Linda was very detail oriented and took the time to answer all my questions. I was a little disappointed that they didnt offer a wider range of brand options, but the brand they did have was a good one. Very friendly, helpful staff.

I do not like the fact that appointments to have hearing aids cleaned or checked can only be made within certain hours of the day and with only curbside drop off/pick-up.

Very nice folks who understand what it is to have hearing loss. Fit new hearing aids and they are wonderful.
