This was my first time to Rodland Toyota, for buying my car. I had a great experience with the salesperson Sam Delany and the Sales manager Jack. Both were very friendly and comfortable to work with - Got a great deal!. The entire process was pleasant and stress free. Oh, and before leaving the lot, Sam made sure to show me all of the features my SUV had. Truly appreciate their work ethic and customer service.
The services are very, everyone are nice and helpful. I could find my car at the end after my car service is done. There is a staff asked to help to find my car right away. I will come back this dealership for my car service in the future.
I’m not usually one to write reviews, but my experience at Rodland Toyota was fantastic. My girlfriend and I purchased a new Tacoma together, and Daryl helped us out in a big way. He was professional, responsive, and even took a call from us on his day off to discuss the reservation we had. Above and beyond. 5 star experience.
This place is great. I have purchased many vehicles from other dealerships, but this one stood out as accommodating, pleasant and expeditious. I worked with Natalie. It felt like she went out of her way to get me in the truck that I wanted. With recent shortages and production slow downs I was skeptical that I would get a a new vehicle at all. After a few days of looking and then reserving a new truck I was notified production had slowed and the time frame would be pushed out. I was still willing to wait. The next day she was able to find me a new truck and get everything that I wanted included with it. I cant thank Natalie enough, as well as the Rodland Toyota team.
We bought 6, and 7 years ago our cars here . It used to be very good dealership to deal with . Always servicing our cars here. But lately, their customer service it’s just horrible. I got appointment to change oil . Came bit early. I had not seen my assistant for 15 minutes. Nobody walked to me. Just stayed in the car.And it’s not a first situation that we dealing with. Few months back I scheduled an app to change tires. Came in . Waited 5 hours and at the end they said they don’t have tires in stock. And they had not done anything with the car. Year ago changed brakes on the car, and they keep pushing me to change them again, said never changed them here, took it to the other shop, for the second option, they showed me that I had still nice brakes. Feels like they just trying to make money of me.And like a said before, I like Toyota. It’s just I don’t like when people rude. And dishonest. And don’t pay attention to their clients.
Rob did a great job helping me get my first Toyota. I got a 2017 Camery SE with tinted windows with 33k on it for 18k out the door with a bumper to bumper 100000 warranty. Not bad and they gave me 1k for a blind trade in on a 2001 S10 that had a transmission going out. So far Im 100% satisfied with the car, the service, and the price I paid. 😀 Im happy.
After having an absolutely horrible experience at Magic Toyota we decided to come here when purchasing my new truck. The salesman we worked with was easy going and made the whole process a pleasant experience. Such a stark contrast to the customer service experience we had at Magic. We will definitely be back when the time comes to purchase our next vehicle!
I dropped my RAV-4 off for service at Rodland Toyota. Patty was my service rep. and she was awesome, really good on following up if I had any questions and was very personable. She made sure my car was ready on time. Also, the people I worked with in the car rental station were professional and quick. I will definitely be back!
Really GREAT customer service, here, at Rodland Toyota! From the time I made my appointment, on the phone, to the whole time I was sitting in the waiting room, there was nothing but great customer service! Teresa, is a gem! She checks on all of the customers and makes sure they have their espresso and snacks! Daniela (a hybrid expert) was also a great help and communicated all of the work, on my vehicle. Just really truly great experience! Thank you!
Jon Bellman was the salesperson who helped me. I couldnt have had a better experience. He listened to the concerns I had based off my last car buying experience and made sure I was fully happy with the car. When I talked to him about financing and rates, he talked to his boss right away and they spent a lot of time getting me the best deal. I never once felt pressured and theyre all about transparency. I have already recommended him to two people and will continue to do so in the future. He goes above and beyond for his customers.
I’ve been coming to this dealership for the past 2 years and have always received courteous, timely and reliable services. Thank you for the exceptional experiences.
From the first time I walked onto the lot, Joe made the whole experience great. I was not originally interested in a Toyota, and was just wanting to try a different car to appease my husband who wanted me to make sure I really liked what I was getting. Joe made the experience fantastic and was such a helpful person that I knew if I liked my test drive, that I would come back and buy from him. He was helpful and honest without being overbearing and pushy. He answered my questions and reached out whenever a car was available, even though I was not always responsive. When my car became available, he reached out and let me know exactly when to come put a down payment on, and he was amazing through out the whole experience. He never once talked over me to my husband and made sure the decision was mine and not just my husband’s.
