Linnea at the Everett Bath and Body Works was a lifesaver! I had ordered hand sanitizers from an online retailer from my wedding, and unfortunately they weren’t going to arrive in time. I was freaking out, and Linnea made sure I was able to get what I needed for my big day! She even got me hand sanitizers in my wedding colors!! I will never shop anywhere else! She is amazing!! A truly kind soul.

I buy their Wallflowers all the time - (see pic: scents in foreground, example of holders in background): plug in wall sent holders (they have oodles of styles, including seasonal and holiday ones), and the scents you can get for them, which are MANY, and theyre always on sale! They also sell body spray and perfume/cologne for women and men, lotion, hand sanitizer, hand soap, and other great smelling products. Employees are cheerful and helpful. Sometimes they have freebies with purchase, too.

A smaller B&BW location, so the stock is somewhat limited, but the employees are friendly, helpful, and fun.

I love stopping in at Everett Mall to this Bath & Bodyworks .. never over crowded and super friendly helpful staff ❤

My 10 yr old Daughter received a gift card for her birthday. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a warm smile from (Lisa). I told her we were there for my daughter and I was more than pleased that she asked me if I preferred certain fragrances for her (this was on the low so my daughter thought she was in complete control 😉)Lisa took her under her wing and off they went.Yes it even gets better....I forgot my 20% off coupon but the cashier was able to find one and still received the discount. With sales and discounts these wonderful ladies saved us $44.20

A very pleasant experience and definitely the highlight of the mall. The lady who helped me was named Kourtney and if you see her there she is the most helpful and kind! Good deals and were fully stocked even after being slammed for days. Very satisfied

They have the best, most fragrant candles and home fragrance, body care products. The body creams are super super hydrating and smell incredible! I wait all year for fall just for the fall candles! They always have a good sale. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable

I was very excited when I got a wallflower for Christmas. I actually got 2 with 4 different scents. I had been wanting one for a while now. Well, Im super disappointed because they do not work very well. I have tried both wall flowers with 3 different scents in three different outlets but after two days, they dont work at all. Im so sad.

Very friendly and knowledgeable associates at this location. Today I discovered the new scent Into the Night, which is spectacular and I will definitely be back to get the entire collection! The new moisturizing body wash that Breanne let me wash my hands with was simply exquisite. I ended up getting a three wick candles, hand sanitizer, and a roller ball of the new Into the Night scent. So good! Was a pleasure shopping here.

This location is great. Nearly everything is always in stock and if it isnt, the associates will tell you if its available online. All of their products well wonderful. You will have a hard time deciding which to purchase. The customer service is amazing as well. By far one of my favorite stores to shop

I love the Everett Mall Bath & Body Works! The manager, Kelsey, is always so polite and helpful without being pushy! The store is always clean and well-maintained.

They have a small but good choices for men so brothers you may find something you like... I do however think that for all of their products that they should have a small size so that if you buy it and get home and dont like it you arent stuck with a lot left... I do dislike that they discontinue some products that I enjoyed but life goes on

You probably either love or hate places like Bath and Body Works; I love this store. Its in the mall, so its not huge, but they use their space wisely and have lots of products to browse. And they always have buy x, get x deals, so you might feel suckered into buying more than you originally meant to, but this stuff doesnt go bad. I love their products, but my top favorite is the foaming hand soap. They have some wonderful scents, my favorite types are the lemon-based that smell fresh and not like a cleaner. The employees have always been friendly at this location.

B&BW is one of my favorite stores at Everett Mall! Not too small and crowded, lots of salespeople roaming the floor to answer questions or tell you about current specials. Sheri even knew me and recognized me as a regular! Good service and great sales always have me coming back.

Clean and very friendly and helpful. Prices are great and affordable. I highly recommend stopping in.

Just love smelling everything there

Every time I go in there they stopped carrying something that I really loved and was coming back to buy Im very fussy with the sense I cant stand the ones that smell like any kind of food. They had a really good deep cleaning hand soap that was also any bacterial and didnt smell like food and they got rid of it the ones they have left are horrible several other things I purchased for family members as gifts are no longer there as well. Ill check one more time and then I give up.

Every time I go into the store I am greeted with a warm welcome. The sales people there are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

The store was great, the service was great, but why do their vanilla products fail to be anything like vanilla... and why do their lotion, butters, and cremes smell like plastic more than any scent really?
