Just got my oil change done today. As usual, the service was good and the employees were friendly. I was scheduled for 0800 hours, first appointment of the morning and they were only about five minutes late opening, but the service was completed in a timely manner and I was still finished in about an hour or so. I always choose to wait while they complete the service which seams to insure your vehicle gets serviced sooner rather then later. In the past I have opted to not wait and I got a call almost three hours later that my vehicle was ready. In all, this was again a pleasant experience (as expected based on previous service appointments), and I even though I wouldnt necessarily recommend their new car purchasing experience, I would definitely recommend their Service Department to others.
Jay from Epic Ford providing a fantastic experience. He was courteous and timely, as well as knowledgeable around the product recommendation. During the buying process I had found out that Id actually be required to move across the country and so it didnt make sense for me to buy the car, but someone is going to get an exceptional deal on a Mustang GT.I would hope that my writing a review while not even being able to purchase the car speaks volumes to the experience that I had.Thank you Jay, Steve, and the Epic Ford Team!
I come from a sales background and they are treading a fine line of bait and switch. I found a car online for a great price for my stepdaughter. I contacted the dealership to let them know I was coming from 2hrs away and if we liked the car we would be purchasing. The salesperson was very likeable and helpful, he went and did a walk around on the car to make sure I wasnt wasting a trip. As promised the car was in great shape and we sat down to purchase the car. When they presented the price there was an additional $1,199.00 dollars tacked on, I have been involved in the purchase of 4 cars and 2 motorcycles in the last year and with a background in sales knowing to look through the fine print I did not see this anywhere and never had seen it in any previous dealership. They hide it deep in the web site and it is very vague, so vague the salesman had a hard time finding it on his phone. All in all, after playing hardball I was able to negotiate it down to something reasonable considering the price of the car was good. The salesperson was really nice, I would give him a higher rating than I would the policies of the dealership. There are better places to go, in general I would avoid this place unless you are comfortable with negotiation.
Definitely worth the 2 hour drive. If you go, ask for Jay he will hook you up. All very nice people, no pressuring at all. 10/10 recommend
My car broke down June 25th and I had it towed to Epic. I was told my motor needed to be replaced, but there would be a 6 week wait due to factory shortages. I requested a loaner, but was told they don’t have a loaner program- they offer rentals for $35 a day, but didn’t have any on the lot, and they offered to let me know if any became available. Realizing I could be paying roughly $1500 out of pocket, I declined to be notified. My car is a 2016 with 66,000 miles on it and has an extended warranty.Today is September 12th. They have had my car for 78 days. The only time I have been contacted by the dealership is if I reach out first and request a call back with information. (The last time that happened was August 16th, when I was told “the service manager is working diligently to resolve the issue”.) Usually when I call I don’t get a return call.I contacted Ford corporate to see if they could maybe pull some strings to get me some sort of loaner. The rep was essentially told the same thing they told me the first day: no loaners, no rentals available. The rep suggested renting from a commercial rental company, as I qualified for “rental reimbursement” and could submit my receipts after repairs are complete. The price of a rental car in this area right now is roughly $100 a day. They’ve had my car for 78 days, and can’t tell me when repairs will actually be finished. So needless to say, the “rental reimbursement program” is not actually feasible for me. Apparently, out of all of the Ford dealerships in the world, no one can:1.) Fix a car that is under warranty in a timely manner.Or2.) Find me *something* to drive until repairs can be completed that will not cost more than I owe on my vehicle.I bought a brand new car and paid extra for the extended warranty so that *if* my car broke down, I wouldn’t be stranded without a vehicle for extended lengths of time or incur huge costs that I wouldn’t be able to handle. Now I am encountering both.I live in Marysville and work in Everett. That is three hours a day on the bus to get to and from my job. Add an extra hour if I need to go to the store. It is utterly ridiculous that I have been placed in this situation, have been provided no information, and have been left without a vehicle for three months.
Horrible Service ...Avoid this place !! I brought my vehicle in for a factory recall item that I had received a notice in the mail for and asked if they could also change the oil... A few hours later I get a call that there was no factory recall, the oil change was done and they noticed my front brakes were shot ! They said my front brakes needed immediate attention! The rotors needed to be resurfaced and the master cylinder was leaking and needed to be replaced .!! They gave me a quote of over $1,500 . I told them to hold off on the brake work.A few days later I brought my car to Fast Eddy’s in Everett to have my brakes inspected... Diagnostic from Fast Eddy’s .. brakes are fine .. 60% brake pads in the front and back and no leaks from the master cylinder !!!NEVER TRUSTING epic ford Again !!
Devin is the only car salesman I’ve ever worked with that made buying a car fast and easy. He started my paperwork early and had me on my way within an hour of arrival. Come here to buy a car.
Had my truck(still under warranty) towed to Epic from another dealer because my truck was showing a powertrain/transmission failure. Had a scheduled appointment but took 5 days longer for them to look at it. In that time they lost my key, which required me to drive 3 hours round trip to bring another key(as to not delay repairs even more). 1 week later they say they cant find an issue with the truck, even though I have specific codes from the previous dealer, but the computer was wiped so no codes present. Was told I would just need to have it breakdown again and have towed back to them. They proceed to complete another warranty oil pan replacement. I get the call to pick up the truck and they have an invoice for over $300 for diagnosis and oil filter. I have no issue with the oil filter as it was discussed that I wanted an oil change completed. But they are charging the rest for a diagnosis even though they did not find any issues even though there are codes in the Ford service computer system. Avoid this dealer at all costs. They dont answer their phones and also are not professional in their text messages either.
