Came over with my Granddaughter to rent a storage for her. We meet up with Victor the person in charge of the office. He help me and my granddaughter with the unit . He was very kind and knowledgeable about the unit and sizes. I was very happy with the experience that he gave me and my granddaughter

Victor made my entire process incredibly easy. He is kind, thoughtful, and personable and walked through the entire facility with me TWICE until I found a unit I wanted to rent. The prices here are great, the building is really secure, and well lit (especially given it is 140 years old). I will feel really safe being here, even late at night.

I had an awesome experience with Extra Space Storage in Everett. The space was exactly what I needed and the process of securing a unit, storing my belongings, and moving out was seamless. The manager, Victor, was incredibly helpful, kind, communicative and made sure that all of my needs were taken care of in an extremely timely manner. The only thing I wish was that the space was air conditioned but I would definitely recommend this location just for Victor alone!

Manny and Victor were great. Very helpful and easy to get along with. Very close to nearby Market Basket; easy to stop in on the way. Very close to Rt 16. Only needed for a few months, but would rent here again. And would recommend to anyone in their area just north of Boston.

Just rented a Unit at Extra Space Storage, Everett. Manny and Victor both helpful and the process went very smoothly. So far so good.

Bait and Switch. This storage facility, which has the manager living on the premises, quoted me a free month, a $24 move in fee, and the cost of a $15 lock which I could not return. Customer service was almost too good that I didn’t pay attention when I signed the contract and thought I would be charged approximately $40.My bill was $99, which is 2.25 times the amount I thought.I have been a Public Storage renter since 1998, and I just moved out of there and didn’t go with them because the customer service and location made my life easier. However, now that the office is closed I got a “sorry, we couldn’t figure it out so we will talk to you Monday” and the manager LIVES AT THE LOCATION.The best part: in 2018 the business is closed on Sundays. Hello? Who does that? So I need to call Bank of America tomorrow to dispute the charge and find a way to get my things out of there by end of business Monday.Run, don’t walk in the other direction and ALWAYS go with Public Storage. I regret my decision and I will not look back when I swiftly get my items out of this awful place. Glad I didn’t move everything in because what a waste and I’m almost tempted to just leave it there because I never want to go anywhere near this dreadful business again.Public Storage-cleaner, better, less expensive.Don’t rent from this awful company!

Used this place for a few years when I moved abroad and while getting settled back into the US. The location is a bit off to the side, but the staff and owner are fantastic and youll have access to your items even when the office is closed.Easy to set up auto pay; youre notified by email when payments are due and by mail if the rates change (again I was using my unit for years).

I recently rented a storage space here, and all I can say is, I am very pleased with the service that was provided to me. I was helped by a gentleman named Manny.He was so easy to talk too, it felt like I knew him for ever. His helped me locate my space and helped me remember exactly where it is. He explained everything clear and understandable.If anyone in the area is looking for a storage unit, I will recommend Extra Space in Everett Ma. As for me, I will absolutely keep using them for my go to storage space.

A very good place for storage. Its even open on Labor Day! Their service is efficient. The place is clean. The assistant manager Tanya is really helpful, professional, and interesting. She is energetic and and arranges everything quickly. You can bring your own lock so that you won`t need to buy one.

I have been shopping around for a short while now for a quality storage facility and I have finally found it. When I walked in Sonia instantly greeted me and I felt instantly welcomed. When I started really digging in and asking questions Brandon, he said he is the on-site manager, instantly offered a tour and his knowledge of the facility and assurance of safety was a very welcomed experience. He explained how he himself ensures the safety and security of the facility, which to me was great to hear and meet him in person. It really made me have a connection to the facility and gave me the feeling that he truly cares about his customers and our belongings. The facility was also very clean and well maintained.

I highly recommend this extra space. .. The facility is always clean, and the staff is very friendly and professional. The woman there named Sonia was very helpful with me and my boyfriends move. She was patient with all of my questions and showed us to our unit. Thanks again! This was the least stressful move in that Ive experienced so far!

Stored my household goods at this location for a total of 5 years, as my wife and I moved several times over the years. The facility is consistently clean with environmental controls. Good loading docks, security entry, and flexible options => we were able to upsize and down scale the space over time (changing between rented units) without any issues. No lost or damaged items, no water or mildew damage in all that time.

Melinda was very helpful and very friendly. My girlfriend made a comment that she was thirsty so Melinda went out of her way to get her some water. I thought that was incredibly sweet of her. Melinda is very knowledgeable and answered every question i had with no hesitation at all! Wow!!! They were so accommodating! I realized at the last minute that I needed a storage unit. I was driving from Chicago and had one evening to unload my moving truck into a storage unit. Unfortunately, I hit traffic and wasnt going to make it to the leasing office before they closed. Victor met me after hours and got me all set up. He was so nice and accommodating. I cant recommend this place more. I also got a great deal!

Moving is very overwhelming with everything involved, including getting transportation and a storage facility. What a total pleasure it was to work with Extra Space Storage in Everett, Massachusetts. From the very first call with Sonya, everything was processed very professionally and with a friendly attitude. Using the free moving truck was a such a nice surprise, and I was only charged for the gas, and with the move less than 10 miles round trip, I was only charged $10 for everything, which help me tremendously with my budget. Also, the other employee was very helpful with questions I had, and with the return of the truck and my deposit. The facility itself was very clean, and all the dollies provided at the facility made storing my belongings into the unit move at a faster pace! I would recommend Extra Space Storage in Everett, Massachusetts, and I would rate that facility and their employees A++!