Best car buying experience, friendly and knowledgeable staff, transparent and top notch customer service.
Terrible repair services. Toyota repair rep tried to explain stuff, was not buying it. Worked as a professional mechanic for ten years before and I can tell guy did not know what he was talking about. I know some of these repair prices are way overpriced for the work done including labor cost. Avoid for any repairs.
I had a great experience with Daryl, who was clear and helpful with the purchase of my 2021 RAV4 Hybrid. He quickly located one that had the color and features I was looking for. He made the entire transaction very streamlined. Jennifer in financing was helpful, explaining everything with clarity. This part of the experience was also quite concise. I appreciated this as my time is valuable. Overall a fantastic buying experience. I highly recommend Rodland Toyota.
I had lease car and I went there to just buy the car I had and then they persuaded me to get a new car etc and they gave me a good deal. I was advised to leave my dash camera and the amplifier because they wanted me to change the car the same day. I said I can do it myself but will have to come back. The rep insisted and said he will take care of me and the mechanics will remove them and we can pick them up letter. I even have the emails of me and the rep going back and forth about when my stuffs will be ready and he kept pushing the dates. Mind you I live far thats why I didnt drive to them. After a while the rep stopped replying and he no longer comes to the office I spoke to the another rep he said it was my fault and my responsibility but the 1st rep that was helping me said to not worry about it I have emails and proofs. I spoke to a manger he said he will get back to me and does not know when the rep that was helping me was. They also said the car went to the auction and my missing equipment were $1,000 in total thank you for the horrible life experience. They lied and are dishonest
Great customer service! Sam Delaney was very knowledgeable and treated me with respect. Hes the man to see at Rodland
Today I went to get an oil change. My appointment was at 3:20pm and I had came at around 2:45pm since I was coming from a far distance. I was helped within a couple minutes by the Technician who then passed it off to the advisor. I was told that it would take half an hour by a service advisor named Shannon. I sat in the waiting room for about an hour and Shannon came to me with a dirty air filter and said “They want to know if you want to replace this”, I mentioned to her that I would not be doing it at this time and asked if it was okay to do it another time. She responded “Well it’s your air filter, you’re the one who’s breathing this” then left which was a very disrespectful and terrible customer service. My father then came to present his Military ID to get a military discount and we had went to Shannon’s desk to let her know and she started rearranging pens on the desk and seemed to not want to help, once she looked up it was as though we were bothering her “Did you have a question?” was what she said. After that I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours total. At about 5:45pm my car as well as the other two people’s cars were also ready. The lady who was waiting had came out before me and I had seen Shannon speak to her respectfully. Another gentlemen was behind the counter next to her and he helped me out. He gave me the total of the service which did NOT match up with the lady who helped me schedule an appointment the day before and Shannon who said “It’s a package deal” and should cost $65 plus tax. So when I was presented with $125 I was shocked as I only needed an oil change and said no to everything else. He mentioned that they did in fact replace my air filter when I had told Shannon to tell them no and she heard me clearly. All in all my experience was pretty much terrible as I was being treated DISGUSTINGLY and DIFFERENTLY by the advisor, not to mention waiting for almost 3 hours for what I had thought was an oil change but was more. The guy who had told me the total had got it situated as I appreciate him and the Technician who connecting with me in the beginning. There should not be anyone treating customers disrespectfully in any circumstance as I was NEVER rude to her or anyone else. If you want an oil change go elsewhere unless you want to go through a similar situation or worst.
Excellent buying experience at Rodland Toyota. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well as transparent throughout the buying process. I had the pleasure of working with Daryl in sales and I’m very happy with my new Tundra!
