Love the blonde lady. She always has a fun and bright attitude. Total asset to your store. She works the counter in the front. Keep on being your bright and beautiful self. π
Absolutely the worst pharmacy in existence. Staff tells you to come back at a certain time since I live outiside of town. RX is never ready when they say it will be. Even after you wait in line for an hour because itβs always out the door. All staff can say is βJoin our text alertβ however itβs never reliable and I usually get the text a day after I pick up my RX.
Five people in line and we waited for 40 mins with 3 people working?! We just needed to get ClaritinD, so about 30 secs to swap out the card from the shelf for the product. We asked one of the pharmacists working if we could just quickly swap it, and he insisted we wait in line behind people seeing the nurse for covid tests and flu vaccines, each taking 10 mins, while he just made phone calls. Ugh. Never again coming back here!
Made flu shot appts online, were told when we arrived for those appointments to wait in line behind people with products/medicines at the pharmacy checkout, only to get to the front and be told that we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes (an hour after the actual appt time). The attendant seemed to know that we would probably elect to leave. Seems they arenβt really interested in giving flu shots at this location. Just a heads up.
Pharmacy always has a long line. Booked an appointment for a flu shot and was not seen at the time I booked. Really need to hire more employees...
Look, you canβt close the whole drive through where people pick up prescriptions to do covid tests. I donβt know what the options are but closing it entirely for people who cannot go inside is terrible. I literally canβt leave my car because I have a newborn. I canβt imagine if there was an elderly person who was forced to go inside where more germs and people are or maybe they just left like me and went without medication. Itβs not feasible. We need to have a drive up option.
Whole store has power but the pharmacy is closed because of a power outage? What? I wonβt be sending my Rx here anymore.
Really awesome people that work here, everyone here is very good at what they do and are happy and very nice. Thank everyone here for making this an awesome place to go to.
I wait More than an hour for my Covid vaccine,I had to leave because I was late for work!!they need more people,They only have one person in the Pharmacy πππππππ
If I could give this store less stars I would, Iβm visiting from Phoenix and was at the Grand Canyon and stopped for some aloe Vera and lotion, and as soon as the pharmacy tech saw me she wanted to follow me like I was going to steal something, I have a light complexion but I am mixed race, this is racial profiling at its finest, fire her..
Have NEVER had any problems here. VERY good people here..An if YOU!! DONT LIKE WALGREENS? THEN GO ELSEWHERE!! an take YOUR BAD ATTITUDE WITH YOU!!!my REPLY to the negative comments left Here...All have a BLESS LIFE!!!
The pharmacists at this location are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond in helping customers. I once had a prescription that expired before the doctor authorized a refill, and they managed to do what was needed so I didnt run out over the MLK weekend. They even called me once when I left an item I paid for on the counter. Exceptional service.
Worst pharmacy ever! They sold me a blood glucose monitor that didnt work. Ok, not their fault. I went back on Friday a little after 8:00 am to exchange it since their pharmacy stated that they open at 8:00, but they were closed! Theyd changed their hours to opening at 9:00. So I had to go home and come back later (because I work from 9:00 - 5:00 from home, and I live 20+ miles away). Came back later and wasted 30 minutes standing around while they tried to figure it out. Finally they said theyd have to re-order it, should have the new one by Monday, and would call me when they got it. They didnt bother to call. I called them today (Thursday) around 1:15 pm, had to hold on the phone for 15 minutes while they looked for it. They found it - no apology for not calling me as promised. I asked what time they were open - they said until 10:00. I drove the 20+ miles again this evening to go pick it up, arrived around 7:30, and found them closed again! They closed at 7:00 due to the current curfew. Im sure they were will aware of it when Id asked only a few hours earlier. Now I have to go back in again and waste more time and money for no reason than their lack of service. A healthy person does not need this aggravation, let alone someone who is high risk and has been staying home since the beginning of March except for extremely essential business, like doctors appointments and the pickings up of meds. Next time I can go back will be Saturday, when lots of people will be out and about, so I can be exposed to all their germs. This Walgreens sucks! Im giving it one star because I cant give it zero!
