Totally unprofessional. The wait time for the Covid booster was ridiculous, even with the appointment. Worse, they forgot to give me a vaccine card. Had to go back and ask for one. Super unprofessional.

Visited yesterday for a scheduled Covid booster - received it one hour after assigned time.Sadly many seniors (and some frail) were also waiting in line down a crowded aisle (without spacing) for their vaccine appointment. Visibly harried but polite staff apologized and appeared to be doing their best but clearly the system must be reworked to meet customer expectations and inspire confidence.

The manager lady is always rude no matter how nice I am. She accused my 9 yr of stealing and I raised him to always pay for what he wants. I dont reccomend this store. Ive been a customer for 3 years because I like the store but not her some workers are ok but they cant ever keep a worker in that place probably because that rude manager.? Dont go here

Sitting in line for drive thru pharmacy now for 45 minutes and counting. This is terrible and they wonder why I have a hard time picking up my medication. When I got in line it was 10 cars. 15m per car.

Walgreens is always helpful with my shopping experience and Pharmacy needs. Ive been going to Walgreens for years now. I love it there. Merry Christmas Everyone and a Happy New Year. Good luck at their drive thru. I didnt realize I should have brought Brunch with me while I waited and waited and waited, then waited some more.. Got out of there at 10:40, for a 10am COVID test (3 minutes), that I showed up for at 9:58am. Me and one other car. 40 minutes. Good luck.

Very convenient location, great staff and services

Sharon and Tasha were great. Thoughtful. Friendly. I scheduled appointment and they had me in 5 minutes early which I appreciated.They greeted me right away when I arrived and sat down. I feel a lot better now. Someone followed up with me today to make sure I am feeling better. Great experience!

Slowest place I’ve ever had a prescription filled. Two cars in line and it took 20 minutes. Not very convenient when you have two little kids in the car. Also, I called ahead of time to make sure it would be ready and they were incredibly rude. Very bad efficiency and customer service.

Their pharmacist was nice and assisted me well.

The S L O W E S T Pharmacy anywhere! The store staff are nice but the pharmacy will have a long line and one tech is chatting about the weather at the drive up! Or worse when there is no line and you stand at the counter for 10 minutes while they pretend you are not there? The store on 164th is much more efficient if you can deal with the traffic!

Friendly services and organized store

Just sat in line 10 mins to pick up an urgent prescription only to have them close the window for break when it was my turn. I was the only customer left in line but it was 1:30 PM and they just shut it down. Worst customer service, I would never do that. Why do they close mid day anyway? Im moving my business to a different pharmacy.

Pharmacy couldn’t care less! The front staff is always friendly. Don’t go in the back😬!! I have been going here once a month for two years. Same old same old!! I thought it was just me until I pulled up their reviews. OUCH!

Awful pictures and awful customer service.

The staff in the pharmacy are wonderful. I had an issue with my insurance not covering part of my prescription and one of the pharmacy technicians called my insurance carrier and sorted it all out without a second thought. 10/10 customer service.

Pharmacy staff are always nice and fast

There was no one in line at this pharmacy and it took about 2 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. After someone finally came we ask the question if this pharmacy recieved our prescription from our former clinic. We gave her our name and details. From the start she gave us a cold attitude and by only answering our questions with a no and she had no intention to ask anything about our situation. We gave all the information needed and she only answered by NO or NOPE...If shes in front of customers, her people skills needs to be accessed . This happened into the morning Monday 10/17/16.

Always friendly. Never a wait and great deals. I did have to have my passport pic retaken due to their error, but they fix it without hassle,

Walgreens on Murphys Corner is easy to find and very convenient to get to, clean store and helpful staff.

I started shopping at this Walgreens about a year ago. I would like to take a moment toSay, Marshall is an excellent staff that consistently demonstrates above and beyond customer service to all customers that has the pleasure to ask him for product guidance. He is a joy to speak with and he demonstrates high customer service ability.The staff greats you with a hello and smile frim the time you enter the store.This store is a little out of the way for me to frequent, however i have a bartells and rite aide closer to me and i can say thanks to your great staff and Marshall the drive to your store is worth the trip!

Slowest staff ever. I swear they get paid extra to make you wait. Especially in the pharmacy section. Theres 1 person ahead of me in line and Im waiting 10 minutes to get any help.They are rude and not helpful at all. The only competent person I interacted with was at the photo section.They seriously need to hire capable people and actually get someone who understands the concept of customer service.I hope I never have the misfortune of having to deal with these people again.Stay away from this place.

The pharmacy staff are sooo slow and super super rude!! I witnessed a customer got yelled at VERY LOUDLY in front of everyone by a Walgreens pharmacist tonight 1/8/2018. I feel terribly sorry for that customer. She just wanted to pick up her pills, and the pharmacist got really pissed because she had a long list of pills. I mean, thats money for you, walgreens!!! Its not like she came in at the last minute!!! She came more than an hour before closing. She said that she just left the emergency room and came to Walgreens because she needed the pills. The female pharmacist (not sure about her name, all I remember is that she has dark hair) didnt have any mercy at all. All she said was, she couldnt fill this order tonight because she had a lot work to do. The lady who was sick said gently that she just came back from the emergency room and waited for 20-30 mins in the line, and she really needed the pills. She even let someone who was impatient with the pharmacist get in front of her to get his pills first. She was so kind. But the pharmacist all of sudden got super loud and yelled at her:Im still filling up orders from 6pm!! I was supposed to get off 2 hours ago. Im not taking your order!!! She was so loud and mad that all the customers who were standing there were shocked....I was super shocked. I cant believe the pharmacist yelled at the customer out of nowhere like that. What kind of employees are these??? I felt so sorry for that lady. She was shocked and sad, and walked away quietly. I really wish I stepped out and helped that lady and got their manager involved!!! But I was too sick to help. I really regret I didnt. I feel like I owe her. So I wrote this review. Because I really hope this terrible pharmacist will get fired!!!

I was at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, I was there around 9ish. I was literally the only customer they had . Yet I ended up waiting 5 mins while people were talking to each other behind the counter and the other one was stalking. They clearly saw me. Yet they still made me wait. Very aggravating to see 3 people and you still have to wait. Would not recommend...

Friendly staff. Good selection of medical, topical, makeup, and some food products. Includes refrigerated and frozen goods. Even a toy selection.

I asked them to fax a refill prescription to a doctor. They were able to fax the request and I picked up the prescription two days later. Thank.

No bathrooms

Been treated poorly here too many times!! This was the most recent today. I pulled up and parked and Yvette helped the hick next to me. She was rude when I brought it up. Such ghetto customer service.

Could have been told that the pharmacy does not accept the Boeing insurance plan, sad!

I hate this pharmacy everytime I go there I stand in line for 10 to 15 minutes when nobody else is in line or ahead of me the employees walk past me several times and dont acknowledge Im even there my prescriptions are never ready when I go there even when they have had hours to do it the employees are rude and unfriendly and I recommend going elsewhere
