother in spanish, and made us both feel very comfortable. Not to mention, the icecream was delicious! We will definitely be returning often!

Under new management. Not a very nice staff or manager. Won’t be coming here again.

I was served an ice cream cone with a cone that was pretty chewed on at the top....most of the rim was gone. I was actually appalled!!
