They go the extra mile and do the job right. The technicians and staff are wonderfully friendly. It was a great experience for me and my dog as a rock hit my windshield while I was traveling through Flagstaff in the afternoon. With an older van they brought in my windshield overnight and I had a 7:00 a.m. appointment the next morning. Fantastic! I was overwhelmed with the friendly atmosphere. The job they did was absolute perfection. If ever you need glass work done this is the place to go in Flagstaff. I want to say thank you to the entire crew and I appreciate the great job you did. I wish there was a negative star. I just had my windshield replaced today by Tech guy Micheal and whoever else he was with, at my place of resident. They broke the trim hinge of a few things I’m guessing while they were trying to get to the windshield and they put the trim back in place like they weren’t even broken. They also didn’t replace a bolt that was holding the windshield cowl down. The bolt was missing and was broken as well. I called Micheal and he denied the whole thing. I told him it was not broken when I parked my truck. They also didn’t replace some other things. The tech said he would mention it to his supervisor. I asked for the name of his supervisor and the tech told me he was on vacation until next week. I tried calling the shop but they kept putting me on hold or putting me to the automated machine.It’s upsetting that the techs don’t have enough respect to be careful of their customer’s property. I have another vehicle scheduled for windshield replacement with them but because I don’t want anything broken on that vehicle I will cancel and go to Diamond Auto Glass instead since I see better reviews for Diamond on this same review feed.

Horrible experience, they put in a new windshield and the tech Michael was super awesome. Next day I turn on the windshield wipers and they were so messed up it broke both blades. Next tech Nico comes out to fix the issue he bent the windshield rods and completely left my car looking like road side wreck. As I sit here at the office its been 15 minutes waiting for someone just to look at the car to take an assessment of how bad they screwed up my windshield. Shame on you safelite!!!

Robert Hannah is so professional and hes good, give advice. I totally recommend him, he knows everything, he did a good job. and our windshield looks like a night before now its day even night. Safelite you are awesome, even your technician is good. kudos for him 👍👍👍👍👍

Popped in at 3:30 in the afternoon to see if I could have my windshield repaired the next morning. They took my car back and had me out the door in 45 minutes! I couldnt have been happier as I was in the middle of a cross country drive with a tight deadline. Cant thank them enough. Excellent service and quality repair.

It was a two week process getting my Civic windshield replaced yet despite the back and forth I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. While I wasn’t happy I had to wait longer, the representative at Safelite was courteous the entire time and exhibited total customer service! I couldn’t do mobile service due to my car requiring recalibration. It’s not a matter of if I get another rock, it’s when, and when it’s that time I will be back!

Windshield replacement was quick and easy. There was a little dust left inside my car but that was no big deal to me considering how crisp and clean my new windshield was. I found out that my wipers were no longer wiping after this appointment- I purchased new wipers through them as well-and scheduled a warranty appointment. Super easy to do on their website. Within 30 minutes of my appt. they had corrected the problem. They showed me where the problem was and recommended I get it checked out. It was something wrong with my car, not with their installation. I really appreciate the time and help! Highly recommend their service.

Couldnt talk to an actual person to schedule... so I called Diamond Auto Glass and theyll be out tomorrow. It pays to have someone answer your phones.

I just got my windshield replaced yesterday and they ruined my windshield blades. I literally almost got into an accident because as it was raining, my blades got intertwined with each other as I used it and it didn’t even clear the windshield from the rain. And one of wipers is extremely loose and they’re not in sync when I use them.

After the technician worked on my windshield, I inspected the work and noticed the windshield cowl cover was broken. I called Safelite Corporate Office immediately and expressed my concern. They took note and I waited for someone to get back to me. However, I never heard from anyone after the initial call (approximately a week). So I went to the shop later and explained the situation with photos as a back up. The receptionist said the manager, which was on vacation, knew what was going on and he’d get back to me. It never happened, so I called the corporate office after waiting two more weeks. They contacted the local flagstaff office and said the manager would get back to me. He eventually called and told me to come in so we could compare photos. As I showed him my photos, I asked about the time stamp, and he noted they were stamped with the Eastern time zone (however, the photos were on a work order form, not from the actual photos taken by the technician, so the time stamp was obviously inaccurate), but as I did the math, it calculated to the time the technician would have been done with my windshield replacement, if their time stamp was accuate. I asked for a copy of the photos, but he said, along with the receptionist, they couldn’t send them, “We don’t know how” followed by, “We can’t.” So our brief meeting concluded with my frustration by the manager saying it was between me, Safelite Corporate office and my insurance company. As I left the their business, I was told directly, “We’re not buying you a cowl cover.” I was upset, frustrated, aggravated, to say the least, because my photos showed what I was trying to prove and dispute, but the manager was adamant I was in the wrong.

They replaced 2 windshield for us in a 3 day period, both have thousands of small imperfections in the glass (fuyao glass) that causes terrible glare, both vehicles now have damaged and missing windshield trim, and one vehicle now has terrible wind noise while driving. I have been trying via email and phone, cannot get anyone from safelite on the phone to fix this mess.

Theyre ok i guess, i was told they cant replace adhesive on front windshield without having to replace the whole front windshield totalling a little bit over $400.00 and the windshield had no damage whatsoever. Then i went to Diamond auto glass and gotten taken care of. Hey if you have a great experience with Safelite Glass thats great, but if not and want to get taken care of Id head to Diamond Auto Glass down the street.