I just wanted to publicly express my appreciation for Jon (Sales) and Brandon (Finance). I had an excellent first-time experience buying a pre-owned vehicle at Rodland Toyota because of them. Jon was one of the most friendly, honest, and helpful car salesmen I have ever met. He was an exceptional listener and demonstrated genuine care to me, my wife, and my one-year-old son while we spent a few hours in the showroom during a Friday afternoon. I so appreciated his willingness to share my thoughts and opinions with his manager as we discussed the price of a car, and I was impressed with his straightforward (yet kind) communication the entire afternoon. We worked together to arrive at a very fair price for the car, and I happily agreed to a deal after confirming the final out-the-door number. Everything felt low-pressure and completely transparent the entire way through. Brandon finalized my sale paperwork in the finance office, and I was similarly pleased with his professionalism, communication, and friendliness. Brandon made the paperwork (dare I say it) FUN and engaging by interjecting a few jokes and stories along the way. Whenever I had a question about one of the forms, he paused to listen and then explained things to me in a way that made complete sense. He also was completely understanding when I mentioned I didnt have the title with me for my trade-in vehicle and let me know that itd be no problem if I brought it back to the dealership within the next few business days (i.e., it wouldnt delay the paperwork at all). If you consider Rodland Toyota for a new/pre-owned vehicle, I would highly recommend asking to connect with Jon and Brandon. They were outstanding, and I look forward to working with them again in the future!
I called ahead of time and the sales manager told me he had what I was looking for in stock. After driving out there with my newborn, it turns out that the vehicle I was looking for was not actually in stock. I get it, mistakes happen. However, the sales manager didn’t even have the decency to speak to my family and try and find an alternative option. Instead, he hid behind his desk while a sales consultant tried to help. Unfortunately, the sales consultant lacked energy, drive and motivation and wasn’t eager to close a deal (maybe it was lack of experience) so we left. I’d recommend the Toyota dealership in Edmonds instead.
Excellent service. Professional and friendly personnel. Very highly recommend.
I just have to give a shout out to Robert at Rodland who was fantastic with helping me with the used Tacoma I was looking at. He had the truck ready for a test drive and didnt put any pressure on me when I said I had to look at others. He was excellent in customer service! We ended up going back and purchasing the Tacoma in part due to him. Hooray!!!
This was a great experience! The team here is great and kind. We were given an amazing deal that we could not deny from Daryl. He is the best salesman of the best brand and our next Toyota we will be bought here.
My family and I enjoy driving to beautiful places in America. Every year we visit a lot of mountains, lakes and rivers and our 4Runner is always ready to go. The rides are comfortable and I have no complaints so looking forward to a new adventure in my 4Runner!
The entire staff at Rodland Toyota is super friendly but Tom especially stood out on this visit! He was friendly and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated how he took the time to answer my questions and explain in a way that really brought it to my level (I am not a car person).
Awesome experience. I got my 2018 Toyota Tacoma in discounted prices. New Sales Guy named Daryl was a great help. He made this process very easy and got me decent value for my used car. I am a long time customer of Rodland Toyota and always happy with the service.
Cathy S., Service Advisor at Rodland Toyota, did a great job of setting my expectations about the specific work included in the servicing of my car. She also gave me an estimate if my brake pads needed to be replaced, which I believed would be needed. The customer service was efficient and friendly. The loaner car process was quick and easy. It was a great loaner car, too. Everything went beautifully. I love my Toyota. I am so glad to have a trustworthy and competent auto service provider.
Toyota Rodland needs better customer service and make sure their website works properly. Dont misinform me and make me waste my time! Was called to make an appointment to get a part replaced in my Scion TC since there was a recall with the brakes. Okay, I made an appointment online. When I got there, they told me I should have scheduled it by call so they can order the part since it’ll take 24 hours. The appointment also didnt go through online, so they said I should drop the car off overnight in two days so they can fix it first thing in the morning (since it would take half the day). Great, made a new appointment and scheduled out my day so I can leave the car overnight. The day came to drop off my car. I checked in, and someone inspected my car (took 5 mins) and said I already had the right part and I can leave. What?? Why didnt you inspect my car when I made the initial appointment and was already there?! Why did you say that we needed to order the part and that it would take half the day to repair?? Why was I called in the first place when I didnt need to replace the brakes? I wasted my moms and my time since she came along to pick me up after I would drop off the car. He just left after telling me I can leave, as I sat in my car in shock.
