I went to the Cricket store at 10121 Evergreen Way suite 3, Everett,WA 98204 on Feb. 28 2021 and got my socks blown off with great service and advanced technical it knowledge from Laura and her trainee Scarlet. They gave me a great deal, had phone working immediately, (it was used but Laua unlocked it in seconds and I was able to use the phone)....the price was low and included replacement insurance on both new and old phone. They are fabulous!

Seriously horrible. If you want to just come in and pay your bill be ready to wait 45 minutes plus just because others are buying phones. You’ll have to wait forever and be ignored the whole time

I was helped by two very nice girls, they helped me with my issues very quickly. My favorite cricket store to go too! Best customer service

Every time I come here they open late, last time I came there was a note saying bank run and the lady came back with a coffee and was 20 mins late from opening time . Today I went to come pay my bill and the opening employee was sitting in her car until 10am (what time they open), she then got out of her car and walked inside and locked the door And we waited a little longer still at 10:10 she was not ready to open. As the employee who opens I’m pretty sure you are suppose to be there before the store opens to get everything ready.

Great staff. People say there rude but i assure you there really nice and friendly. Every little questioned I had about my plan and account was answered and explained so i was better informed. They also looked at my account to try and save any money if possible. I have actually referred my brother, sister and father to this location. Great service, manored staff and all in all, easy process and respectful staff

I been to this store so many times . Great people good customer service .I went today this person was very rude and mean not even pay attention what I was asking. she didnt even care when we were leaving the store. I asked here two questions she never replied was keep taking to someone. I wish she could have better training.

Cassie, the store manager, took care of me and I could not be happier. She knew the different plans and products extremely well and was very professional and courteous. Im saving money and was treated well. Give them a try...I promise you will not be sorry.

Evergreen Way girl leaves constantly notes on door. Getting change takes an hr. Breaks way longer than 15 mins. Never here when I come to pay bill. Whats the deal? And last time I visited- man was waiting like me. He went in before me. When I went in she ran behind the counter and said can I help you? I said yes I just wanted to pay my bill. Hey to whom it may concern I switched my phone coverage to Cricket from AT&T and when I did my my phone life change let me tell you it was not at this store but it came to the store because of Joe Elizabeth and Edgar let me tell you these three people are Dynamite I come over here anytime I need help and they help me all the time every time and they show me what I need to do with what Ive been doing so I love Cricket I will keep coming into the store I just got a new plan the other day and its going to help me with my TV and I am very extremely happy with this store here in South Everett so God bless Cricket God bless Joe and Elizabeth and Edgar band alright thank you

Called for a specific phone and was told it would be delivered by manager at 1. I came at 2 and waited for a half hour to even be helped to be told it had not yet arrived and could I go do something and come back. Ya ok!

Sean was very knowledgeable. He was able to help me troubleshoot my phone from overseas. Ended up having to buy a new phone but he helped me get a good deal.

The two ladies that helped me out where fanatic very determined to get me the phone that I desired at any cost. Thank you adi keep up the good work ladies I’ll always come back ;)

Terrible customer service

I went to the store and it was one of the best experiences Ive ever had in my life. the staff was outstanding went above and beyond help me out and make sure that my needs were satisfied and Cherie was absolutely excellent really took the time to make sure that we got the best solution possible A+

The one across from Hobby Lobby. The worst ever. No service at all.This has turned out to be the worst phone I have ever had. It wont hold a charge. It will not do what you want it to do. Keeps popping up w advertising even when u r trying to call emergency number. I can go on and but u get the point[. Dont bother customer service they wont do anything. Lazy n lie. Phone wont let me answer calls wont hold a charge worst battery evet. Heats up n turns off all the time

This place SUCKS. the two people that work there havent got a clue what they are doing, well........i guess they do. they are wheelin and dealin phones and accessories that dont work, probably seconds and knowingly. also knowing there is no return policy but not mentioning that. blowin smoke up your butt about how good their service is and how good the phones are yet when there is an issue the just say they are private and separate from cricket and nothing they can do. the guy that is supposed to be manager, he just travels between the stores so you cant track him down and if you do always has some line to cover his ass. but they are all lies. and you know it. he is so busy standing out in front of the place smoking cigarettes and stinkin the place up that he cant wait on you and the gal that works in there hasnt got a clue what she is doing.so beware. this place is a scam.