Alan benfield is service is a top notch guy. He was amazing the entire week my truck was there. He kept me updated and dealt with my adjuster like a champ. Highly recommend him and ford for anything you need
I’m the owner of a 2018 F150 lariat. Driving down the road last month the wife went to open up the panoramic roof and the glass popped out of the track. The sunshade or the glass would not close, we were stuck with a big gap between the glass and frame. It was over a week before we could get in and have the truck looked at. Once we got in,it took two weeks to get the parts and have the warranty company come out and investigate.I know it takes time especially now with the Covid issue happening, it must also be hard for businesses to find reliable good working people. Fortunately for us Epic Ford must’ve had the right people on staff. It’s been four days now and the roof and glass operate flawlessly.I would recommend this service facility for anything from oil change to a panoramic roof replacement. The communication was precise and clear and I always got a response to my questions in a reasonable amount of time.Customers should keep in mind that there are circumstances beyond peoples control, we all need to be respectful and courteous to each other and remember we’re all being affected by this in one way or another.I want to thank the entire service team there at epic Ford for the outstanding professionalism determination and communication with my panoramic roof malfunction and getting us back on the Highway.Curtis
Took in my vehicle for an airbag recall. Work was completed and done on time. My two issues are that they closed my sunscreen for my glass roof and broke it while doing so. Then scuffed my dashboard bad enough that it has a permenant mark on it. Asked the guys at the front desk in the service area to help fix the screen and they came out to help. Instead of fixing it they slyly pulled it off the track so it would move. Now it sounds like its scraping every time I move it. Attempted to call in for a formal complaint and asked for a manager, they responded with someone will call you before they leave. Five days later and still no call.
5 ⭐️ Epic Ford made my first car purchase a great experience. Andre helped me and was hands down the most chill, relatable salesperson which made the process less stressful. I was a little nervous about making sure I asked all the right questions, which he answered clearly and I felt honestly. If he didn’t know the answer, he made sure to figure it out quickly. Most importantly, Andre was kind and treated us with respect. If you are headed to get a new car, choose Epic Ford and ask for Andre!
I took my vehicle to Epic Ford for some diagnostic work. I went in and was met by a friendly service employee. I went to the service writers desk to get checked in. They listened to me on what was going on with my vehicle. I left and later that day got a call from service department explaining to me what was going on with my vehicle. They needed parts but they were on back order. They got me into a car while mine was waiting for parts. The parts came in and they fixed my vehicle. I went back to dealership to give the car back and pick mine up. I was met by the service team at door. Went to desk and talked to service advisor as well as the service manager and they explained to me what the did. They brought my vehicle around for me I said thank you to everyone. Got in my car and left. It was nice dealing with people in service that listened to me and my concerns. Will go back with any further issues with our 2 ford vehicles.Thank you Epic Ford.
My man Quan got me right! Very excited about the way my car is looking and feeling! Thank you my guy! He’s the goat
I had an issue with an interior light in my center console not working on my Ford Fusion and another local dealership would not help me so I asked the shop floor supervisor Michael Long at Epic Ford if there was anything they could do to help me resolve the issue and he was more than glad to help me... in fact he went above and beyond to help me by offering a discounted rate to fix the issue since the other dealership treated me poorly. Michael even scheduled the appointment for me to get my light fixed. When I went in for the appointment they fixed the light and to my surprise the service bill was much lower than I ever expected. This was an act of sheer kindness and generosity on behalf of Michael and the dealership and they let me know that they wanted me to be happy with their service. I would refer anyone to Epic Ford because their service department is excellent and so is their customer service, and they take care of their customers! Michael is wonderful to deal with and so is Rene the Service Department Director. I cannot say enough good things about the great customer service and service level at Epic Ford. What a great team of people they have working there. Even when I am waiting in waiting area watching TV, someone always comes by to ask if there is anything I need. Awesome dealership & very generous to their customers!
Amazing sales team. Very VERY pushy financial team. Showed up pre-approval for a loan at my proffered financial institution, they still had me apply for an in house loan and keep badgering me to go with them. I held firm so they took 2 hours to process the paperwork for the purchase. Wont go with them again, and wouldnt recimend them.
After having the most TERRIBLE experience with Dodge jeep of Monroe, I decided to take my business elsewhere.Granted Ive only had the vehicle an entire week. So far so good! Great sales rep named Austins as well as his boss who helped him help me make things work in my favor. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I would recommend Everett Epic Ford for sure!!4 stars only because I just got the vehicle, so I need a bit of time to really see how things go.#epicford #fordisbest #fordstrong #everetteepicford
This was the 2nd car weve purchased from Epic Ford. Being close to the end of the model year, the car we wanted was hard to find. Salesperson Austin worked very hard to find us a new Escape that met our need and budget. He went over and above then any other salesperson we dealt with at other dealers.. He found us the ideal vehicle, the paperwork and financing was very quick and easy, and out new car was ready for pickup in less that 24 hours. There was never any pressure to buy, either to vehicle or options/extras. I recommend Epic Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car.