I got about 15 quotes for a new windshield and they were the cheapest. The staff was super friendly and our car was done in less time they told me it would. Id send all my friends here.

Wesley called to say he might be a little late (he was early for the window he gave me.) How cool was that, I will be there around 11, showed up at 10:30. Very friendly and professional. Third time I have used Safelite twice in Show Low. I am very happy with the service. The windshield looks amazing and there were no marks anywhere. I highly suggest using them, and give Wesley a raise he was the perfect spokesmen for the company. :)

My windshield needed total replacing. From the phone call to make the appointment right up to when the job was finished was a perfect customer service experience. Courteous, fast, and MOST importantly, the job was done right the first time, and it was completed at my place of employment so I didnt have to miss work to have the job done. I will absolutely use Safelite again.

Good service, had our windshield changed twice by them. Only disappointment was this last time they tore my Mic cable for my stereo. Cable was located along top of windshield.

I called and got no one for a day then went in to talk to them the lady at the front desk did not want to get off the phone to help me...Then they wanted to charge me almost double the price I found at diamond auto I will not ever go back the this place would give no stars if I could

You DO have make an appt. The website says do need but make an appointment. We walked in and had to come back and then it was an hour.

Replaced my wind shield with their mobile guys and got a chip the very next day. They sealed the chip for free, no questions asked. Excellent service!

Went here to get my windshield repaired because it just had a tiny chip in it that that I wanted filled. Instead of fixing it they ended up cracking my windshield, then couldnt replace it, and wanted me to schedule a replacement appointment it for weeks out. They seemed super fine with ruining my windshield and like it was no big deal that I would have to drive around with this crack in it. Does this happen all the time there, because they seemed to care less about it? I called Diamond Autoglass (theyre just down the road) and they were 100 times nicer and able to replace my windshield, THAT SAFELITE BROKE, that day. Only reason they get 2 stars instead of 1 is because I feel bad for the young kid who broke it.

Three great experiences here. My windshield had a chip in it and we were going to have it filled in and they were honest with us and said it could not be filled because it has been done once before so they did not try and rip us off. Another occasion was one of our windshields needed replaced out in Vegas but when driving at freeway speeds it would rattle. Took the car to this location and they fixed the problem quick and free! Last instance was one of our passenger windows got dislodged from the track and motor. Brought it in and they fixed it within 5 minuted and I was on my way! Great location with helpful staff!

Tech that was supposed to do install led to me and hung up on me when I asked for his Supervisor name and number. Had to call 800 number to get the supervisor who also lied to me and hung up on me. Before he hung up on me he gave me a number for his boss. It was actually the competitions number. Safelite feels they are too big to care about one customer. Thats ok. I know alot of people.

I submitted a claim online with my insurance company and it was very convenient to be able to schedule with Safelite at the same time I was submitting my claim. The office called and confirmed the appointment, and said a technician would give me a call in the morning.Sure enough, Cody gave me a call in the morning and gave me an estimated time that he would be arriving.I was in a meeting when he called, but he left a message with everything I needed to know. I texted him confirming I received the message and he texted back-- I love companies/employees who are adapting to the times and can text their customers.Cody arrived at my house, we did a walk around of the car together and explained everything. He had an amazing level of customer service that is hard to find in this town. The replacement took about an hour and the he explained all of the instructions about when its safe to drive, car washes, etc. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that he washed all the outside windows and vacuumed the car.I would definitely recommend Safelite (and Cody if you can request him) to a friend!

After the replacement of my windshield, my driver wiper was put on wrong. I did not know about this until I needed to use them 2-days later when it snowed. The blade kept jumping off the side of the car. I had to stop my trip and take the wiper off and change its orientation. When I mentioned this in my Safelite survey, they said someone would contact me about it. That was a week ago and still no contact. Not the type of service I expected (not what I received in the past from them).

I WENT IN TO GET MY WINDSHIELD REPLACED AND I WAS THERE FOR ALMOST 2 HOURS. GOT HOME, WAS LOOKING AT MY WINDOW AND NOTICED THAT THERES SCRATCHS ON MY DRIVER DOOR AND FRONT FENDER. I ALSO NOTICED THAT THE WINDOW COWL IS ELEVATED TOO HIGH! IVE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO MAKE CONTACT WITH THE MANAGER TO GET THIS ISSUE RESOLVED A WEEK LATER, STILL NO RESPONSE! I DO NOT SUGGEST TAKING YOUR VEHICLE INTO THIS LOCATION!!!!!! THEY DAMAGE YOUR CAR, THEN IGNORE YOU!!!!!! WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY A NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!!!

The woman in the office had a horrible attitude because we walked in while she was on a personal phone call. Every question was treated as a very stupid question. We were told the windshield replacement would be over $400. When calling a short time later to cancel our appointment and we were first transfered to a Phoenix office. Then the flagstaff office hung up on us.HORRIBLE customer service skills!

I had a scheduled appointment but missed it. The receptionist still snuck me into the the schedule for my repair. They were all booked til closing time. The only drawback was that I had to wait at least three hours, in store.

Rude and unprofessional, the sad part is I wasnt even the one who had them out...I was in a truck stop and asked if they could move and of course I was asking the world to stop turning...this happened today 10/11/19 in AZ .
