I really appreciate the service department at Wagner Subaru. Brian and Brandon provide excellent customer service and truly treat my family as part of the Wagner Subaru family. My whole experience with Wagner has been great but the service department is exceptional.
Went in to get a recall fix. Service went well. I would have given them 5-stars however, I wasnt quite sure who to speak to to check in my vehicle for service upon arrival. Turns out for regular services, I need to check-in at the counter inside. Except that no one was there. But the parts counter staff was there and able to help. Everyone is very friendly and the service done went very well. Nice facility.
Had an issue with a used Subaru that I bought. Theyre still working on it, but so far, top notch! Seem like good folks that actually care about the customer. Worked with me on the items that need repair. Fair and honest.
This is the place you want to take your Subaru if you live in Dayton and either cant or dont want to fix it.It is also the place you want to go buy a new Subaru if you have a lot more money than I do.Pay no attention to the other Subaru dealership in Dayton, they arent one of the oldest dealerships in the country (like Wagner) and the love/knowledge of the brand does not compare.😉
