They handled my fear of needles very well when I went to get my covid vaccination, and when my doctors office sent my prescriptions to my previous pharmacy, they managed to get them sent over in like 30 minutes! Phenomenal!

Please take into considetation before you duplicate key at the minutekey machine in there. It might broken and gave me the copy way different with my own. And walmart does not have responsibility to help you get refund. All they said is call the customer service line for support or refund.

They are very helpfull and i always got my meds in a timely fasion

Just watched the pharmacy assistant cough directly on to her hand and then touch my meds without washing or sanitizing their hands. I pointed this out and was treated like I was in the wrong... Disgusting. (This could kill an immunocompromised person)

I had my diagnosis of flu in the afternoon at around 3pm from the doctor. They asked me to recommend a pharmacy and i picked this walmart pharmacy. I was told i will get a call from walmart when the medicine is ready for pickup. They gave me a call at 6.15pm in the evening. Even in my condition where its difficult to stand up properly or have the strength to even walk, i somehow managed to find a friend who could take me there. We reached there just in time 6.59pm as they were almost closing the shutter. I checked with the pharmacist who was wrapping up things, and she said we are closed. We requested a little bit more and she said she will speak to the manager about it. The manager took my id n all and came back saying, you can go to the highway 99 walmart they will pull the data. Since we are closing here and dont have time to fill in all your information like insurance details n all. It was 7.02pm now.With some hope we went to the other Walmart. Here the attendant says unless the everett mall walmart doesnt release the prescription, we cant do anything. It was put on hold by them. Requesting or pleading with them didnt help because the system has locked them out. The everett mall way walmart pharmacy manager sent me on a wild goose chase.Conclusion : the everett mall manager wanted to wrap up and go home couldnt bother to spend an extra 5 minutes to put in my data and give me the medicines. I have to suffer one more night of fever because of the unwillingness of someone to help out. All this in the field of medicine. never recommending this pharmacy ever again and will make sure everyone around me and other social media gets to know this story
