Very good visit with Vince. Very professional adjusted my hearing aids and cleaned them. Made the commitment to see him twice a month. I met Leslie and she was a great help and sent me the ear pieces I needed immediately. So happy with the company and customer service. I will miss Kathy and Tim Hagan.

I’ve used A Plus Hearing centers in Bothell and Everett for the past 7 years. Their knowledge and service are excellent. I have always been able to get in to see someone when I need adjustments or service.

As soon as you enter the A+ Hearing Aid office you are greeted by the friendly and courteous receptionist/assistant. Then, Vince Hoffard, the manager of the office walks out from his office and work space. He accompanies you back to his office. His office has a wall of windows and wonderful view of the waterway near the Everett Marina. Sitting down in a chair across from Mr. Hoffard he reviews your chart and asks if there are any concerns. If there are concerns he listens and then will examine the hearing aids, clean and service them, make any necessary adjustments and then allow you to “test them out”. I have been coming to A+ Hearing for years. Vince Hoffard is a wonderful resource, professional and employee for the company. I have used A+ hearing for a number of years and have received great service every time.

Vince and Cathy are great people running this office. Always quick to help me with issues with my hearing aid, the reminder calls for appointments are a blessing, and the care to my needs is A+.

They advertise 60 day no risk trial whereas they have you sign/initial a document that says, in essence, if you do not purchase their hearing aids, period, they can and do charge you a $350 re-stocking fee, even though you return the hearing aids in less than a week since they dont do the job for you. Happened to my senior low income handicapped sister who lives on social security. They fast forward the conversations re religion/etc to make one at ease whereas theyre fast talking an older person into signing the document, unaware of what theyre signing, then they turn you into a finance company at a very high interest rate, which seniors dont comprehend/understand.

I just left the office. I was told that it would not be a good fit for him at this place in his career. I was asking serious question s about hearing aids for my mother that has dementia. I am a get to the point kind of person. I dont want to hear about your rewards or personal achievements, I want to know what is best for my mother. Because of my apparent focus that did not work for him. This place wastedmine and my mothers time. No one should ever go here it is all about the money.

Owner is one of the nicest guys around. He really cares about people. God bless him.
