Long overdue review. I started with one problem that snowballed to other hidden problems. After trying to repair on my own I took my problem to Kenny and was told they were 8 weeks out before they could get it in the shop. I am personally not afraid to dive in but cautiously. After discussing what the problem could be and some guidance I performed the repairers necessary. Any questions along the way I would patiently wait for Kenny to get a break from what he was working on and ask. He then would take the time to answer and or even run over and inspect my work. The guy even made sure I had the correct materials and parts to get the job done. He never asked or charged me a dime for his time and knowledge. I paid him anyway. Great guy on and off the clock. Thanks Kenny and Snohomish marine.

As a new boat owner, the list of things that you need to learn may appear to be endless. Throughout the experience I have been able to count on the guys at Snohomish Marine to keep my boat running in good condition. They have been gracious in showing me the ropes when needed. They are also very knowledgeable, and have been able preempt a number issues for me - whichs great as you want to learn about them while docked, not when youre miles out in the water. The quality of their repair is top notch, my boat is now running smoother than when first bought. Yes this past time is more popular than ever no small thanks due to the pandemic, and like other boat business theyre severely impacted by the influx of new (and returning) boaters. However if youre looking for an honest, knowledgeable, professional folks you can count on, Snohomish Marine is hard to beat. They will do what they can to get you back on the water again.

I am a novice boat owner. I was having an electrical issue. I gave this place a call, described my issues and they said bring it down. After describing the issue, the tech looked it over and fixed the problem in no time, right there in the lot. They even got my wiring compatible with coast guard regulations- which I had no idea about. Because of the professionalism, I will not be bringing my boat anywhere else. This is the boat shop I’ve been looking for. Novice boat owners can be made fun of, I get it. But this place didn’t make me feel like that at all. Professional, courteous service. I will recommend to others.

I dont normally post reviews, but when I get exceptional service and save a whole lot of money, I feel I need to say something and recommend Snohomish Marine Repair. I went in with the expectation that I had a major repair coming on my 1991 Bayliner Capri and a 4-6 week wait time. Twenty minutes and $50 later i am all set and will be able to get back out on the water this year thanks to everyone at Snohomish Marine Repair. They earned a client for life today!! Thank you again!!

I called -left message Steve got back same day and provided estimate on message. Wasn’t sure procedure to leave boat. Steve called explained and I drove 40 miles to use their facility. Needed a starter. Kenny the technician asked me when I wanted the boat back. I shrugged my shoulders and replied ASAP. At 1:30 in afternoon he told me to go have lunch. Came back at 4 to pickup and final bill was 2.00 less than estimate. My first time but will definitely call them first. Great group of employees and business owners . Kenny and Steve thanks a ton

Amazing service and so knowledgeable. From my first desperate phone call where Kenny walked me through all my options to having the exact outdrive I needed for my old but seaworthy boat! I have enough knowledge to be dangerous but also enough to know when to call the experts! Kenny is is that expert, super smart and honest and Steve and the staff were extremely kind! I thought our boating season was over but now because of these guys we will be out on the water in no time. Thank, thank, thank you! It was worth the 7 hour round trip drive!

Had my out drive serviced, gimbal bearing, drive shaft replaced, new seals, fluid, Kenny has so much knowledge of boats. I’ve walked in several times just for advice, he never fails to help. This place is busy, but he always manages to get you in and out. Thanks for the good service!!

Our Mastercraft stopped running last weekend. Its peak season and most marine shops (including this one) are booked multiple weeks out so I started to lose hope that we could salvage the season. While most places told me I was out of luck, Kenny took the time over the phone to talk me through steps I could take to resolve the issue. After trying and failing to fix it on my own, Kenny squeezed me in on short notice and told me to bring the boat by the shop. In less than an hour, Kenny diagnosed and fixed an electrical problem. Were ready to boat again and I cannot thank the guys here enough for taking care of me. This is a talented team and their customer service is incredible.

I came to Snohomish Marine after spending $7500 for a mobile tech (Travis ONeil - Custom Marine Services, LLC.) to remove my engine and outdrive (bravo 3) and perform maintenance and repairs. For the $7500 I got my manifolds, risers, elbows, all coolant hoses, thermostat, u-joint in the outdrive, bilge pump, spark plugs, wires, cap/rotor, fuel filter, oil filter replaced, and carb rebuilt. Remember, I said ALL coolant hoses and manifolds and risers replaced (with new parts). After taking the boat out we noticed that the engine would start to overheat when at 3200rpms or higher for extended cruise. I called Snohomish Marine and they told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it (along with a lot of other things I wanted done too). They are all very nice and clearly know what they are doing. The second Kenny got on the boat and opened the engine hatch his very first words were this is wrong, its plumbed all wrong. Of course Im thinking great, I just spent $7500 for all wrong... Long story short Steve (service writer) did an absolutely incredible job at communication and letting me know charges (which are VERY reasonable) and Kenny and his crew did a fantastic job! They arent parts replacers If they have good used parts theyll give you the option to use that too. We took the boat from Everett marina to Skyline in Anacortes the other day and ran at 3200 nearly the whole way with NO overheating, no leaks and everything they fixed...worked. OH...last thing, when the last tech rebuilt the carb and replaced the bilge pump. The engine never started correctly either cold or warm/operating temp, now it fires up EVERY time...just like it should - Thank you Kenny!! Also, they found that the bilge pump wasnt working because it wasnt wired correctly, they fixed that too! The thermostat that the other tech put in was jammed in the closed position so it likely was damaged on install...moral of my very long story...HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Snohomish Marine for all your boat needs and DO NOT recommend using Travis ONeil Custom Marine Services!! Thanks guys Ill be back for sure!!

Although this shop had backlogs, they’ve taken a look at my boat (98 Bayliner Capri 4 cylinder Mercruiser). The boat had a cracked manifold and the engine was running rough and fixed it in no time last Monday 9/14/2020. Very impressed and satisfied with Kenny Coleman!
