I have been missing shave ice! So happy I found this place! They have a lot of flavor options and they are very kind and generous with the portion sizes. I didnt get the lemonade this visit, so have to come back here at least one more time. Im ok with that.

You have to try their shave ice! They have a pretty good selection to choose! Such a treat especially during a hot weather.

Cool treat for a warm day and they give an amount well worth the cost. They also have multiple flavors in regular and sugar free.

We wanted to try the new spicy watermelon was very good, refreshing especially on a nice sunny day. They have a nice seating area. Recommend going there to refresh your taste buds.

Our familys go to summer spot for our sweet fix! The strawberry 🍓 shortcake with ice-cream is to die for. I am addicted! They are opening a location at vrc iv heard so we dont have to go without during winter months thank goodness

Love this place❤ the workers are so amazing too. Im in my first trimester of pregnancy and have been so sick. Shaved ice sounded great since ice is really all i can down right now. My hubby went on a mission, and the guy working did everything he could to make sure the shaved ice got to me 10 min away, including giving my husband ice to put in his lunch box to pack the shaved ice in😂 they are so awesome here and their flavors are soo good! Thank you sweet guy working for helping this girl out!

Customer service is top-notch. One of the best places to visit for a good dessert, especially in the summer. And now they have two locations too!

My girls love it when I bring them to SweetBay for shaved ice. One daughter loves to get root beer and the other loves to get cherry. I like being able to get my girls and occasional treat and support local business. Keep up the great work.

Typically when you build something up over time its a let down when you finally get it, but this was not one of those times.Best shaved ice ive ever had. Service was fast and friendly, and it was delicious! I even called to ask a question and they werent able to answer right away, but called me back and text their address just in case.Highlight of Summer 2020

Complete no show for our event. No word from them at all. 102 degree weather and completely left us high and dry! AFTER we plugged their business to our followers. DO NOT recommend. Children were literally begging for the shaved ice they were told would be there. Verified at 1pm the day before the event then NOTHING.

The staff are very friendly and the shave ice is very good! My friends that recently went to Hawaii said it had the same texture as what they had on vacation.

BEST shaved ice ever in Eugene/Springfied! I have been craving for a legit shaved ice just like the one you can get from Hawaii and Sweetbay shaved ice is a real shave ice!