STAY AWAY from this Dealership they Falsely advertise vehicles then try to bait and switch you with their BS Executive Shield Paintless Dent Repair and miscellaneous fees that they do not disclose in advertising and tell you that you have to purchase it is already installed on the vehicle. This is a dealership scam to increase price of vehicle. If you view disclosures it does not say items will be added AND it does not state mandatory purchase of these products which is against federal advertising laws and now the Dealer Group can deal with Washington Attorney General. It is $2000+ per vehicle advertised multiplied by all their stores in the group. I hope they have made money from unsuspecting customers because now they can return it to the State in fees and hopefully will fine them large enough to cover all the customers who have been deceived by this store and all the stores in the auto group. There are great dealers out there who advertise and sell cars the right way Without cheating and misleading their customers! This is NOT ONE OF THOSE REPUTABLE dealers! Take your business elsewhere!!!!!
Jim was an incredible salesman and worked with us every step of the way. He went above and beyond to make our car purchase easy and enjoyable and I couldn’t be happier with the car. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, and I highly recommend anyone who’s thinking about purchasing a car does it here.
Took our Escape in for routine service and they did a great job. They need to improve signage. We went to the spot where we always go but things had changed. Needs better signage and an alert when the appointment is made.
Some good, some bad.Starts with a Bronco first edition special order that Ford completely botched communication on. Disgruntled, Baran in sales and Matt step in and got everything worked out and honestly they crushed it.Initial deal went easy. There was plenty of typical car salesmanship. Then the signing. The communication between sales and finance led to $1300 in additional charges, and a missed down payment. So much disorganization and chaos at order completion. I will say it was closing on a Saturday. We resolved the issue the next week with ease.I don’t care what line you stand on in the COVID world, licking fingers to turn contract pages that you hand to someone is disgusting. So, like I said good and bad. Props to Baran and Matt, but yeah it is a car dealer.
I had a horrible service experience at a different dealership and needed to get the disaster fixed. I went to Epic, their service professionalism was stellar, they fixed all problems, everything works as it should and I left feeling very good. They are doing things right.
Id give a one star. I scheduled an appointment at 8:30am. When I showed up they said I didnt have an appointment. As I showed them my confirmation of my appointment they saw who I got scheduled with and was told, that person wasnt suppose to have appointments. I could either come back at 1:30pm or on Monday (three days later). I came back at 1:30pm (huge inconvenience to me). I waited for over an hour for an oil change as mechanics were sitting at the front desk just hanging with the receptionist. Phones were ringing and no one was answering them. Then when my car was ready I was told they couldnt rotate my tires because of the big difference in tread depth. Which is weird because Ford has never rotated my tires. I was also told that I couldnt get my receipt/document of what was done because the parts department hasnt put in their notes. She said shed email it to me. That was almost a week ago and still no email. Plus I have before caught them either lying about maintenance or maintenance that they claimed I declined (which I never have). Plus I caught them saying I needed new tires when my tires were a few months old. I really dont know how this place is still open.
If i could leave a 0 i would! I am so disappointed at the service i received. I have a brand new 2020 explorer. It has been in the shop more than i have had it. I just got it back after 2 months in the shop. Throughout the process communication sucked i had to keep calling for updates that were vague. My representative ended up not working there anymore towards the end and no one called to tell me i had a new representative. I ended up calling again spoke to Rene who was nice and felt bad for everything i had gone through in the 2 mo of poor service said he would make it up to me when i picked my car up. I recieved a voucher for a car wash......my car had a bee hive in it and a stale musky smell in my brand new car. I recieved apologies but that was about it. I will be calling corporate and i will no longer be going to this ford. I do not suggest buying a 2020 explorer and i do not suggest servicing your vehicle at epic ford.
Lied about not running credit check. Raised price after running credit check. We went down the road and got a better deal from an honest dealership in half the time.
Very busy.... Looks like it will be a week before they can even look at my friends car. ... ... But busy must mean good on some level, it means that people want to have their service here.
Professional friendly courteous staff. Started my car promptly on-time at my appointment.
Austin helped me with my purchase. He made it quick and easy. Austin is very professional and personable, and an all around great guy.
Jeff and the service team are awesome. They really helped me find the best deal and saved me so much money. They were very kind and I felt I could trust them. Will definitely be going back!
Awful service department, besides Jim at sales these guys at Ford epic seem very clueless had my car for a week and a half to initially fix a seatbelt only to tell me they didn’t do it because I “didn’t call and confirm that’s what I needed done” why else was I there ?? Then gave me a laundry list of things that needed fixing(but where un able to do for some reason) and told me be on my way. Save your time and effort take your stuff to a dodge dealer or anyone else for service this is not it I promise you.