Exceptional service always at Rodland Toyota. We just purchased our fourth car from Daryl and it was a wonderful experience as always. We continue to send family and friends to both the new and used lots. Thank you for making our car buying experiences excellent time and time again.
My salesman Colin was courteous, honest and willing to go the extra mile to explain anything.
The service staff is friendly but the time taken to correct an emergent issue took way to long.
Staff is exceptional. Teresa/Theresa always checks on how customers in the waiting area are doing. Chris was more than willing to walk out to my car and check if my wiper blades were the factory set that their sleeves would fit for replacements when needed. I didn’t see Chris when my car was finished with maintenance but another young female was happy to accompany me to my vehicle and look. I asked to have my car run through the car wash and after the young man did this, he pointed out where my car was parked, and I thanked him. I have been using Rods Toyota since 2017. Everyone is always willing to help. It’s one of the reasons I keep going there despite moving a bit further north in late 2019.
Must be Covid and short of stuff, car service is 3 hours. People are friendly, but very slow. I found car service has completed a while and paperwork in the basket waiting for pickup. No one called me until I asked. Must follow up with them otherwise you wait.
Daryl and Renee were so wonderful to work with. From start to finish, they took care of us throughout the whole process, answered every question efficiently and honestly and made sure we knew all options available. The whole process was also very timely, which we appreciated. Thank you to Rodland Toyota!
I bought my vehicle in January and I plan to continue to have it serviced at Rodland Toyota. My advisor has always been Cathy and she is amazing. She goes over the paperwork, what needs to be serviced and gives me an estimate of how long it will take. She also calls appropriately to let me know when the service is done. The staff is amazing, all departments at Rodland Toyota are great. I am a proud client and I appreciate how they treat their clients.
To be clear - I have not purchased a vehicle from Rodland. I went there originally intending to buy a Highlander for myself and one for my in-laws. Sales guy was very aloof and made it a point to let me know he didn’t need my business but he’d be willing to work with me (as I came in as a Costco discount customer). Eventually, they didn’t have the exact options on the Highlander that either of us were looking for so we went a different direction. Needless to say, sales guy calls up a few weeks later asking if I was still in the market. I said we weren’t as we purchased a vehicle. His response - a snort and a “good luck with that” before hanging up. No good bye, have a good one, let me know if you need anything down the line, etc etc. Snort, good luck, click. Not a good look Rodland. Not a good look.
I sat in their service department for 4 hours for a simple oil change we had an appointment for. After 3 hours I went to see what was going on and they had completely lost the car and hadnt even started the oil change. Will absolutely NEVER go back. Worst car service experience of my life.
Radio/gps screen not working. didnt seem to want to fix it. basically said take it to Cartoys. sisnt get a final quote. phone calls not returned..
Great experience! would recommend it to friends and family. We have worked with Rodland Toyota in the past. They always are on top of things, friendly, and helpful. The sales person was wonderful, we did not feel pressured into buying. They do know what customer service is all about.Thank you Zeus for your help! We love our car!!
So far Rodland has been very helpful.First of all, I was having a transmission shifting issue with a 2014 Corolla L that I bought from the competing Toyota dealership in Lynnwood/Edmonds. The issue appeared a day after I bought the car. The other dealership couldnt figure it out so I took it to Rodland. All Rodland did was reset the computer and the transmission has been shifting fine ever since. With these newer Toyotas the Automatic transmission is controlled by the computer. So if youre having problems with the way its shifting then find a dealership that will reset the computer..... it only takes a few minutes for the technician to reset the transmission. After that I decided to look into buying either a brand new Corolla or Camry. So I hit up Rodland and I test drove a new Camry. After the test drive I was able to make a deal with Rodland and I took the Camry home. I had an old clunker Camry that they let me trade in and they didnt try to argue with me or throw a temper tantrum about it. Nick and Jesus were very helpful and made buying the car easy.Several years ago my sister locked herself out of the aforementioned clunker Camry. Instead of calling a locksmith, I grabbed the title, went to Rodland, and they cut me a new key.
I had excellent service from Frank and Jon w used certified vehicles. Jon went above and beyond on his days off and Frank made the negotiations easy and not stressful. I highly recommend these sales people.
