Clifton at Kia of Everett was great to work with. He was very low pressure and worked with his finance department to get us into the car we wanted at the payment we could afford. I love my new Kia Sorento. The sales professional that worked with me was knowledgeable and courteous. The administration person was not only friendly and efficient but went out of her way to work through an issue with the title of my old vehicle. The location is easy to find and easy to access. The only reason I don’t give this five stars is the Harnish Group tactics for sales is in my opinion borderline theft. You need to be careful with added on equipment and the price of the car. They are going to squeeze you for every dime they can. This doesn’t just apply to the dealership. The repair facility will adjust the price you pay based on what they think they can get away with. Be careful, be knowledgeable,and good luck.Added later: no response tells you everything you need to know. I also had to pay off a balance on my previous loan because the dealership calculated incorrectly!The car came with three free oil changes. They ask you to make an appointment even though they say in the sales process you can just drive up to the “convenient” “express “ lane. I made an appointment for 7:10am. I received a text, a calendar reminder, and a phone call to confirm. I arrived 5 minutes early and they said the wait for an oil change is an hour and a half. This, in my opinion shows a complete lack of respect for my time.Update: called this morning to schedule my 2nd free oil change only to be told that appointments are about a month out! Who can wait a month for an oil change?! How can I use the “convenient express lane”? Never again with any of the Harnish Group!