Very Unprofessional and Bait & SwitchIn need of 4x4 truck for a move that I will be taking in a couple of months and wanted to trade in my current pickup truck, I went to EPIC Ford on 6/12/21. Once I was able to pick a truck that was within my budget and would work for what I needed, everything seemed to go as planned, that is until it came to the final stage of financing.I was very clear before my credit was to be ran and a vehicle loan process to be started that I had no desire to select any additional dealer options other than a service or warranty based item. Even then I voiced that I didnt want it automatically added in as I would decide once I knew the details. I was assured that the loan amount request would include these just in case but that they wouldnt be added into my contract until I formally agreed.First, the finance rep, James Slayton, was dressed in everyday street clothes and had is young (looked like 6 years old) child with him. I have never purchased any vehicle or service or item, and had a child running around and talking loudly while I am signing paperwork. The fact that James looked like he could be anyone off the street was unprofessional and a left me questioning the trustworthiness of the dealership as a whole, much less to have his young child bouncing around and interrupting a pretty important part of the car buying process.Once we began to review the contract and financing details, I noticed that there were options added to my contact that I hadnt agreed to. There were 3 things I didnt want, a Vehicle Anti-Theft System add-on for $999.00, a Paintless Dent Repair add-on for $1,199.00, and a 3M Door Edge Guards add-on for $799.00.I told James that I did not want any of these 3 add-ons. James told me that they couldnt be taken off the loan. I asked James why not since the contract says in bold print that they are not required to purchase the vehicle. James told me that they are not required, but that the dealership would not sell me the vehicle unless I did purchase them. This is a highly deceptive and potentially illegal bait and switch. What is even more troubling is that these add-ons are greatly marked up (i.e. 3M Door Edge Guards sell for $20.00, yet the dealership is charging $799.00!!!). In all, I was forced to incur almost $3,000.00 I did and do not want.Since I had no choice but to sign and agree to these unnecessary and unwanted add-ons in order to get the vehicle, I was stuck simply accepting it.To say I am very dismayed and unhappy with the vehicle purchasing process from this Ford dealership is an understatement. To be going over very important financial details while having a child run around in a small office is inappropriate. Having the finance rep looking like he could be any random person of the street is pretty distressing and unprofessional.
Oofa. There are no new cars on the lot. Im guessing its pretty much the same at most dealerships now a days. But this place is sparse! Also, a 2+hour wait on a simple oil change seems beyond ridiculous. Will be checking out other Ford dealers soon as its time to purchase.
Epic fords sales team and finance managers went above and beyond to help me out of a tuff situation I was in, going as far as letting me take a truck overnight to get to work, even tho I bought my truck at a different ford dealership. They were up front with me and honest about my credit, I wish things would have worked out so I could have traded my truck for theres but I didnt. But I know where Im getting my new truck when its time Epic ford
Money did a wonderful job on my car and Miss Chavez was a wonderful receptionist I felt very comfortable like weve been friends forever its kind of place I like to come back to thanks guys. Great job!
If you have no expectations of customer service this is the place for you.I was told I would get a telephone call giving an idea as to how long repairs would take.NO CALL.I was told the service manager would call.NO CALL.When I went to pick up my vehicle they had misplaced my keys.It is my intent to never seek service here again.
Well, the customer service person was friendly. Other than that I am super disappointed. First of all, my 2020 F350 was put in the computer as a Ford Focus. Even when this was brought up, it was not corrected on my final invoice. Then, the services I came in for were not done correctly. I was to have a warranty alignment since my truck is only two months old and the alignment was wrong when I purchased it brand new. I was told I cannot have an alignment until I have at least 1000 miles on it. I figured Id get an alignment at 5K miles with my first oil change and tire rotation. When I got the truck back, the alignment is still wrong and I was charged for the alignment. The tires were rotated but not properly inflated and deflated to the correct pressure (front tires and rear tires require different tire pressure) and the TPMS was giving me an error on the dash. I called the dealership and they said the alignment was not a warranty. I dont understand why, but they said not a warranty and I had to pay for it. I took my truck to Les Schwab Tires and they fixed the tire pressures and reset the TPMS so the truck knows which tire is on which corner of the vehicle. Im also going to have Les Schwab redo the alignment. The last bit of info that is irritating is that the tech who performed my oil change stepped on top of my front bumper and must have twisted his boot with grime on it onto the step pad of the bumper because now there are swirl marks and boot marks on top of my front painted bumper. I wish this dealership would take more care of a customers brand new $90,000 truck and also do their jobs correctly. I hope they did the oil change correctly, but Im not sure. I will NOT be back to this dealership! Horrible job by this Ford dealership and Ill never be back here again for service, parts or to purchase anything.
The customer service was amazing and I found a vehicle I am very happy with. Big thanks to all of the friendly staff!
Purchased a vehicle from Epic Ford. Working with them was great. Jeff the finance guy was a lot of help. Professional and honest. Thank you Epic Ford
Great experience. Left another Ford service provider due to bad customer service. THIS service department made up for my prior bad experiences.
They provided a loaner. Finished the job below the orginal quote. What else is there to say?
Chris Berg, the sales professional, did an outstanding job! His in depth knowledge and responsiveness made this the best experience in purchasing my truck.
Used to go to the dealership I bought my car from, was unsatisfied, tried a different dealership and they lied about things needing done. So tried Epic Ford... I will be coming back! They were friendly, honest and answered my questions and addressed concerns I had from previous dealership experiences. Looking forward to getting aquatinted with them better as I continue taking my car to them.