After some negotiation, they worked with me to reach a number that was feasible for my lifestyle so that I could get the car of my dreams. Other Toyota dealerships couldnt come close to the deal they gave me on a vehicle trade in and new rav4 lease. Very happy customer!
I purchased my car from this dealer in Jan. 2020 and was completely satisfied with that whole process.Today, I brought it in for my scheduled service, but the service lanes were backed up pretty bad. There was obviously some sort of issue, so I drove to my office and called to reschedule.Long story short...the General Manager of the dealership drives to my office, picks up my car, brings it in for service, and arranges to have it brought back to me.I didnt ask to speak to the manager. I wasnt even complaining...sometimes Mondays go wrong...but apparently the GM himself of the at dealer has his eyes on what his customers are experiencing.
I just had a great all around experience buying a 4Runner at Rodland Toyota today. I would like to especially thank Daryl Do Carmo and Ran Duan for making me a great deal. They were fast, professional, and easy to talk with. I strongly recommend visiting Rodland Toyota if you are in the market to buy a vehicle.
I was in the area for business and needed a routine service for my car. Cathy was extremely pleasant, informative, and had a great attitude at 8am! I was worried about getting back to my place due to a Saturday appointment but Cathy was very accommodating and made my experience smooth and worry free. Keep her around, culture is everything! Thanks!
This is our third lease with Rodland. They are always super nice and helpful. Very straight forward and no BS. We will continue to be a customer as long as they are around. We also recommend them to everyone we know that is ever looking for a car.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! They will sell you a broken car with a smile on their face and claim to be a “family business.” Less then two weeks later after getting my car I’ve been told by a mechanic it’s not safe to drive. When called out on them selling you a car with problems they’ll tell you it safely passed their inspection when there’s obvious problems that have been there and then they’ll give you the run around and not return your calls. This place is very UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Accommodating, helpful, friendly and efficient. Excellent experience having my Highlander serviced while I waited. All of the work was completed sooner than expected. It couldnt have gone any better !!
Made my buying experience confident and smooth. if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, I will highly recommend get in touch with Jesse Driscoll (Sales Consultant). I have seen Jesse going above and beyond to answer queries and get the best available deal. I compared prices and services in multiple Toyota centers but experience with Jesse and Roland Toyota was great.
Terrible service. Repairs way overpriced
To start I am a second generation Toyota family owner from Rodland Toyota. My mother and father have bought Toyota’s since the 70’s. Last year my father leased a Toyota camery from Rodland Toyota at age 92. My father’s cancer has progressed to where he can no longer drive. We the family tried to turn the car back in to Rodland, they told us no and if we dropped off it off they would call the police and prosecute my father for leaving the car on there property. Wow that’s how they treat a long time customer since the 70’s. I can honestly say I will never recommend nor do business with them again.☹️
I had a great experience working with Daryl. He answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and kind and helped me purchase my dream car.
Had a really easy car buying experience with Caden. Was able to get the deal we wanted and all from the comfort of my home recliner. How much better can car buying get!
Fair prices, a very friendly and respectful staff that get the job done on time. Also, the courtesy rental car process is quite flawless. Keep up the good work!
Beware older customers. Nice enough sales people during the shopping experience but when they got my senior parents in the sales room they scared them with how expensive the computers, electronics and backup camera are to replace when they brake. Sold them an extra $3000 coverage on a barley used vehicle thats under factory warranty. After 2 weeks of ownership and a couple trips to the grocery store and a doctors appointment the service department is already calling to schedule a major service. Have your guard up.
After having a bad experience with another Toyota dealership we were in touch to with Daryl at Rodland Toyota. Great experience from beginning to end including with the finance woman that also helped. Daryl was in constant touch and even came out to our home to finish the paperwork. We have a new baby, in a pandemic and a snow storm! We really appreciated the length they went thru to help us get the new car we wanted & needed. We will def be coming back when its time to trade our other car in. Friendly, fast, great service! Thanks again Daryl & the rest of the Rodland Toyota Family!
Great car buying experience at Rodland Toyota of Everett! Our salesperson, Rodrigo, was courteous and knowledgeable. The vehicle we wanted was available and the purchase process went smoothly.
