Optometrist is great. BUT center itself is terrible. Had to wait 30 mins past my appt. They said glasses would be ready in 3-5 business days. They werent. I called after 7 days and said they may have arrived but they dont have time to open their shipments. Fortunately they found time and opened them and called me. I came in and they ordered the wrong glasses. So now I get to come back in another week. Any discount? No way jose. Price is not that cheap and takes 2 weeks to get glasses -- unacceptable.

I absolutely love Walmarts Vision Center for the simple fact that it is convenient, professional, and a very affordable! Theres always somebody on hand to tend to your needs and give you good answers for all of your questions in the most helpful way. Today I had to go in because a spring broke on my earpiece and they gave me a whole new frame for my glasses I did not expect that so definitely all in all Walmart vision is my go-to place from now on they have went above and beyond to help me!

The customer service at this Walmart is the worst I have ever experienced. And it’s not because of the doctors. It’s because of the employees. They are rude and do not listen well. I wouldn’t recommend this particular location to anyone. Unless you want a good doctor but have to deal with terrible customer service.

Love them! Super nice and helpful and they did great with my 9 year old.

My wife and I have been very pleased with our care here, the Doctor and the staff have all been very friendly and willing to answer questions.

Just drove 45 minutes for them to be closed despite a large sign saying 12-5 and the online hours saying 12-5.
