Found exactly what I needed for less than at the dealership

Horrible customer service, lady tells me to come over. I have 2 commercial batteries under warranty. She tells me I have to have a reciept, very ignorant people should not be allowed to run the store. Th his is not now or ever been the policy for any battery I have had including napa auto parts. This is the very ignorant lady that spoke today. She would do better at Mcdonalds.

Manager is rough to deal with, doesnt let you get more than a couple words out

I love Napa because when I go into the shop they always greet you and say hello and also they always give you advice and they always help you get the best price items for your car and also I had a little joking with one of the clerks about the change shortage in America and it was funny😁😁😁

Clerk actually took time to give me pointers about installing a home run for fogs lights, patient.

This is the only parts shop in the area where I was able to find parts for my heavy duty truck. Trying to get back on the road, over the course of 3 days, I had several problems to solve and, consequently, parts to find. Cat helped me find everything I needed – wheel studs, lug nuts, valve stems, head light, sockets – and get back on the road. Excellent parts knowledge and customer service. Thanks you, Cat!

Worst experience ever - would be nice to actually have motor oil that was ordered on-line.

They were nice. I thought I had to buy a battery, but they tested it and its good. Although I have a bigger problem now, I at least had a good, Honest experience. I dont know much about cars and could have gotten swindled.

Got there right at 5pm, employee was holding the door letting out a customer and refused to help me. I had got off the phone with him 7mins prior and they were the only people with the part i needed. I will not be buying it from them at all or reccomending their services or business to anyone ever

I am reading the opinion of a customer who makes a claim because they do not change the batteries, the lady very politely tells her that she is happy but asks to present the purchase receipt and she does not accept, my son and I were in the store and we were being looked after by the Mrs. who very efficiently attends this store, I do not speak English and I always look for her when I visit to buy parts for Diesel trucks, of several brands, and spare parts in general, she is very efficient in her work and the quality of attention given to one of customer is excellent, I congratulate Napa for having good people trained to serve the customer,,, I am a diesel truck mechanic, and Napa is my supplier of Parts,,