TLDR; not a trustworthy dealer, look elsewhere.Dealer tried to raise their quoted price on me multiple times over the course of the negotiation. I only found out when they said they’d remove $400 of their dealer charges, but the out-the-door price only decreased $100. When asked why their quote gradually kept moving up, each time they claimed they made a mistake in their original quote. It’s obvious they’re taking advantage of the semiconductor shortage to gouge customers, but they don’t have the moral courage to admit it.Not only that, but this dealer also tries to charge customers a $400 “security” fee for a security guard. Not sure if this security guard actually exists but if he does, he’d be the highest paid guard on the planet.
Friendly staff and had a great deal at this place. Definitely worth the trip!
Demarys Talavera is AMAZING! Very responsive and attentive and helped me every step of the way. She made it happen. Marcus was also easy to work with. Thank you very much!!!
Colton was our sales guy, also a car enthusiast, and he was great. No pressure and didnt follow up annoyingly but still followed up and remembered what we wanted. He contacted us when the right truck with the right options hit the lot. We loved that he went over all the details and functions of our truck with us too. My husband now owns his first truck and first vehicle that isnt a Subaru ever. Thanks Colton!!!!
I was contacted for a recall Service. Was able to make an appointment. Got to the dealership and was checked in right away. Its was easy as could be. I was out with my loaner for the day within 20 minutes which was fantastic. I was contacted about my car and sure enough.. there were no extras. I did not get anything extra asked of me at the time and I thought that was awesome. It just says a lot about the dealership. I figured something would get recommended. Everyone was extremely nice and no reason not to start bringing my car here for service.
Don’t be put off by salesperson Cari Francis’s youthful persona. She is very knowledgeable and doesn’t come off as your typical slimy car salesperson. No vague promises, worn jokes or hard sales tactics. I get the impression she actually enjoys her job of helping people acquire their next vehicle.Over the long term, I suspect that the car lot industry is going to go the way of the dinosaur but for the time being you could do worse than to buy a reliable car from a trustworthy sale person at RodLand Toyota.
I had a check engine light and the AUTO LSD Indicator blinking.. Had a great service.. The fact that I had done my last service at RODLAND, I was not billed for the work.. I also felt the place was well sanitized considering the COVID situation. The Lady the coffee desk was excellent, and check multiple time that I was going good, also provided me with good location for me to be able to work while waiting for the service.
Awesome experience. Daryl Do Carmo is the guy to go to, very professional, he is not only a professional salesperson but a great advisor, he patiently educated me and helped me to make a great decision that I will never regret.
Very disappointed recently. I got my oil changed here two weeks ago and the cap was not screwed on properly afterwards. My car started smoking and smelt like burning oil. Had to pull over and get my car towed to the closest Toyota to me (Marysville). The tow was through Toyota’s roadside assistance and it took 3 hours for someone to come. The Marysville Toyota was very kind and managed to look at my car the day of and send me home with it same day. I will say, Toyota Everett covered the costs of the fixes. I’m sad I had to waste a whole Saturday over a simple mistake.
I took my car here and spoke to a Zach who told me the service light on my dash was due to a simple broken gauge and nothing to worry about right away. Long story short, my car broke down two days later and I was trapped on the side of the highway in the rain for hours only to find out both my battery and alternator needed replacing... $600+ later, so much for a broken gauge. Horrible service. Maybe stop employing teenagers
My most recent experience at Rodland began in the service department with a snafu on their end. Colette and Harry did a phenomenal job making everything right. They took care of the issue and my family with poise, and I am so grateful for the wonderful experience. Will be returning for all our maintenance needs. Thank you!
Expensive and didnt even try to fix the problem. I brought my truck in because the pedal was sinking to the floor, legit the floor. After having the truck all day the service advisor said they sprayed WD-40 on the return spring to help with the squeaking, told me that it was normal for your brake to go to the floor. The return spring is obviously still making noise because its being over extended and the brakes still go to the floor.Update I went ahead and fixed the truck myself by adjusting the rear drum brakes. Pedal feels normal now.Who is ME and what is your contact info?
