Signage on store listing hours open, but turned away because they closed an hour earlier. Update your posted hours then! This has happened to me several times. I want to upgrade my phone and every time they are closed early or not open. Using Covid as the excuse... There is no excuse for not updating your posted hours. I gave 3 stars because they were performing good sanitation protocols on everything.
My boyfriends phone was frozen after doing a software update. We went into the store and asked the girl working if there was anything she could do too help up unfreeze it. This girl (I say girl cause she was literally probably like 16 and had no idea what she was doing) wouldnt even look at his phone and completely blew us off and told us to call metro tech support instead. And so we did, and tech support said they did not deal with those types of things and we needed to go to a metro store and the specialist should know exactly what to do. After explaining our earlier experience they were able to give us simple instructions that fixed his phone. This girl was either just being completely lazy and just didnt want to do her job or she literally just had ZERO ability to do her job, and if that is the case she should definitely not be aloud to run a store by herself. Wasted alot of our time, and we definitely will never go back
My mom and I have been going through metro for years. We have paid our bill on time every time since we got the account.recently my mother died March 9th. I realize its been 6 months but shes all I had and I really haunt been the same since. Im admit Im alot more rude or and quick tempered then I should be. So recently I added 2 new lines and spent almost 500 dollars. Not even a week later I broke my phone. So I went in the Colby branch to add a 5th line and I had my hands full with a few things along with my mask. When I got into the store out of the rain I was in the middle of putting my mask on when the worker very rudely said put on my mask. I apologize and moved on to why Im in there. I explained what was up and she asked for a phone number and I simply said I dont no m iouy new phone number, the screen wont turn on. She rudely said she cant do anything without a phone number. I said I can give her another number and she was shaking her head and I asked her what was with the attitude as and then I asked her name m. Her response was she is the owner and she doesnt want my business. I apologize and left 10 bucks and said it was for me being rude. Then she said ( I know were the door is, you no 4 by 6 opening. Get out). I apologized again and left her the money. I then went to another store and was going to buy a new phone and was all about ready to go and the employee said she had to call manager about price. And next thing I no the same lady came in and told me into leave that Im not allowed at any store. I asked her what stores she owned and she wouldnt tell me. Im an HSBC service tech and a server at restaurants. I money what its like to deal with rude customer. I did honestly apo5and meant it. I feel this woman has let the position of ownership get to her head and and I really cant wait for other customer she treats bad to put her in her place. She is very large in fact she is obese. So when you see a obese woman in the store know thats her. Hope this helps future people. I am now switching service and I really didnt want to because it still has my moms number
Crystal at the Metro store on Colby and Everett Ave. Is amazing. My boyfriend has been going to this store for years and she has always gone above and beyond to help us when he has some type of phone trouble. Even when we didnt live on this side of town hed go there to pay his bill. Seeing the same person when you go in each time is a relief, so Thank you Crystal!

Lately they have been closing early and refuse to help people before closing. Yesterday I drove from Monroe to everett to pay my bill and was Rudely turned away at 5:33 PM.
I arrived to this location with my mother and my four-year-old daughter we were all wearing masks the lady working at the desk let us sit outside for 15 minutes to wait for the customers that were already in there because they are two customers at a time then refuse service to me because I had my four year old with me. I am ready to drop metro all together. The lady was extremely rude.
I JUST called the metro store 10:10 am on 08/13/2020 and the girl who answered... unprofessional. Talking about someones social security card number and just saying hello instead of thank you for calling metro pcs or something. Unprofessional with no goodbye :)

This is the second time Ive tried to come in at a reasonable time, and they have the OPEN sign flashing and everything, so I go up to the door only to find that the door is locked, with a note that says out getting lunch, sorry! Be back soon and Im sorry, but this is just becoming ridiculous. Have somewhere deliver to you, or bring lunch with you to work, getting lunch with the open sign flashing and during your busiest hours is just a bit unprofessional, and the second time this has happened at the same metroPCS is just very frustrating. ***Months later and this is still happening. Theres a guy there that is VERY kind but other than that, I feel like the other few employees are unprofessional. A manager CONFRONTED my boyfriend about MY review, that is awful. Yes, its okay to give your employees lunch, but if its an hour every single day, get another employee to come for the hour or something. I went there at 2pm today on my way home from work. And there the little note was that said they wouldnt be back until 3:15. I dont have time to wait there for over an hour sitting outside their door, Im sorry, I just dont. I HATE complaining about stuff but this is becoming so ridiculous. And please dont be confronting other people about MY reviews, to the dark haired manager lady at metro pcs. You can confront me, even though its very unprofessional to be confronting anyone the way you confronted my boyfriend about MY review.

Its funny that a store that sells phones cant manage to answer the phone. Do I have to text my question to get an answer?
They seem to be closedone everyday from 2pm to 330, Ive been trying to go every day after work for 5 days now, but its locked and nobodys inside. The phone number goes to somebodys cell phone, and both times Ive called it went to voice mail.