Not enforcing mask policy, which is the law here. Cashiers even joking with the customers about it. Absurdly irresponsible.
4-30-2020 - Went to the Milton Stores drive thru this morning. The Pharmacist working was rude when releasing my medication to start. One of my prescriptions was missing. So I asked him to look it up because the App shows that I have 3 refills.....Iβm giving the pharmacist the info to look up and he told to βstop talkingβ and βstop talking over himβ because he I canβt look the information up while Iβm talking?! First off I was still giving the information so that he could look it up in the first place. You are in the wrong field if you canβt multitask. Iβve been going to this store since 2005 and this is how they treat a loyal customer. My family will not be coming here to Walgreens anymore.......they got a One because I couldnβt give them a zero
I rarely come to this Walgreens because their prices are often higher than I can find elsewhere. I stopped using this pharmacy because getting my prescriptions filled always required a very long wait. They always seemed understaffed. Just wasnt worth it.
Waited thirty minutes in a relatively empty drive-through before I was helped, at which point the tech said shed send the medication right over. She didnt. She came back 30 minutes later and completely forgot our conversation had happened. She had to look up my name and medication a second time and finally sent it over. One hour wait in a drive through total. Customer service here stinks.
Not sure whats up with the bad reviews. Seems a typical Walgreens to me. Lines at the checkout and pharmacy are average. I like that they have expanded the pharmacy hours.
Great service
Missing photos, was charged twice, and a lack of customer service.
Shout out to the Pharmacy staff... even with cars in the drive thru and people waiting i think i have waited at the most like 15 to 20 minutes to get my stuff... they are super efficent and professional. This is the only pharm i use.
I have always found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, both in the store and in the pharmacy.
If it was possible to give negative stars I would. The pharmacy staff canβt seem to be able to read or cross check insurance information. They didnβt take the time to look at my current insurance card and see that it was a new policy / group number and was different than the old one still in the computer system.. so ultimately I paid full price in order to get my drugs!!! Customer service stinks at this store.
I shop here often. The staff is usually polite. The photo department is a hit or miss. I usually order online and then pick up at the store later. I have gotten some blurry pictures but they fix them for you. The pharmacy is usually pretty busy so I just try to avoid rush hours and go through the drive through.
Do not use the photo department here. Go to 4th st....staff is friendlier and gets it done in half the time than Milton. Had to ask for help after standing in front of photo department for over 5 minutes...which is in full view of other employees who made eye contact several times. Photos were ordered 2 hours prior and werent ready. Lady said they were stuck in downloading and obviously was not trained properly or at all in the photo department.
I am a regular herd the manager talking to his employees like dogs was very disrespectful and rude to do infront of customer last time i go hear for anything
I find the Pharmacy generally quite expedient and although the pharmacists are quite busy, they take as much time as someone needs to answer questions. I rarely buy anything else here unless on sale as their prices, like any drug store are a little steep.
The pharmacy staff was amazing even though they were really busy, I sat down for an hour wait for my medications to be filled and they were wonderful they even checked up on me and tried to speed along the process!
About half my visits here are good or acceptable, the others half the staff drops the ball and then fail to handle issues appropriately. i have been here for pharmacy and non pharmacy needs, i feel the entire store is poorly managed
We were denied our bottle of sangria because we have vertical licenses...
Very negligent follow through from GM, Ron Powers. Professionalism matters.
Super friendly altho they get extreamly busy during certiorari times of the day
I only go to walgreens when i need a prescription after all other pharmacies are closed and i regret going to walgreens every time. i get better service and better pricing at walmart pharmacy.
Well stocked. No problems.
This is the most under-staffed, inefficient, and incompetent pharmacy that I have ever dealt with.
Last time I went they gave me the wrong prescription. Seems kind of dangerous, doesnt it?
Its a Walgreens conveniently located on Milton.
Great service.
Horrible experience with the pharmacy.wont go there again, maybe if theyre they only one open.
Typical Walgreens. Friendly stuff
Great staff
All very well
Is there a mask?