Would not recommend servicing your vehicle here. I always have had great service at Michaels of Toyota and expected a similar experience here. They simply checked all the yes boxes on my truck instead of actually inspecting (checked yes to horn working properly when I am well aware that my horn does not work). I had an oil change and a inside detail. The detail was disappointing.....looks like they quickly wiped down my dash and vacuumed. No cleaning of seats. No cleaning of the inside windows. Cost $200. $500 total for oil change, detail and dash light diagnostic. They quoted me $600 to replace my O2 sensor and found someone local to do that. Save your money, go to a local mechanic.
Some days ago, one of my cars tyres was losing air, and I had to get it fixed. I reached the dealership at 5 PM without an appointment, and they were closing at 6 PM. It was a busy day for the dealership, but still, they took my car in and got the problem resolved. And on top of this, they didnt charge me a single penny, though I insisted on paying. This is outstanding customer service, and this is exactly why I take my car to this dealership only, nobody else. When you buy a car, its not just a car you are buying; you are entering an important relationship for the next decade or two. I am very happy that I bought a Toyota and have an amazing dealership and its fantastic staff take care of my car. I highly recommend this dealership.
We got what we wanted at a reasonable price even though we did have to wait about 6 weeks to get the car.
Called from out of state in regards to a Ford Raptor they had in inventory. Spoke to Zach Anderson and asked why the truck was placed above original MSRP with it being 3 years old and having almost 25k miles, I was told it was at market price, which is not true since every website had the truck advertised and shown as 5 thousand above high retail. After a few questions about the truck, I asked straight forward what their lowest price would be since I let him know I had been in contact with a few other dealerships in different states (the same specd trucks that were a year or two newer with less miles for $5,000-$7,000 less, which I offered to prove), I didnt want to waste time going back and fourth on prices for two weeks.I was asked on making an offer first. Generally, I dont like giving an offer first but after he insisted, I gave him a middle-high KBB value offer to start the conversation at. Now keep in mind, this truck was also a trade in, so based on different websites trade in values, this truck was placed $10,000-25,000 above what I guarantee they got for it at trade in, nonethelessZach proceeded to laugh and say he was good on that, as if it was his personal truck he was selling on Craigslist. I asked what number he can throw out there to start a conversation, he said hell stick to the price the truck was at, over MSRP, to which I concluded by saying thanks for the call and hung-up.I never, ever, write reviews, but in this instance I had to. When sales reps think they own a dealership by the way they negotiate with interested customers, is the perfect moment to know when to walk away. Very amateurish, unprofessional dialogue and smart a** responses back as if the customer is bothering the dealership by offering them their money.Unfortunate that the dealership gets a bad review based on a sales rep, but I guess they trained them so what can you expect. If you arent looking for a very specific vehicle, Id advise to take your business elsewhere as their are other dealerships that value customer service as their number 1 priority.
Best experience!! Thank you!!
If you enjoy waiting for oil changes 1.5-2+ hours every time go ahead. 3 times out of 3. Also free car watering, so all the dirt become mud and water spots on widows for you. Car wash would be needed after.
Came in to get 20k service and oil change. Was told it would take approx 90 minutes. I have been sitting in the same chair in the service department for 3 hrs with no update from anyone. So I thought I would write a review to save others from the same frustration. The only thing so far that is redeeming about this place is the very attentive and friendly barista/ guest service person that gets people coffee. She should get a raise. Not sure how much longer I will be waiting but cant wait to find out.
We hit it off with Mike right away and he took us for a test drive in my dream car. He answered all our questions and effectively shared the strength of the Toyota brand in comparison to the other vehicles we were considering. We feel we got the very best deal with no surprises and made the very best choice with the Highlander. Darci actually made the financing process fun, we really enjoyed working with her. The overall look and feel of the dealership is warm and inviting, the benefits of the servicing and free car washes are a huge win.
Quality of work and customer service not great
The reason Im giving this place five stars and specifically because of Kara. I came in several months ago needing my headlight replaced and was miffed that the fact that it shouldve been covered under warranty but was claimed that it was not. $800 later I was called by Toyota and informed that this would be covered under a warranty and service. Kara walked me through the entire process and printed out the receipts I would need to send in to get my money back. The service here is amazing all of the oil changes Ive had as well as all of the general maintenance Ive had has been very professional. The courtesy shuttle has taken me back and forth from my home with no complaint, and the courtesy driver is very friendly. There is a reason why people should go to the dealership to have their service done, its because they know what theyre doing.
