It was literally a perfect transaction from start to finish. Kyle completely fixed my kids broken iPhone screen in lightening fast time (FAR sooner than estimated), and we couldnt be more satisfied. Wed gone to another of their locations previously, but Kyle did such a great job, we will only take our phones to him from now on. Will definitely be recommending him and this location to others!!

Ubreakifix and Kyle in particular was a huge life saver. My phone S21+ out of nowhere decided that it was going to black screen and not be usable anymore even though my daily alarms and phone calls would still come through, just no visuals on the screen. Kyle let me know its a known issue and that he can have it fixed in no time! He gave me all the time I needed and help to set up a phone repair easily and as quick as possible. Easy to book, drop off and pick up. I broke the camera lenses on the back of my phone. I called them up and told them the make and model of my phone and they ordered the parts. Very hard to find a place that uses genuine manufacturer parts to replace screens. They replaced the front and back of my Galaxy s20 ultra in only 2 hours and the phone is now brand new! Prices are also shockingly competitive!! Go see them for all your tech repair needs!!

Amazing service. Prices are very fair and cheaper then others in the area. They alps have brand new original parts for Samsung phones so I didnt have to worry about getting a used or after market screen. Quick turn around too, my phone is as good as new!

Overwhelmingly positive experience with these folks. Samsung told me to visit Ubreakifix to get in-warranty repairs on an expeditious schedule. So, I visited the Arlington store, just to be told that the quickest turnaround I could expect was 20+ days, no suggestion for out-of-pocket repairs or anything despite knowing my time-sensitive predicament (I rely on my device for work, and it was.mid-week). They also told me that they didnt have the part on hand to replace my screen, and to order it would be at least a week or so out. Figuring I should make one last attempt with a diffent store in hopes of better news, I tried the Everett location, and thank goodness I did. Ken was kind enough to order the part and set it aside with only an hour remaining for regular business hours that day. They confirmed that they had it the next day, and had the repair done in half the time they anticipated it taking. I had to pay out of pocket due to the timeline of warranty repairs with Samsung of this nature, but that was no fault of their own, and an option I was grateful for as it gave me the quickest turnaround to have my device functional for work the same day. For future repair needs I will 100% he taking the extra time to drive to this store. My phone is like new and my experience was what youd hope for under these circumstances, very prompt and professional.

I took my samsung in for a rear glass repair. They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable about everything I needed. I got my phone fixed and its as good as new. Definitely will go there again for any of my electronics that need fixing.

I had my shattered phone screen replaced less than a week ago. Yesterday it was working fine when I got in the car and when I got out the screen no longer turned on. There is a pair of cracks in crossing through the center of the screen.I brought it in today to have the warrantee replace it, and was told it does not cover damage to the screen. This phone was not dropped, and was not mishandled. When it had a shattered screen it still functioned, I could still make calls, I could still use it like normal. But these few cracks that developed post repair have rendered it totally unusable.

I dropped my phone and shattered its screen around 9:00AM on a Saturday. I called this store when they opened at 10:00AM to confirm they had the parts in stock to fix it, I dropped the phone off at 11:00AM, and it was fixed and ready for pickup at 2:00PM. To top it all off their price was very reasonable and cheaper than buying a replacement screen online. I couldnt ask for more!

Was disappointed that they dont keep any older phone parts in stock for repair. And that the price was outrageous lol! More expensive to fix the phone than repair it. Lots of cheaper places to get your phone fixed.They did respond in a timely manner online to my question though.

My phone decided that it wanted to have a swim so it jumped right out of my pocket I to the mud puddle that is my backyard. When I picked it up it seemed fine at first. But then the next day alas, was not. It seems as though some mud may have entered my ear buds jack and I could no longer plug them in. I took it to my carrier first who was less than helpful. Not only could they not fix it, they said by warranty wouldnt cover it due to water damage so my only option would have been to go through my insurance, pay a $50 deductible and get a whole new phone. So on a whim I came into this shop hoping maybe I could get a cheaper, quicker fix than that. The guy took my phone to the back for a few minutes and cleaned out the gunk and gave it back in perfect working order! And he didnt even charge me. He also told me that my cat on my screensaver was cute. Id add a 6th star if I could for that alone :) if I ever need a more difficult repair Ill take it to these guys for sure.

They did a wonderful job of fixing my broken screen for my Motorola Z3 Play. (The phone dropped and broke the lcd screen as well as the glass, it HAD to get fixed.)Only gripe I have is that because this location is right by a Target, they get very busy and forgot to notify me when my phone was done, so I came in a couple days later than I needed to and got my phone.So if you go with this location, make sure you have a phone number for contact at drop off and maybe pop in after a couple of days before Noon to check on progress (dont harass them, folks, there are only so many hands available to fix a swamp of phones.)

I was heartbroken thinking my new phone screen was cracked. I made an appointment, came in and the staff said they thought it might just be my glass screen protector that had cracked.They checked it out right away and they were right, it was just my protector, whew! They did not charge me a thing and could not have been nicer!! Such great service!

After a week of fighting with the insurance and phone company, Tyler the tech informing Brandon the remote tech manager about the issues I was having and he went out of his way to call me late on a friday to confirm all the details and get me an appointment first thing this morning. Took my Pixel 3 XL since the usb c port stopped responding completely after being finicky for a long time. The technician there were very quick in speculating its probably blocked, and it was. Took a total of 5 minutes and no charge to get it cleaned up and good as new.
