Everything about Genesis of Everett has been superior over 2+ years of ownership.Compare that with consistently poor attitudes and weak responses at much closer Genesis of Kirkland. After 5 interactions with Kirkland, Ive written them off as unacceptable.

Love my 2021 Genesis g70 3.3t awd... siberian ice color. Have had lots of compliments everywhere I go.Took almost 9 months to decide which car to buy. Lots of test drives, tons of research, and finally..... Its a winning car! Itll suck when everyone has to have one but for now Im in a class of very few.

I had my G70s steering rack replaced by an independent shop, but they couldnt figure out how to program some module to finish the process. When we called Genesis of Kirkland, they told us thed need to charge for diagnosis, and that the next available appointment slot was in 5-6 weeks. The shop and I both thought this was ridiculous for the amount of work required.Genesis of Everett instead promptly responded by offering me valet service (even though I wasnt an original owner of this car, and for the next business day too!) and fixed the issue by early afternoon on the same day. When I tried to offer payment, they simply responded we took care of it for you. They even washed the car, which was a welcome surprise!Customer service beyond expectations, Ill definitely be taking my business here in the future.

Clean and well appointed showroom. The cars are amazing. I had my doubts that this new car line would really be able to compete with my wifes Lexus. No problem. Might be the nicest car Ive ever sat in.

Went to get my car serviced at the dealership, and my service manager, Travis Wilson, was very accommodating and professional. Took the time to answer all my questions (Which I had a ton), and was patient with me the entire time. His customer service is top notch and had a great experience because of him.