Friendly, kind, considerate, convenient, uncomplicated.
I went in to Toyota of Everett determined to buy a Tacoma, and Jesus Vazquez helped me close on a 2016 Tacoma Off-Road. He made the truck-buying process painless and quick; it took less than 2 hours to be converted from a RAM to Toyota owner. Ask for Jesus Vazquez - he’ll be sure to treat you with respect and works with you to deliver on a fair price.
This is the dealership you should use to get your vehicle serviced. Much better than other Toyota location.
The customer service was AMAZING. Everyone was so nice and helpful, with no pressure for anything else but what youre there for.
Clear explanations and dedicated service department.
My experience with Peter, Darci, and another younger gentleman was phenomenal. Each person guided me through the process and helped me find the best vehicle within my price range. I was quite pleased with everything about Rodland Toyota.
Amazing experience!! Daryl Do Carmo was amazing. I have never had such a positive experience at a dealership. No undue pressure on us to make a descision. He let us true feel what car was right for us. He was extremly knowledgable and honest. I would recond him to any of my closest friends and family.
Absolutely love the environment at Toyota. Joe made the car buying process smooth and easy. He worked with me as much as he could and seemed to go above and beyond. If you make your way into roadland Toyota and are looking for a non stressful encounter, ask for joe. Thank you to the entire team at Roadland Toyota for my 2021 Toyota highlander platinum. I will definitely be continuing my business with them.
I went to get my 90k service done here. They were so rude and double charged me and when I tried to show them they called me a liar and told me I was a thief. They didn’t even give me the paper to keep for my records in regards to what they did. This is the worst service ever.
Overpriced on labor and parts. Other local repair shops Everett and lynnwood easily are 30% cheaper on same repairs and parts. Dealership tries to upsell you stuff since your there. Quality of service could be better. Avoid for any repairs beyond warranty covered repairs on new cars.
Jesse (salesman)was great to work with (5 stars). The business office not so great.
I bought my brand new Toyota Tacoma there the sale went great, Doug was very pleasant and I was never rushed. When time came for service, They sound good over the phone but when you get there the service doesnt match. Horrible ...They Screw up my appointment, I didnt feel welcome there when I got my car after the service was done the car was dirty on the inside and the car wash they talk about is water hose over the car only NOT A CAR WASH, very lame. Very disappointed, Not going back
Our experience from the initial visit to the purchase was exceptional! The receptionist was very welcoming and the salesmen, Mike M and Mike H, were willing to spend as much time as needed to show us everything we needed to know about the car we were interested in. We have nothing but high respect for Rodland Toyota and its staff!
Last year, at this time, we purchased a 2020 Avalon Hybrid from Rodland. It was a fairly smooth transaction but things changed when our car was due for its 1st maintenance check-up. I set up an appt. and got there on time. I was given a number, pictures were taken and then passed on to another person. She claimed I had already been there for this service and it was pointless to be there. I told her I hadnt been there before but she said I had and refused to do the work. I called the following day and left a message. Got a return message. I returned the call leaving another message and that was the last I heard from them. The maintenance email states an oil change but they claimed that wouldnt happen until 12k miles. I dont know if they are lazy, incompetent, ill-informed or what but it was a waste of my time. Thankfully, I can take my business to any Toyota dealer.
I had very bad experience they were done with the car but they made me sit 2 more hours and I have kidney problems I had another bad experience with they only the cap of the radiator needed to change but they changed the whole radiator and still didn’t replace the cap and it ruined my car a lot never going there again
I was in for a recall to fix a fuel pump issue and the turnaround time was quite a surprise. Everything was very organized including the check-in and now with the added security of service reps takings pictures of incoming vehicles for service maintenance. The car loaner was also an excellent option. The staff was generally friendly and attentive. While I had one incident in the past when a service advisor was in a hurry to leave work and was unwilling to help correct an appointment error, the dealership did provide a resolution to my satisfaction. My trust with this dealership is still in one piece.
Quick, convenient and with excellent customer service. Rodland was very busy that day and I was part of a continuing line of cars. Service was estimated at two hours for my visit and my vehicle was ready in an hour.
