Ive had multiple bad experiences at the Flagstaff Sephora location, and have honetly been buying product online until the new ULTA in town opended. If you are looking to shop in a clean and friendly atmosphere then I wouldnt waste your time or money heading into Sephora. The staff is beyong RUDE and barely greets, you let alone not making your presence feel welcome. So happy to have other options in town now!!

I absolutely love this place! I dont understand all these negative reviews! Ive gotten three eye shadow palettes, a tube of liquid eyeliner, and a few lip glosses from here, and all but one turned out positively gorgeous! My favorite is the Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Palette. Tarte is an amazing, healthy brand thats very eco-friendly, and the above mentioned palette has stunning solid and glitter colors in it. I highly recommend you check out this place for yourself, because it really is worth it.

Editing to say that this location is much improved. Neater, faster transactions, more professional service. Not perfect but I want to credit them for trying.Yup, sorry, seconding opinions here to say that employees tend to be unhelpful, or help some customers and totally ignore others. Products often out of stock. It would all be fixable with some attention and additional training from the company; not sure why they are not doing this.

Honey, dont waste your time. Associates spend more time primping than helping out customers, have very little product knowledge, and dont even get me started on their testers. I would rather lick a toilet seat than apply 90% of what they have out.At the end of the day, most products are pretty spendy The service and cleanliness of the store should reflect that.

I went to the Sephora in Flagstaff, I am from out of town and asked a male for assistance, and he said he didn’t work their, he was dressed in black, wearing male clothes and had a male haircut, I said oh, I thought you worked here, hence he was doing his makeup and had a full face of makeup, so then I found an employee and asked if she could help me with some foundation and I had mentioned I asked the guy for help because I thought he worked there, because his makeup was on point, then she proceeded to tell me to use the correct pronoun, that she doesn’t work there, I said excuse me, how am I suppose to know what he/she be called, she was the rudest employee I have ever met, I will not be shopping at Sephora anymore! He was a man, Dressed in man clothes and makeup. She should be fired, she shouldn’t be rudely correcting people, she should be selling makeup or at least get some advise from the man on how to do makeup because she obviously doesn’t know her job.

Extremely helpful! Knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and just plain awesome.

New products have lunched over a week ago and you still don’t have it. Your always sold out of everything I want. The employees never EVER greet me. I always have so many questions but every single time I’m in there I’m ignored. Never going back to this location.

I love shopping for makeup at sephora. But this place is horrible! and the employees are VERY VERY RUDE!! Bad customer service, the girls are not helpful. I love makeup but seriously be nice to your customers and it doesnt hurt to smile. When I come here they just look at you mean, and when answering questions they sound even more upset. Not only me but Ive seen other customers treated this way when Im in here everytime. Makeup is great, but employees very unprofessional & rude af.

Seriously the worst experience anywhere. My sister and I decided to go in so we can get our perfect foundation match. NO ONE ever greeted us, or asked if we needed help only thing we got asked for was which was so RUDE was “are you going to check out?..no, okay.” They were all talking about non related work stuff and the most rude employee of them all “Forrest”(he should be fired) not once did he ask either if I or my sister found everything okay or thanked us for stopping in and other customer service greeting. Never will I go back to that Sephora and or any other Sephora. ULTA is way better anyways and they know cosmetics and customer service. Also tried to see if I can speak with a manager and got the run around and “Forrest” answered and said oh it’s those girls I was talking about and then hangs up on us. We did record our experience and phone calls and I’ll will be contacting Paul.

Asked the lady to look up my shade I have on file, gave me the number and walked away. Usually the staff will at least show me where the product is at.

Its alright. But they need more people there and they also need to have people there at the cashier instead of walking around and trying not to see you.

This sephora location is awful.. the employees are so rude.. literally over the weekend I went in to buy a graduation gift waited in line for 10 minutes while one employee helped another customer and two sephora employees stood there chit chatting about non work related stuff at the register. Ive never had this happen at any other Sephora store I was very disappointed. However, when they found out I was a rouge member the attitude seemed to change. I will not be shopping here again...

Honestly the dirtiest, messiest, and downright most disgusting cosmetics store I have ever been in. This Sephora should be quarantined. Youd think that a store with such a reputation like Sephora would hold at least some kind of standard for the sanitation of the products they are selling. You should be ashamed. I hope no customer comes home with something that cant be covered with makeup...like herpes. View pictures before visiting.

Short staffed, small variety of products considering its a Sephora, and what they do have is typically always out of stock. Its better than nothing but still disappointing.