Awful sales team and finance management team. About as sharky as you can get as far as car sales go. Very dishonest and attempted to use indirect language to alter terms and to hide additional charges. To be clear, this specific dealership adds roughly $4k to any vehicle purchase on the basis of standard equipment from Ford (and thats before TTL). Total BS. Id take your business, quite literally, anywhere else. Buyer beware.Recommend Korum, Enumclaw, or Sound Ford if you are searching for a Ford specific vehicle. Stay away from this ghetto sideshow who happen to be advertising a Ford logo on their building.
Epic has an appointments only system for their service department. If they were trying to reduce waiting times with appointments, that hasn’t worked. I went in for an oil change and was told the service would be an hour and a half. They managed to get it done before that time, but I’d already gotten a ride home based on their initial estimate. The price I paid was comparable to what I’ve paid at the Jiffy Lube that took a half hour to change the oil and didn’t need an appointment. I used to see an upside for getting all of my service done at my local Ford dealership, but I no longer see any advantage in time, convenience, or cash savings.
We had a great experience at Epic Ford. Pere did a good job assisting us on our purchase of our truck.I highly recommend buying your next car at Epic Ford.
It was fine. Getting car serviced
*A few years back I went with my dad to Blade Chevy in Burlington to buy a truck. As we closed on the truck I remember the rep offering us a nice gift card if we leave a Google review. I am not sure if Epic’s sales people do the same thing, but just in case they do, I would recommend cross checking their Google reviews with their Yelp reviews for a more accurate assessment of their service.I took my truck in on 6/8 to have my ECM updated in hopes that would fix my check engine light. A few hours later I received a call from Summer telling me that the update was complete, however the check engine light is still on and further diagnoses is needed. I agreed to pay the roughly 170.00 fee to have them read codes my system was throwing; this is something most places will do for free.I received a call on 6/10 informing me that I had a bad cam shaft solenoid, and the cost for repairs along with reprogram and diagnostics was 1227.00, I was informed that all parts were in stock and the repairs could be done the following day on 6/11 (Friday). The cost to replace one solenoid was high (784.00) so I called around to some trusted shops to see what they would charge for replacement. Knowing that the second solenoid tends to go bad shortly after the first I asked for quotes on replacing both with OEM parts. The two shops I trust quoted me roughly 800.00 for OEM parts and labor for both solenoids not the 784.00 for the one that Epic would replace. However, the earliest one shop could get me in was 6/16, I do general construction and need my truck to survive. I decided to bite the bullet and pay extra for faster service. I called Summer back and she told me for the second time, the parts are in stock, well have it done tomorrow 6/11.On Friday (6/11) I call Epic Ford around 5:30 to confirm my repair will be completed. A gentleman picked up and proceeded to ask Summer if she knew the status of my truck, she told him the truck was ready. My wife dropped me off the next morning to get the truck. I was waited on by the service manager Rene. After telling him who I was he then informed me that my truck was not ready, and he would get to the bottom of it, and he would “make it right”. He calls me about 45 mins later and informs me that the service tech was waiting on a few more parts to arrive even though Summer had assured me on two separate occasions that all parts were in stock. He told me the parts would be in later that day and he would “make it right”, whatever that means. Fast forward to Monday 6/14 I am informed that the tech has all the parts he needs and will have it completed that afternoon. I get a call toward the end of the day on Monday after I had to call and leave message. Summer informs me that they are working on the truck but it won’t be ready till the following day 6/15. 6/15 rolls around and I finally get a call probably after 4 pm telling me my truck is ready for pick up. Keep in mind the work was supposed to be done 6/11. On 6/12 they had all the parts they needed, and didn’t get started on my truck till 6/14 till late in the day, and even with the truck supposedly being worked on 6/14, they still didn’t complete the work till late in the day on 6/15.When I had initially agreed to have Epic do the repair, I agreed because they assured me they would be efficient and I needed my truck back for my work. At the end of the day I could have waited 1 more day and had a trusted shop complete twice the amount of work for what Epic charged me. I allowed Epic to hold on to my truck that Monday and Tuesday 6/14-6/15 because Rene had assured me he would “make it right”. Turns out Make it Right means absolutely nothing. And of course the 1227.00 that Summer quoted me for the project didn’t include sales tax. That was my experience with Epic, with Summer and Rene. You can get told false information repeatedly, shoved to the back of the line, and they won’t make it right. I won’t be back and would encourage anyone reading this to support some of the great local shops in the area.
The General Manager FINALLY called me and essentially said that he wished I wouldve let him know of this when it happened (I sent them a letter a month ago) then says that theres nothing really to do now that Ive posted this review. What a joke. He made no effort to apologize or how to make it right. Stay away from EPIC Ford in Everett WA.
I took my husband’s mustang to be repaired made an appointment long story short vehicle was there a month very unprofessional I’ve dealt with other dealerships never had these issues I would call leave messages no updates no return calls except for when I drove there got excuse the phones weren’t working FYI the car didn’t need major work done.. then when car was finally ready was going to charge us almost 500 more than what I was told will not be going back
As I have before. Rude, liars and willing to make you cry. Corporate is the same way. Also they dont believe in loaner carsHad someone from Epic say they were going to can ànd the didnt
Epic Ford sales and finance staff were fair, knowledgeable and willing to work with us on our trade in and purchase. Thank you for getting us into our new F-150!
