This place has great coffee and outstanding customer service. Some of the food is good but it is all of it is overpriced for quality and portion size. Drinks are not overpriced. Overall this is a great pit stop if you need a drink. The place a clean and service is on point.

Friendly staff and so far my favorite place to get delicious coffee with a wide variety of flavors and choices. Even some good food options. Place can get pretty busy and exiting the parking lot can get tricky but well worth it.

Jet teas are amazing. The girls are always nice. I enjoy the service. Its always fast and friendly. The Italian sodas for the kids are nice. They go above abd beyond to make them taste good and look cute. One of my favorite places to go in Everett.

Coffee is always amazing it definitely puts Dutch Brothers a run for their money if youre really looking for good quality coffee and flavor and excellent service you cant beat Gourmet latte always my go-to for coffee before anywhere else.

Coffee was fine, barista was great, but so much ice in my 20 oz cold brew I couldnt stick my straw in. Unfortunately was gone in a handful of sips.

My husband and I travel from the Tri Cities WA to Everett frequently. We LOVE Gourmet Latte! They have great tasting coffee and the best White chocolate (also sugar free). The locations are really clean and the staff are always friendly. You will not be disappointed in getting coffee here. We highly recommend!!

The iced mocha I had was delicious, but my barista forgot to give me a new punch card so that I might enjoy another one in the future.

Pulled up and waited our turn. Whole family in the car, and both sides of the stand were occupied.As we pull up for our turn. We place our order, and it was 2 drinks. Pretty simple. Both hot, no ice.Now Im not sure if she was just tired or what. But she thought we wanted iced drinks.After informing her that neither of our drinks were iced.She decided to help the car on the other side that had just pulled in.Which was irritating to say the least. But what am I gonna do.For those who play PoGo, we were there long enough to spin the pokestop 4 times.

The coffee is fantastic but the girl over charged me and when I pointed it out all she said was sorry. I asked her to make it right and her response was “we can not refund cash but I can pour your coffee into a larger cup and give you more milk”. Seems kind of shady...

I use to go to this stand regularly, about 4-5 times a week. The baristas were great and so was the coffee. I’m a bit basic, and 90% of time order the same drink, 20oz quad white chocolate americano. About a month ago, my coffee orders started getting messed up, I figured that mistakes happen, no big deal. After the 3rd messed up order, i decided to take a break from the stand for a week, in part because my work load had me working further north and going to the stand was about 20 minutes out of the way. After about a week and a half break I was working back in Everett regularly, and I tried the stand again, only to have my order messed up. Today it happened again. It’s sad cause the coffee is a better quality than the local Starbucks, but at least Starbucks gets my order right every time.** To be clear I haven’t had any issues with other Gourmet Latte stands, just this one on Broadway**

I havent been to a location i havent had a good experience at,although this is not the location i visit daily, i still go by at least a handful of times every month. The girls are always fast and friendly my drink is always on point and what most places charge 7 plus dollars its 5 and change.

Probably the best coffee stands you can visit. They have a few locations, but each bbn one has smiling kind baristas who are pleasant to have a conversation with, and make wonderful caffeinated beverages for you. My personal favorite is their London Fog. I recommend it if youre like me and prefer tea to coffee.

I love this place. Plus its literally a two second drive form my house and work. But today the barista made both my drinks bitter. I had a sunrise and and Americano with cream and both tasted bitter. I wouldnt be as upset if the barista wasnt more worried about her friend at the other window.
