Marco was amazing didn’t even have to asked him to put my wipers on in the Rain

Marco and Elesha were a great help to me and my car situation...I need a blink/taillight bulb for my car. When I went to replace the bulb the socket was burnt. I came back to get the socket to replace it but with their help I didnt need it replace just the bulb. They were friendly and helpful. Great place to come for help with car parts.

I received very nice services, the manager and the support staff were very concerned with my problem and had to ensure, it was fixed though it was late hours, I will be back again and again.

Not real good service. The gentlemen there were no help at all. Acted like he looked up the part and said yeah we dont have it. Told him they did and have to give him the part number. He was like oh yeah we have it. The other guy was like yeah the other part is over there if we have it. Didnt bother to help look for it. Wont be back to this location at all. Wish I could give no stars, because they gave no effort.

I had a drain tub full of used oil and a cheerful young lady there took the time to show me to the back room where I could pour it into the used oil container.

Great friendly helpful staff. I love this location. Never dissatisfied when I come to this establishment for my vehicle needs. They never try to over sell items and fast to come to conclusions for the situation at hand. Keep up the amazing teamwork and customer service everyone!😃

Best AutoZone in the north county area. The staff are great - helpful & professional. The store & parking lot are always orderly. Since the pandemic, registers are a safe distance away, pos machines are reached easily by customers, and staff stays in masks. Four stars instead of five because they run out of popular items quite often at times. Store buyer really should up the stock at this store.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. Manager Tory was a huge help with installing our battery and was observant and noticed our battery was still under warranty so we were able to save $$. Not sure on her name but also had an employee who is short and sweet and was also a huge help! Definitely recommending this place to fam and friends

I was in a jam when I broke my windshield wiper during a snow storm. As soon as I walked in the store multiple employees asked if they could be of assistance. I told them my woes and they promptly assisted me with finding a replacement. After I purchased my wonderful windshield wiper I queried how to install this magnificent replacement blade? To my surprise a hero arose from behind his register to brave the wicked weather along with me. We made our way out to the car holding on for dear life when this hero said I will install the wiper blade for you! So I sat in my toasty car while AZ Hero saved the day!