I actually had a really fine experience with Epic ford until I went to pick up my license plates from them. First, they never called me to tell me my plates were in, I was driving with expired temp license for 10 days. I went to get my plates and while I was pulling in and driving away I ran over something in their parking lot, something to fill tires with. A broken air pump needle. And no less than a few minutes the tire pressure light in my car was on and I had to pull over and change my tire. Thankfully a mechanic stopped and helped me to change my tire and he told me I definitely got it from the dealership and they should fix it no problem. SO, I took my car back to the dealership not more than 30 minutes had gone by since I had been there, and I spoke to the guy at the front desk and explained to him everything that had happened and he said Sorry you should just take it to Les schwab and went up to their service department they looked at my tire and told me I would have to replace it because I drove on it for too long. SO I took it to Les Schwab and they took my car, called me back a couple hours later, and said We were able to patch it up no problem! for $0, no cost.SO my underlined lesson here, Screw Epic ford, they dont care about you and they just want your money. I got a flat tire IN THEIR PARKING LOT picking UP MY LICENSE PLATES and they just said Sorry youre going to have to pay and get a new tire because you drove on it too long even though I pulled over when I saw my lights go off. SO screw epic ford. Horrible service and I will not be returning or recommending this facility. They were nice to me, I got my car, I went to get my license plates, got a flat ON THEIR PROPERTY and they were so unwilling to help. And wanted me to buy an entire new tire, when Les Schwab was able to repair it, no cost, and I didnt have to purchase a new tire.Seems to me that Epic ford just wants my money. Disappointing because I genuinely had a good experience up until then. Thanks guys! for the flat and for being unwilling to help repair it :)
Epic Ford always takes great care of our Ford Fusion. I will always recommend the service we get there. Thanks again.Robert & Jo Baker
Got an appointment the day after I called. The work was done well at a very reasonable price. Thanks for keeping my F150 in top condition.
I was asked to update this review by Rene at epic ford and state that he is helping me solve the issue after 6 failed attempts . We set a day for me to bring my truck in that he would be there and he didn’t show up for work that day so once again I took another day off work (which was the 5th day so far) and still not fixed . Between mechanics and managers not showing up for work and wrong parts ordered then wrong parts installed and told everything is good when it’s clearly not I am losing faith in the people representing the ford brand (which I currently own 3 of ) .
Great job taking care of wheel bearings under warranty. Here as healthcare worker helping hospital during pandemic for 3 months a few thousand miles from home. Very professional and trustworthy people and place.
The wife and I bought a used 2018 F150 lariat since it will fit our towing needs.Out of all the dealerships in the area we chose Epic Ford to service our vehicle. We were looking to purchase our vehicle from Epic but unfortunately they did not have the package that we needed. We were impressed with the sales department but even more impressed with the service department. My first conversation was with Jeffrey at the service desk, he was patient, informative and scheduled us in a timely manner to get some service done on our truck. The work was done when it was promised and the truck was ready for us to pick up at the time estimated. At that time I pointed out there was some trim issues with the vehicle. Jeffrey came out looked it over and immediately got the paperwork rolling for us to get it replaced under the Ford warranty.Jeffrey followed up with a phone call letting us know the parts were ordered and that he wasn’t sure when they were going to come but wanted to let me know just the same. The following week he called to scheduled for parts replacement on the truck. Once again the service department was done working on my truck as scheduled. We are grateful for the excellent service, professionalism of Jeffery and will highly recommend this dealership for timely and courteous service.
We are very happy with our buying experience at Epic Ford. Our salesperson Jim Slayton was very laid back, not high pressure. The whole team at Epic was great to deal with and I highly recommend them.
As always, great service and friendly staff.
First time here, and was a bit taken back that I was not greeted at my vehicle. I was not given an estimate of the service. He did explain what was included (it was not described on the website). Waiting area could have been more comfortable. Guess Im spoiled by Toyota
I just got my dream car. I walked in with a certain amount of $ and they worked with us to bring down the price to what I had, walked out with my Rav 4 and no payments. Thank you sooooo much, Samantha, Pere, Jayson you were AWESOME
Brought my 2010 Ford Fusion in for repair on the AC today (Aug 2, 2021). Was quoted $447.50 but charged $585.69. When I asked about the discrepancy between the quote and the charged price, the service person with whom I was interacting first tried to blame the parts department, then tried to blame me for having called to ask for the status of the job (Id dropped the car off 6 hours earlier and hadnt heard anything), then finally tried to lie and claim hed told me that he was just checking the price when he gave me the quote (hed said they were checking the price on a second repair, not on the AC repair; I know because I kept the text message he sent). Such a discouraging interaction.
My last oil change a few days ago they forgot to put cap back on and oil blew out all over engine compartment. Service mgr addressed the situation by topping off oil and a mediocre cleaning. No refund offered, I took a day off work for dealerships mistake. Definitely not 5 star service
Do not shop here!!! The sales people are completely unprofessional; and have no knowledge of their inventory. Go to Kendall Ford in Maryville.
