I have had hearing aids for four years. Recently, I got new ones from USA In-Home Hearing. These new hearing aids have significantly improved the quality of my life. I can now hear people talking to me from another room and enjoy being able to stream podcasts or take phone call directly through these devices. The experience I had working with Anne to fine tune the devices was a true pleasure. She is at once professional and personable. I recommend the product and services highly.

I called to schedule an in home visit for my father. He has never been happy with his current hearing aids and they were not functioning properly. I left a voice mail and received a call back same day even though Ann was at an airport in Nashville. We scheduled an in home visit and my father could not be happier with his experience. Ann is knowledgeable, competent and thoroughly explained each step in the process. Dad tried out a demo set of hearing aids that had him hearing better than he had in years all from the comfort of home! Ann loves what she does and is passionate about better hearing. Everything went smoothly getting hearing aids for my mother. Ann Plotnick was a gem to work with. She came to Ridge View Rehabilitation Skilled Nursing Center where my mother had to stay after her hospital visit to bring her strength up. After my mother saw Ann for a hearing test and decided she wanted to get the hearing aids. Ann came directly to her for a fitting. Once they were completed and ready to be picked up she offered to come to our house or we come in the office. We did chose the office but it was nice to know that she could come to us. Im sure that is a good practice for clients who cant leave their homes. The whole transaction went smoothly.