They are good but did not fix my problem
The buying process was really great. I had some stuff going on, but they took their time and I didnt feel pressured in any way. The only downside was that the Fordpass was not checked before I left the lot, and now is determined within 2 days of having my truck that the modem is bad. So now it already has to go into the shop.
Had warranty work performed on my 2017 F150. They had the vehicle for a day and a half for a recall on the door latches. The day after I picked up my vehicle I couldnt close my drivers side door. Either they dont know what they are doing or they didnt even try to fix my truck.
Great experience as a first time car buyer! If you are in the market for a new Ford, check out Epic and ask for Joe! Joe was not only incredibly patient with me over the course of several weeks, he was also diligent in following up with me and answering all the questions I had! The other salesmen were great as well. Check them out and hopefully you have a great experience!
Good experience, service was quick and easy.
I like bringing my vehicles to Epic Ford. The service department is always helpful and honest. They have my trust and business. They also have a Mach E on display in the showroom!
I had a super great experience with Epic Ford. Starting with Jeffrey in service then on to purchase a used car with Austin. Also Nick was great and finally their finance mngr JeffThe all team works together so wellLove my car and trust them for following thru I cant say enough about their service and, friendship Thanks so much, Austin take care you are great.👍
I been too a few ford dealership services and I didnt have a great experience. So I have a friend at work and told me to go to Epic Ford. And I have to say that Im totally going back for the service. They where so helpful and explain to me what I still have on my contract. And within the hour and half they where done.
The people at Epic Ford were so wonderful and responsive to my every need. More than I expected from a car dealership, which I hate to go to, but had to be done. They were friendly, courteous, and showed me everything I need to own my new truck. Even all the new digital features that come with a new truck. I was looking for a Chevy, but once I got into a Ford Ranger, everything felt comfortably, smooth and easy to drive. Baran was awesome to help me find this beauty. Jim was a man full of knowledge on everything I needed to know, to drive and get moving on, with my new 4WD Ford truck. Thank you both!
I had an excellent experience with the sales department. It was a quick and painless process. My salesman (Jim) was informative and a pleasure to do business with. The sales manager and finance were low pressure. Overall a great buying experience.
Had an awesome experience at Epic Ford getting a use Honda Odyssey. Pere was our saleman; he was good, well detailed and ready for to make the sale. Our purchase experience was smooth without a hiccip. He even offered to drive me to, if needed.
Sad. Tires overinflated. Filled up with gasoline and showed 260 miles to empty. Also showed 20 mpg for 2018 Ford Ecosport SE 4WD 2.0L.
Pere and the staff went out of there way to make sure I got the best deal.
I made an appointment a week in advance for an oil change. It took over 3.5 hours to get the job done. They said they were down a few people today. If that was the case, they should’ve called me in advance and told me that it was going to take longer and let me make a decision wether to keep the appointment. Instead they let me wait for my service to take over 3 times what I was told. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and bought 2 new vehicles here when it was Brien Ford and have done all of my service here. I’ve seen the quality of service go down over the years. They didn’t even offer to give me a discount for the extraordinarily long wait. They appear to only care about making money rather than the big picture of customer service. They lost a loyal customer today.
Josh Rapan was great and able to get me on the schedule after the first scheduler did not. He explained everything and was able to help me out! Great customer service in the service parts area!
Always a pleasure to deal with Epic Ford. Great customer service, rarely much of a wait, and knowledgeable technicians. I recommend this dealership for auto maintenance and repairs.
Micheal was very informative and kept me up to date with the processes of my Explorer being fixed. The vehicle was returned to me in better condition than when I dropped it off. I was very pleased with his work.
TLDR - if youre purchasing a vehicle from out of state, you will be very frustrated with the Epic Ford experience. Save yourself the heartache - go somewhere else.March 28 (Sunday): I inquired about a car that was posted online. Salesperson CB was quick to call me back and I purchased the car from Epic Ford that afternoon, sight unseen. Paid in full that evening. Paperwork was overnighted to me and I sent it back. They received the signed paperwork on Wednesday that same week.Wednesday/Thursday: I called salesperson CB to find out when I could arrange for cross-country shipping and was told that now, I should reach out to the finance department which I did. Just bear in mind, it is always very difficult to reach the right person. For some reason, whenever I did, that person was not working that day or was away from his desk. I spoke to SP in finance. Hey SP - just wanted to check that the paperwork you received is in order? When can I arrange for shipping? To which he replied, I dont really care. I have the paperwork and youve already paid so whenever. Whoa, this wasnt the response I expected! What happened to customer satisfaction and the customer experience? This is the first time Im buying a car online and out-of-state. I do need a little bit of hand-holding, to be honest. And dont I need copies of the paperwork? How am I going to register this vehicle? Help! I requested that they send me copies of the paperwork or whatever I needed so I could set up an appointment at the DMV (which is really hard to do now because of COVID restrictions). Copies of the paperwork were sent back to me - 2-days, not overnighted anymore which was super frustrating because I had to miss the appointment that I secured at the DMV.I was going to write this review in a chronological fashion but will spare you the details.Just know this:- I did not receive the title in a timely fashion. I had to beg them to overnight it so I could register the car.- The 3-day permit (which the customer is charged $90? for) was done incorrectly. If I was pulled over, it would have been noticed.- I cried. And I didnt think I would but everyone was passing the buck, no one wanted to say, Hey, let me figure this out so we dont have to send you incorrect documents or things in dribs and drabs.- 3 weeks after purchase date: Finally, I reached someone who understood. Diana, the title clerk. I told her, Please, just overnight me the documents. I need them. Originals so I can register the car. She said she had to ask her boss because generally, they only mail things out 2-days. Funnily enough, they were overnighted when I had to sign the original paperwork. But now that Epic Ford received my money (paid in full, mind you), they were taking their own sweet time. They relented and THREE WEEKS LATER, FINALLY - I received the documents that I needed to bring to the DMV.What Epic Ford should do to make the internet buying experience better:- Identify specific team members within each department to handle internet orders- Train these staff. This should be the folks finding out what the customer out-of-states DMV needs. We are charged a $150 filing fee already, the customer shouldnt be running around trying to figure out what he/she needs in order to register a vehicle.- Pick ONE point person for your internet customer. This person should be the middleman and able to answer questions in a timely manner.- ALWAYS return calls. Even if its, Ill get back to you in a bit response. It came to a point where my salesperson got tired of me and didnt respond to my inquiries. Why would he? Its out of his hands and someone else is suppose to take care of it now.Overall, a horrible experience. I wont recommend Epic Ford if youre an online purchaser. Once they have your money, they really dont care - or at least, thats how I felt.
I initially came in today and the advertised price was not what I was told to pay. It was much more. I ended up walking out and getting a call later from the sales manager sharing his disappointment over a miscommunication that caused the error. I was offered the car for the advertised price plus the normal tax and license which is what I wanted originally . It was nice to see that great customer service is still something valued.
Revised (Jan 2021):Thanks for responding and making everything to improve my very first experience with Epic Ford service department. Updating the rate based on the average value of two visits from 1 star to 3 stars. Please, keep doing a good job!Original review (Nov 2020):Ive scheduled an appointment for an engine oil change and asked in the comment box let me know immediately if they cant make it within 60-90 minutes time frame. The time was critical for me since I had back to back appointments.During check-in Ive re-confirmed todays waiting time and was told that it shouldnt take more than 60-90 minutes. After waiting 90 minutes Ive to followed up and discovered that my car wasnt even picked up to the service dock.As result Ive spent 2 hours - 30 minutes for the round trip and 90 minutes for waiting and got NOTHING.The conclusion is - Epic Ford staff are very friendly and positive. However, there is a poor planning and communication with customers which impacts our life even more.
Terrible experience.Set up an appointment for what seemed like a great deal. The reps I talked to were very nice and made setting up the appointment quick and easy. All seemed nice. Then I received a call a couple hours later where a rep explained that due to Dealer Add-ons the price of the car would actually be $2,500 more than the list price. While I am glad I was notified of this before I made the ~2 hr drive, it is still incredibly frustrating that they would advertise in such a dishonest way, especially considering I had received an email stating no games or hidden fees. While they did notify me of the change in price Id hardly say it would fit under no games. On another note, the individual I spoke with also tried to sway me from my currently approved loan through my bank, and recommended a larger longer term loan through their dealership. While I do understand that dealerships have incentives to push their own financing, trying to jack up the price and then sell me on their financing seems to be morally questionable.
Dropped of car to get transmission checked. nice people!
This was quite possibly the best auto repair experience for me. The staff at Epic were professional and courteous and the work was accomplished more quickly than the estimate. With over 200,000 miles on my car, I have a few other maintenance items on my list and see no reason to have the work done elsewhere.
I was recently having problems with my power steering. The service team was able to run some diagnostics to see my problem when not able to duplicate while test driving. The service team had my car less than 48hrs and she runs like new.Additionally I would like to thank Ford for selling me the extended warranty that ultimately saved my tush on this!Really appreciate your kind, honest, fast, and efficient help!Sarah
This place is a sneaky stealership first time I call to see if they had a specific vehicle they said yes we do I drove there and they didnt, they loved just to get me on the lot . The second time I found a used car online with a great price I get there and the car was actually $3000 more than the advertisement, they do this to all of there used vehicles the extra $3000 is for some BS security system and paint protection . Wish I could give the negative stars !!!!!
Great experience, On time, ready for me, smooth check in. Pick up was early, they were highly professional.
Very nice over the phone, and made it super simple to get my recall work done. Car is running much smoother now, thank you!
Finally Excellent Ford Service! The service writers seem to actually communicate well with the techs. The service lead took care of an issue I had that they could easily have ignored.Scheduling got me in very fast and communication was prompt and by text when I could answer the phone. Hugely appreciated! They loaned me a great Mustang too! Kinda cheating but I loved it!
Walked into the lot with a budget and a specific type of model in mind. Pere was the cars salesman to assist me in the journey to finding a car that I loved. Pere wasnt just a salesman he was a friend during this journey. He had my back with the questions and concerns and in between waits was conversational and made time pass.At the end of the journey we found a car perfect for me and at a pricepoint everyone was favorable of.
I’d like to thank Jeffrey Stephenson for always taking care of me for over 3 years with consistent excellent service. I can always count on him for a job well and deserves 5 stars! Thank you Jeffrey for all you do. Much appreciated.
